The Inventory and the Auction of Goods of Felipe de Silva, Viceroy and Captain of Catalonia (1646-1647)

Se analizan los bienes que dejó a su muerte Felipe de Silva, virrey de Cataluña (1646). Entre los enseres destacan joyas, plata y vestidos, aunque también se tasaron camas, muebles, literas, libros, armas o mapas. Muchas de estas piezas se vendieron en almoneda pública realizada en Zaragoza en 1647, algunas de ellas a personalidades como el marqués de Leganés o Luis de Haro. El estudio del inventario proporciona valiosa información sobre el patrimonio de bienes muebles atesorado por el virrey, documento que se complementa con el registro de la almoneda que nos permite añadir nuevas obras de arte a la colección artística de otros nobles destacados de la época.This article touches upon the inventory of goods that the viceroy Felipe de Silva had after his death (1646). Jewelry, silver goods, clothing and other artistic pieces are counted in this interesting document. Many of these pieces were sold in an auction taken in Zaragoza in 1647 to important people such as the Marquis of Leganés or Luis de Haro. ¿Grupoterapia deliberativa?: diálogo y sentido en la experiencia del dolor crónico y los trastornos afectivos Deliberative Group Therapy?: Constructing Meaning through Dialogue in Chronic Pain and Affective Disorders

En la actualidad, muchas personas que acuden a las unidades específicas de atención al dolor buscan respuestas a su patología, pero también de acompañamiento ante el malestar derivado del dolor crónico y los trastornos afectivos, condiciones que afectan a su autonomía, sus relaciones interpersonales, su identidad ocupacional y calidad de vida. Este estudio presenta los beneficios de la participación en la Grupoterapia Deliberativa (GD), un espacio orientado al diálogo y la construcción compartida de sentido frente a la vivencia del dolor. A partir de las experiencias de múltiples participantes, en este estudio se presenta un análisis en profundidad de un caso único de la mencionada intervención terapéutica.Currently, many individuals who seek care at specialized pain management units are not only looking for answers to their condition, but also for support in coping with the distress caused by chronic pain and associated affective disorders—conditions that impact their autonomy, interpersonal relationships, occupational identity, and overall quality of life. This study presents the benefits of participation in Deliberative Group Therapy, a space oriented toward dialogue and the shared construction of meaning in relation to the experience of pain. Drawing on the experiences of multiple participants, this study offers an in-depth analysis of a single case of the aforementioned therapeutic intervention

Poetry as a continuous struggle between joy and hopelessness: On the Spanish and Galician translations of Adam Zagajewski’s selected poems

The purpose of the essay is to reflect on the role of creativity in the translation of Adam Zagajewski’s poetry. We intend to carry out a contrastive analysis between two original poems (“Walizka” and “Ziemia”) and their Spanish and Galician translations – by Xavier Farré and Bartosz Dondelewski and Lidia López Teixeiro, respectively – to determine whether the interpretation stimulates creative thinking in translators, and whether the impact of poetry on creativity varies according to the work we read and then subject to linguistic and aesthetic negotiations. Due to the language of the article, we also use English translations by Clare Cavanagh for our study. As a starting point we take the notion of “lateral thinking”, proposed by Edward de Bono and recognized by Albrecht Neubert as very useful in the process of discovering new possibilities in translation. This approach will make it possible to recognize that recreational potential can be revealed in both a literal and free translation. We will also consider whether the Polish lines can be a part of the target poetic contexts with an analogous expressiveness.El objetivo del artículo es reflexionar sobre el papel de la creatividad en la traducción de la poesía de Adam Zagajewski. Pretendemos realizar un análisis contrastivo entre dos poemas originales («Walizka» and «Ziemia») y sus traducciones al español y al gallego –de Xavier Farré y Bartosz Dondelewski y Lidia López Teixeiro, respectivamente– para determinar si la interpretación estimula el pensamiento creativo en los traductores, y si el impacto de la poesía en la creatividad varía según la obra que leemos y luego sometemos a negociaciones lingüísticas y estéticas. Debido al idioma del artículo, también utilizamos para nuestro estudio las traducciones al inglés de Clare Cavanagh. Como punto de partida tomamos la noción de «pensamiento lateral», propuesta por Edward de Bono y reconocida por Albrecht Neubert como muy útil en el proceso de descubrimiento de nuevas posibilidades en la traducción. Tal enfoque permitirá reconocer que el potencial recreativo puede revelarse tanto en una traducción literal como libre. Los Tizianos del Modernismo poético español

Contemporany Spanish poetry has given convincing signs of its attraction to the Renaissance painter Tiziano Vecellio. The objective of this work is oriented towards the study of references to the work of the Italian artist in the lyrical panorama Spanish modernism. The critical approach to their expressive function in each of them will account for an important series of poetic allusions and ekphrastic or culturalist exercises from a varied range of literary themes and techniques.La poesía española contemporánea ha dado muestras fehacientes de la atracción por el pintor renacentista Tiziano Vecellio. El objetivo de este trabajo se orienta hacia el estudio de las referencias sobre la obra del artista italiano en el panorama lírico del Modernismo español. Las trayectorias de aprendizaje: una herramienta para aprender y enseñar matemáticas en Educación Infantil

Promoting quality mathematical activity from an early age is one of the objectives of the research community in early childhood and primary mathematics education. This article presents the learning trajectories approach as a tool that can help to improve the teaching and learning processes of mathematics at this stage. Two proposals for learning trajectories are described. One for length measurement and the other for symmetry. These proposals have been implemented with children aged 5-7 years. It is shown that school experiences centred on children and their ways of reasoning are effective in developing their geometric thinking.Promover una actividad matemática de calidad desde las edades iniciales es uno de los objetivos de la comunidad de investigación en educación matemática infantil y primaria. En este artículo se presenta el enfoque de las trayectorias de aprendizaje como una herramienta que puede ayudar a mejorar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de las matemáticas en dicha etapa. Se describen dos propuestas de trayectorias de aprendizaje. Una para la medida de longitud y otra para la simetría. Estas propuestas han sido implementadas con niños de 5-7 años. Se muestra que las experiencias escolares centradas en los niños y en sus formas de razonamiento resultan eficaces para desarrollar su pensamiento geométrico

La declaración por videoconferencia en materia penal desde la perspectiva europea y española

This paper deals with videoconference testimony in criminal proceedings, especially when it concerns the investigated or accused person. The timeliness of this is justified in the CJEU judgment of 6 June 2024 (Cases C-255/23 and C-285/23), whose questions arise from the need to interpret Art. 24 of Directive (EU) 2014/41 in relation to the cooperation procedure, the involvement of the competent authorities and the procedural status of the declarant. On the other hand, we deal with the reform produced in the Spanish legal system and the analysis of the new art. 258 bis LECRIM, which introduces provisions on the declaration by the technical means.  El presente trabajo versa sobre la declaración por videoconferencia en el proceso penal, especialmente cuando se trata del investigado o acusado. La oportunidad de éste se justifica en la sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, de 6 de junio de 2024 (asuntos acumulados C-255/23 y C-285/23), cuyos interrogantes surgen de la necesidad de interpretación del art. 24 de la Directiva (UE) 2014/41 en relación con el procedimiento de cooperación, la intervención de las autoridades competentes y la condición procesal que ostenta el declarante. Por otro lado, tratamos la reforma producida en el ordenamiento jurídico español y el análisis del nuevo art. 258 bis LECRIM, que introduce disposiciones sobre la declaración por el citado medio técnico

The Musical Reception of Federico García Lorca in England (1975–2025): Theoretical Framework and List of Sources

Este artículo examina la recepción musical de Federico García Lorca en Inglaterra durante el periodo comprendido entre 1975 y 2025, dentro del marco de estudios músico–literarios y de la intermedialidad. El trabajo busca diseñar una historia sistemática que analice la integración de la poética lorquiana en la composición musical, valorando cada adaptación como una recreación hermenéutica del texto literario. La investigación acredita la existencia de ochenta y cinco nuevas obras musicales inglesas no contempladas previamente por la crítica, incluyendo once óperas, veintidós ciclos vocales y numerosas músicas incidentales y dramáticas que revelan la prolífica y sostenida presencia del poeta en la música clásica británica. El estudio determina que esta masiva producción se justifica por la ininterrumpida visibilidad pública de Lorca en el Reino Unido a través de los medios de comunicación, articulada temáticamente por dos ejes: la conciencia del poeta como mártir político de la Guerra Civil Española y la fascinación estética por el concepto del duende, hecho que legitima la experimentación compositiva. Se observa así que el enfoque operístico y escénico ha evolucionado desde las tragedias rurales hacia la adaptación de sus obras más vanguardistas. Finalmente, este artículo propone el análisis musical como herramienta crítica de primer orden para descifrar la recepción del universo lorquiano, ofreciendo lecturas que iluminan la complejidad del texto fuente. El análisis de este corpus requiere integrar perspectivas formalistas e historicistas, prestando atención a los procesos de percepción y al contexto sociocultural del oyente. This article examines the musical reception of Federico García Lorca in England during the period between 1975 and 2025, within the framework of music-literary studies and intermediality. The work seeks to design a systematic history that analyzes the integration of Lorca\u27s poetics into musical composition, valuing each adaptation as a hermeneutic recreation of the literary text. The research confirms the existence of eighty-five new English musical works not previously considered by critics, including eleven operas, twenty-two vocal cycles, and numerous incidental and dramatic musics that reveal the prolific and sustained presence of the poet in the British classical music. The study determines that this massive production is justified by Lorca\u27s uninterrupted public visibility in the United Kingdom through the media and thematically articulated by two axes: the awareness of the poet as a political martyr of the Civil War and the aesthetic fascination with the concept of the duende, which legitimizes compositional experimentation. It is observed that the operatic and scenic approach has evolved from rural tragedies towards the adaptation of his most avant-garde works. Finally, the study proposes musical analysis as a critical tool of the first order to decipher the reception of the Lorca universe, offering readings that illuminate the complexity of the original text. The analysis of this corpus requires integrating formalist and historicist perspectives, paying attention to the processes of perception and the sociocultural context of the listener
