This study aims to determine how the development of human resources for the apparatus in the Regional Personnel Agency of Banten Province through the Empowerment of Functional Positions of the HR Apparatus Analyst. In this study, the analysis used was the Human Resource Development Theory Approach with the dimension indicator of employee empowerment related to the title and used a descriptive qualitative approach Observations were made by conducting the interview method on 4 informants who knew the problem. From the results of observations made related to the existing dimension indicators, namely: Dimensions of Ability; Smoothness Dimension; Consulting Dimension; Cooperation Dimensions; Guiding Dimensions; The Supporting Dimensions all show that the Development of Apparatus Human Resources through the Empowerment of Functional Positions of Apparatus Human Resources Analysts at the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Banten Province, has been carried out optimally and is expected to facilitate the main tasks and organizational functions

Analisis Sentimen Menggunakan Support Vector Machine Sebagai Tools Evaluasi Layanan Sipraja Mobile

E-government is one of the government's strategies to implement good governance through the use of technology to improve public services. The realization of e-government is done through the provision of web-based and mobile services by the Sidoarjo Government by releasing the Sidoarjo People's Service System (Sipraja). Sipraja is an application that integrates administrative services in villages and sub-districts. Sipraja mobile has been downloaded by more than 100,000 users, received more than 2,000 reviews, and received a review rating of 4.2. However, user review ratings sometimes do not match the format of the review text provided. This study aims to get an overview of public perceptions / sentiments towards Sipraja mobile services to be used as evaluation material. Research was conducted to analyze user reviews of the Sipraja mobile application on Google Playstore using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm and linear kernel type. The research model used is able to produce an accuracy rate of 75.10%, precision of 80.36%, specificity 81,97%, recall of 68.70% and F1 score of 74.07%. From the research results, public sentiment towards Sipraja mobile services is more inclined to positive sentiment of 54.84% However, negative sentiment has a similar amount of 45.16%. The Sidoarjo local government's attention and follow-up is needed to continue to meet the objectives of e-government to improve services to the community

Fiscal Decentralization in Sikka Regency: Analyzing Local Financial and Intergovernmental Transfers

Fiscal decentralization in Indonesia is interpreted as an essential governance effort to empower local governments and encourage regional economic development. In this regard, this study focuses on the fiscal analysis of Sikka Regency in the 2020-2024 period, with aspects of independence, dependence, and effectiveness through a descriptive quantitative approach to understand and analyze how the existing level of financial management supports financial governance through a fiscal decentralization framework. Then, the research findings reveal challenges in the concretization of budgetary decentralization, which shows an average fiscal independence ratio of only 0.7%, high dependence of 96.3%, and budgetary effectiveness obtained by 80.44%. Thus, this practice highlights the ongoing limitations in formulating local revenues. Finally, I provide recommendations that in the practice of fiscal decentralization, policymakers must be committed to designing a more focused and context-sensitive strategy from the practice of budgetary decentralization in supporting regional development through credible and adaptive financial governance

This research was conducted at CV. Indo Jaya Putra Surabaya which aims to find out and analyze: 1) the direct influence of motivation on employee performance, 2) the direct influence of collaboration on employee performance, 3) the direct influence of employee involvement on employee performance, and 4) the direct influence of motivation , employee cooperation and involvement on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative method with a questionnaire to collect data, the saturated sample or total sampling is a population of all 53 employees from various operational departments at CV. Indo Jaya Putra Surabaya. Using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this research show: 1) Work Motivation has no significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Collaboration has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and 4) Work Motivation, Cooperation and Employee Involvement simultaneously have an effect significant impact on CV employee performance. Implementation of Information Technology in Agrotourism Promotion Policy: A Public Administration Perspective

The increasing significance of agrotourism in rural economic development has highlighted the critical role of promotional strategies, mainly through digital platforms. The focus on websites has revolutionized communication patterns and business operations in various sectors. However, there is still a significant gap in understanding the implementation of its strategies, particularly for agrotourism promotion. This study explores the strategic policies, utilization potentials, and operational capacities of website utilization in promoting agrotourism destinations. Then, using qualitative research methodology, this study examines how digital platforms can effectively serve as a tool for preparing, promoting, and disseminating information in the agrotourism sector. The study findings reveal that website management strategies by agrotourism operators significantly increase public awareness and enhance the visibility of tourist destinations. This study has important implications for agrotourism stakeholders, indicating that systematic website utilization can serve as a good marketing tool, facilitating improved communication between service providers and potential visitors while contributing to the overall development of rural tourism destinations. This study provides insights for policymakers and agrotourism managers in developing effective digital promotion strategies that align with modern tourist’s information-seeking behavior

Sinkronisasi Perencanaan, Penganggaran dan Pengawasan: Peta Jalan Menuju Keberhasilan Pembangunan (Studi Pada Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur)

This study examines the synchronization of the three pillars of performance planning, budgeting, and oversight in the regional development process of East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT). Failure to integrate these three elements can lead to inconsistencies in development documents, potentially hindering the achievement of development targets. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach to analyze the oversight results on the consistency between planning and budgeting documents for 2025 in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The findings indicate that despite efforts to improve consistency, significant discrepancies exist, especially in aligning performance indicators and budget ceilings, due to limited oversight of the budget, suboptimal interagency coordination, and the influence of political pressure. The proposed recommendations include implementing data-based planning, strengthening human resource capacity, increasing public participation, and integrating electronic systems to support transparency and accountability in the development process. It is hoped that the results of this study can guide the regional government of NTT Province in achieving more efficient and sustainable development. &nbsp

Sintesis Lintas Sektor Untuk Meningkatkan Ketahanan Pangan dan Mengurangi Stunting di Nagari Gantiang Mudiak Utara Surantih Kecamatan Sutera Pesisir Selatan

This study focuses on cross-sectoral synthesis to improve food security and reduce stunting in Nagari Gantiang Mudiak Utara Surantih, Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and documentation as a means of data collection. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study refers to the family food security policy stated in the Pesisir Selatan Regency Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2019 concerning food security. The research findings show that the driving factors for the role of cross-sectors in supporting family food security in preventing stunting are the existence of clear duties and functions from related agencies and the existence of food security regulations in the form of Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2019, which supports cross-sectoral synergy. However, the role of cross-sectors in family food security also experiences obstacles, namely low food diversification capabilities, lack of cross-sectoral involvement in program supervision and evaluation, ineffective coordination, and limited budget allocation. Therefore, a flexible approach is needed to the needs and characteristics of each region in order to achieve optimal results in realizing sustainable family food security and preventing stunting

This study analyzes the effectiveness of using Regional School Operational Assistance Funds (BOSDA) at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Berbah, Sleman, in 2023. This research was conducted through a descriptive qualitative approach, where data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that BOSDA has effectively improved educational facilities and infrastructure. The BOSDA program is important in improving the quality of education, although it needs more planned management and continuous monitoring to optimize the benefits

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di CV. Indo Jaya Putra Surabaya

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and trust on customer satisfaction at CV. Indo Jaya Putra Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of CV. Indo Jaya Putra, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship and influence of each independent variable on customer satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that service quality, price, and trust have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the partial significance value for the service quality variable of 0.039 <0.05. For the price variable, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and for the trust variable, the significance value is 0.012 <0.05. &nbsp

Partisipasi Pedagang Pasar Nanggalo dalam Pelaksanaan Tera di Dinas Perdagangan Kota Padang

This research aims to determine the participation of Nanggalo market traders in implementing tera at the Padang City Trade Office. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the research show that the participation of Nanggalo market traders in implementing tera at the Padang City Trade Office is not in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. With the discovery of many measuring instruments/scales that are not marked, there are still many traders who do not know about and do not participate in carrying out tera activities, it is found that there are traders who are reluctant to carry out tera because measuring instruments that are damaged or inaccurate are subject to repair costs, many frauds are found on measuring instruments, as well as the discovery of traders who are reluctant to carry out tera activities because the tera activities result in damage to the trader's measuring instruments
