Evaluation of hand-arm vibration reducing effect of anti-vibration glove
publisherⅢ.論文集Many kinds of the anti-vibration glove have been developed for reducing hand-arm vibration during the operation with vibration tools. International standard ISO 10819 evaluates the physical effect of gloves' vibration transmissibility but not evaluates the physiological effect of human hands. Thus, in this paper, we proposed the evaluation using the temporary threshold shift of vibrotactile perception threshold to evaluate the hand-arm vibration reducing effect of anti-vibration glove. We performed the experiments where subjects were exposed to hand-arm vibration under the three glove conditions; two kinds of gloves and barehanded. As a result, we could confirm wearing the anti-vibration gloves provides positive effects for human hands physiologically and the proposed method might be effective for evaluation of the hand-arm vibration reducing effect of anti-vibration glove
Synthesis of unsaturated main group elements compounds and their application for activation of small molecules
研究代表者研究分担者publisher研究種目:基盤研究(B); 研究期間:2012~2014; 課題番号:24350031; 研究分野:無機化学; 科研費の分科・細目:研究成果の概要(和文): 独自に開発した「縮環型立体保護基(Rind基)」の導入により, ホウ素やケイ素, リンなどを含む新しい不飽和結合化学種を合成した. それらの分子構造や化学結合について実験化学と理論化学の両面から解明した. また, 結合電子に由来する特異な反応性について調査した. 特に, 新奇な水素化ホウ素化合物を合成し, それらの分子構造をX線結晶構造解析により決定するとともに, 水素分子や一酸化炭素などの小分子との反応性について調査した. 研究成果の概要(英文): Novel unsaturated compounds of boron, silicon, phosphorus, etc. have been synthesized by the introduction of the fused-ring bulky "Rind" groups, which we have recently developed. Their molecular structures and chemical bonding have been elucidated by the experimental and theoretical studies. We have also examined the reactivity of the resulting unsaturated main group elements compounds. Especially, we have focused on the synthesis of new hydroboron compounds, and their structures clearly confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The reactions of the dihydrodiborane(4) with small molecules such as dihydrogen and carbon monoxide have been investigated

Refinement of surface analysis of nanoparticle with surface modification by using ATR-FUV measurement

VIA-ATR-FUVは, 固体試料の遠紫外スペクトルを測定し, 表面からの深さの変化を研究することができる. PSNPを規則正しく配置し凹凸ある面での測定精度向上を目指して研究を行い, 波長より大きいPSNPではエバネッセント波の散乱の影響を受けること, 一方で, より小さなナノ粒子のスペクトルはPS均一膜と同様のスペクトルが観測された. 電磁波計算との比較により, 表面100nm以内に焦点を当てた電子状態分析の可能性を見出した. 研究成果の概要(英文): Electronic states of polystyren nano particle (PSNP) whose diameters are 50-500 nm and surface modificated PSNSP were observed by variable-incidence-angle (VIA) measurement of attenuated total reflectance spectroscopy in the far-ultraviolet region (ATR-FUV). The VIA-ATR-FUV has enabled us to measure the FUV spectra for solid samples without peak-saturation by nitrogen gas purge, and to study the variation in the depth from the surface. In order to arrange the PSNP on the surface with regularity, spin coater was used to form films. The spectra of spin-coated PSNP film could be measured with good reproducibility. It was found that PSNP with larger diameters than wavelength are strongly affected by the real part of refractive index, that is effect of scattering, on the other hand, the spectra of the smaller nano-particle was similar to that of the uniform PS film. 研究代表者publisher研究種目:若手研究(B); 研究期間:2011~2014; 課題番号:23790609; 研究分野:薬理学; 科研費の分科・細目:研究成果の概要(和文): 膀胱組織においてサブスタンスPはおそらくNK1受容体を介して硫化水素合成酵素シスタチオニン-γ-リアーゼ (CSE)のup-regulationを引き起こし, これによって膀胱組織内で生成された硫化水素が炎症の進行を促進するとともにCav3.2T型カルシウムチャネルを活性化することで膀胱痛の発現および維持に関与することが明らかとなった. 今後, これらのシグナル経路を標的とした薬物が間質性膀胱炎の新たな治療薬として開発されることが期待される. 研究成果の概要(英文): This study clarified that, in the bladder tissues, substance P (SP) upregulates cystathione-γ-lyase (CSE) via NK1, and endogenous hydrogen sulfide generated by SP/NK1/CSE pathway facilitates processing of inflammation and participates in the development and maintenance of bladder pain through the activation of Cav3.2. These results suggest that the drug targeting these signaling pathway appears to serve as novel therapeutic strategy for treatment of painful bladder diseases including interstitial cystitis
Abnormal LPA receptor signaling in cancer

The effects of LPA are mediated through at least six types of LPA receptors, including LPA1~LPA6. Involvement of LPA receptor-mediated signaling in cancer growth has been so far suggested. The present study demonstrated that LPA receptor mutants observed in cancer tissues showed abnormal cellular distribution and intracellular signaling. Further analysis for LPA signaling in a certain type of ovarian cancer cell line revealed that the effects of LPA signaling were partly attributed to a fatty acid liberated from LPA
