    Adolescence is a time of many changes both physical, spiritual, mind, so at this time teenagers experience a lot of adolescent emotional turmoil and adolescent problems in general are caused by social role conflict. On the one hand he already wants to be independent as an adult, on the other hand he still has to continue to follow the wishes of parents. The emotional turmoil caused his psychological condition to be unstable due to the unstable condition which also caused the teenagers to be very easily influenced by the surrounding environment. Problems that arise among adolescents that can be categorized as serious problems include the problem of juvenile delinquency, given that adolescents are an age group that is expected to be the next generation of successors in the future.     The discussion in this article focuses on the bureaucracy and cultural behavior of the organization in one of the Islamic educational institutions in the city of Yogyakarta. In this paper the author focuses on Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School Complex Q Krapyak Yogyakarta in maintaining and advancing its existence towards implementing institutional bureaucracy in building organizational behavior and culture. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative study. Data collection techniques in this paper through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the success of Islamic educational institutions certainly can not be separated from how the role of a dialogic bureaucracy in the distribution of structures, tasks and institutional elements that are formulated through discussion rooms or deliberations, behavior and organizational culture with a rolling job system and instill attitudes of Islamic moral values and preserving the culture of Javanese people by making it a habit to communicate using local languages to instill cultural values by building a sense of ukhuwah in organizing within the scope of the Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School Complex Q Krapyak Yogyakart

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktek IMBT yang dilakukan di Bank XYZ dan mengevaluasi kesesuaian praktek tersebut dengan maqashid syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif secara penuh yang terdiri dari tiga tahap analisis yaitu kajian literatur, in-depth interview, dan analisis deskriptif. Temuannya adalah bahwa praktek IMBT yang dilakukan oleh Bank XYZ telah memenuhi persyaratan atau kepatuhan syariah. Disisi lain dari sudut pandang maqashid syariah yang lima, seluruh praktek yang dilakukan telah sesuai. Dimana terdapat sistem yang mewakili terhadap penjagaan harta, pikiran, jiwa, keturunan dan harta nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, nasabah mendapat tawaran yang baik dan jelas, serta pihak Bank XYZ sangat bertanggungjawab atas seluruh transaksi yang dilakukan

    One of the pesantren born from community service is Pesantren Az Zahro Temanggung, Pesantren Az Zahro Temanggung proves that the role of pesantren is very large in contributing to society. This study wants to reveal Pesantren Az Zahro Temanggung’s devotion in religion and the  main reasons Pesantren Az Zahro Temanggung does community service. The method used in this study is qualitative research method using case study design. Based on the research, evidence was found that Pesantren Az Zahro Temanggung is a community-based pesantren, namely by carrying out religious services such as routine recitation, as well as serving the requests of people who need ustadz or religious teachers who graduated from Pesantren Az Zahro Temanggung. The thinking that underlies Pesantren Az Zahro Temanggung’s devotion is a sense of sincerity, practicing religious knowledge, a spirit of independence, and promotion for Pesantren Az Zahro Temanggung

    Allah memberikan jalan kepada manusia untuk menjaga kehormatan serta martabatnya dengan jalan pernikahan. Pernikahan beda agama tak jarang menimbulkan gejolak dan reaksi keras di kalangan masyarakat. Masing-masing pihak memiliki argumen logis yang berasal dari penafsiran dalil-dalil Islam tentang pernikahan beda agama. Penelitian ini ingin menjawab bagaimana pernikahan beda agama dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an Analisis Pemikiran Buya Hamka dalam tafsir Al-Azhar. Alasan penulis memilih tafsir Al-Azhar karya Buya Hamka adalah karena tafsir Al-Azhar mampu menampilkan sosio-budaya dan sosio-politik pada saatpenulisannya. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah library research dengan metode yang digunakan adalah studi tokoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Buya Hamka mengharamkan pernikahan muslim dengan orang musyrik baik laki-laki maupun perempuan berdasarkan surat Al-Baqarah ayat 221. Musyrik menurut Buya Hamka adalah musyrik secara umum tanpa terkecuali. Selanjutnya dalam surat Al-Maidah ayat 5 Buya Hamka membolehkan nikah beda agama antara pria muslim dan wanita ahli kitab. Ahli kitab yang merdeka dan wanita baik-baik. Ahli kitab yang dimaksud hanya Yahudi dan Nasrani. Buya Hamka cenderung mengedepankankan bahwa seorang mukmin harus kuat dan kokoh imannya jika akan menikah dengan ahli kitab. Implikasi dari pemikiran Buya Hamka menjadi salah satu sumbangan bagi produk hukum di Indonesia terkhusus tentang pelarangan nikah beda agama pada Fatwa MUI tahun 1980
