    Application of Chromatography in Medicine

    Get PDF
Chromatography  is  a  separation  process  used  to  separate  components  in  a  mixture.  The components of the mixture are dispersed in a liquid solution known as the mobile phase., which holds  it through  a structure  containing  another substance  known  as the  stationary  phase. Component  separation requires differential partitioning between the  mobile and  stationary phases. The analytical goal of chromatography is to determine the qualitative and quantitative chemical makeup of a sample, and its primary purpose is to purify and extract one or more components of a sample. This paper will discuss the history and basics of what chromatography is meant and the main principles of how we can run it. besides, we will mention and focus on an  application  for each chromatographic  type such  as planar,  TLC, gas,  liquid separation techniques

Innovative Ways of Implementing Digital Transformation in the Educational System

    Get PDF
The article examines the problems of the distribution of digital technologies, notes the wide use of information and communication technologies in education related to changing relations in the field of socio-economic development, defines the main directions of development of digital educational technologies that help to expand the capabilities of traditional educational models based on the creation of a single digital educational space. The need to create an infrastructure, a normative-methodological base, which will contribute to the implementation of priority projects on the digital transformation of education, is substantiated. The main trends of digital transformation in the development of educational processes are highlighted

Quality Price Awareness Drive Indonesia UMKM Consumer Choices

    Get PDF
This study investigates the impact of product quality, brand awareness, and price on purchasing decisions for Kedai Sukidayo Surabaya products. Using quantitative methods with primary data from 100 consumers surveyed via questionnaires, the research employs a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Analytical tools include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R²), and SPSS 20 for data analysis. Findings reveal that product quality, brand awareness, and price exert significant partial influences on purchasing decisions. This research fills a gap in understanding consumer behavior towards UMKM products in Surabaya, offering implications for marketing strategies aimed at enhancing consumer decision-making processes

Photometric Determination of Cobalt (Ii) With 4-Sulfo β-Nitroso α-Naphthol

    Get PDF
At the moment development of science and technology sets important tasks for the science of analytical chemistry. Toxic compounds from various biological and industrial facilities and the development of methods for the separation and detection of their decomposition products one of the main tasks of analytical chemistry. Photometric detection, one of the most modern physical and chemical methods for the detection of heavy metals, is widely used today and the new organic reagents are being used to address these issues. Photometric determination of micro quantities of elements using organic reagents is one of the new developing methods. Photometric method is fast in nature and does not require expensive equipment with fast and cheap selective action

Word Order in English and Its Modern Trends

    Get PDF
Word order is the syntactic arrangement of words in a sentence or phrase. In English, word order plays an important role in conveying meaning and intent. However, globalization and the influence of other languages are contributing to changes in conventional English word order and its usage over time. The Role Of Educators In The Concept Curriculum Implementation From Time To Time In Indonesia

    Get PDF
The aim of this research is to analyze the role of teachers and analyze curriculum implementation from time to time. The type of research in this research is library research or library research. The data collection techniques used in this research are literature and documentation. Testing the validity of the data in this qualitative research uses credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability test methods. The results of the research are: the curriculum preparation by the government currently implemented in Indonesia is always undergoing changes, including changing the role of teachers in its implementation. The role of teachers in the concept of curriculum implementation from time to time is reduced compared to the role of teachers in the KBK and KTSP Curriculum, namely as technical implementers. So the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum open up opportunities for every teacher to be able to optimize the effectiveness of learning in the classroom and outside the classroom in order to improve the quality of education through increasing teacher competency. The independent curriculum needs to be prepared carefully in order to improve the quality of education towards Indonesia's golden era in 2045. There are many aspects that must be considered, including: 1) Human resource readiness, 2) school facilities, 3) Learning Achievement (CP) is a priority, 4) Learning tools and resources are aligned with student character, 5) learning methods and evaluation must be adjusted to student needs, 6) Student needs must be seen in detail by the teacher
