    Capital management and funding sources are very important aspects in ensuring business sustainability, especially for young entrepreneurs. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding of SMK IPTEK students about capital management and alternative sources of effective funding to support business continuity. The methods used include counseling, interactive discussions, financial management simulations, and case studies of capital and funding management. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and abilities in managing capital effectively and determining funding sources that are in accordance with business needs. It is hoped that this activity will be able to form a young generation who are able to manage finances and business funding sources sustainably and innovatively.     Perancangan Poros Turbin Archimedes Pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro Skala Lab

    Energi merupakan kebutuhan vital yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Indonesia memiliki potensi besar dalam pemanfaatan energi baru dan terbarukan (EBT), salah satunya melalui pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro (PLTMH). Komponen utama dalam sistem PLTMH adalah turbin, di mana turbin Archimedes screw menjadi salah satu alternatif yang efisien dalam mengubah energi air menjadi energi mekanik, terutama pada debit air yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang poros turbin Archimedes serta melakukan analisis performa dan ketahanan strukturnya menggunakan aplikasi Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui simulasi numerik dengan variasi panjang poros. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi panjang poros berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecepatan aliran dan putaran turbin. Pada panjang poros 1100 mm, dihasilkan kecepatan 19,7 m/s dengan 188 RPM; panjang 1200 mm menghasilkan 33,3 m/s dengan 317 RPM; dan panjang 1300 mm menghasilkan kecepatan tertinggi 43,8 m/s dengan 418 RPM. Simulasi FEA menunjukkan bahwa desain poros mampu menahan beban operasional dengan aman. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan desain turbin Archimedes yang optimal untuk mendukung pemanfaatan EBT di Indonesia

    Pengabdian  ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pemilihan Ketua Rukun Tetangga (RT) di Lingkungan Ciloang RT 05/09, Kelurahan Sumur Pecung, Kecamatan Serang, dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang mempengaruhi partisipasi warga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil Pengabdian  menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pemilihan telah dilaksanakan sesuai prinsip-prinsip demokrasi, partisipasi warga masih rendah, terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi dan rendahnya kesadaran warga akan pentingnya pemilihan tersebut. Warga yang lebih muda dan berpendidikan tinggi cenderung lebih aktif, sementara warga dengan tingkat sosial-ekonomi yang lebih rendah kurang berpartisipasi. Analisis juga mengungkapkan bahwa calon Ketua RT yang proaktif dalam berinteraksi dengan masyarakat mendapatkan dukungan lebih besar. Rendahnya partisipasi berdampak negatif pada legitimasi pemimpin yang terpilih, yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas kepemimpinan. Pengabdian  ini menyoroti perlunya peningkatan strategi sosialisasi dan pendidikan politik yang lebih inklusif untuk mendorong partisipasi yang lebih merata. Dengan partisipasi yang lebih tinggi, pemilihan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pemimpin yang lebih representatif dan memiliki legitimasi yang kuat, serta mendukung pembangunan sosial yang lebih berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.     Pada era globalisasi ini perusahaan harus memiliki etika dan tanggung jawab sosial yang baik agar perusahaan tersebut dikategorikan menjadi perusahaan baik. Perusahaan tidak hanya memikirkan laba/keuntungan tetapi harus memiliki aspek internal yang terorganisir dengan memiliki karyawan yang memiliki etika profesinya. Menurut Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (2014), Akuntan yang baik adalah akuntan yang memiliki kode Etik Pengertian etika secara etimologi berasal dari bahasa yunani, yaitu ethos yang mempunyai banyak arti kebiasaan, adat, akhlak, watak, perasaan, sikap, dan cara berpikir. Tujuan diterapkannnya etika profesi akuntansi untuk menjaga kualitas informasi laporan keuangan, menjaga integritas profess dan keandalan yang dihasilkan oleh akuntan. Etika profesi akuntansi bertujuan untuk menjaga dan melindungi kepentingan publik serta memastikan keandalan dalam pelaporan keuangan. Etika profesi juga dapat mencegah penipuan/fraud dan dapat membangun kepercayaan kepada masyarakat dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etika profesi akuntansi yang baik agar menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang transparan dan berintegritas.     Electrical energy has an important role for home needs such as washing machines and irons, as well as for the industrial sector such as power plants and other infrastructure. To create electrical energy, a system is needed which is known as a power plant.. At PT. X electrical energy is produced from the Power Plant which contains supporting equipment, one of which is the Steam Turbine Generator. A Steam Turbine generator is a machine that produces electrical energy from the use of hot steam converted into mechanical energy which is connected by the turbine shaft to the generator. In the refinery operation process, it is very important to know the optimal performance of the Steam Turbine Generator. The research aims to obtain the optimization value of Steam Flow Steam Turbine Generator 4 at Power Plant 2 and to analyze the resulting performance optimization comparison. Optimizing the performance of Steam Turbine Generator 4 Power Plant 2 was carried out by increasing the Steam Flow by 5 Ton/day from 23.80 Ton/day to 63.80 Ton/day. Optimal performance on Steam Turbine Generator 4 Power Plant 2 is obtained at a Steam Flow of 63.80 Tons/day with an electrical power of 12.6 MW which will produce an efficiency value of 80.76%

    The Effect of Job Satisfaction, Person-job fit and Servant Leadership on Employee Performance

    This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, person-job fit, and servant leadership on employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Service. This research uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling method, involving the entire population of 40 respondents. Primary data was collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression method with SPSS software. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance, while person-job fit and servant leadership do not have a significant influence. This finding indicates that improved employee performance in this organization is influenced by the level of job satisfaction, which is indicated by the highest rating on the aspect of overall satisfaction with work. Meanwhile, although person-job fit and servant leadership were rated positively by respondents, these variables have not contributed significantly to performance improvement. These results imply the need to focus on improving job satisfaction through strategies such as providing appreciation, recognizing achievements, and improving the comfort of the work environment. In addition, this study recommends exploring other factors such as work motivation, organizational support, and person-organization fit that may have a greater influence on employee performance. This study provides practical implications for organizational leaders in developing more comprehensive and holistic policies to improve the effectiveness of employee performance. Further research is expected to expand population coverage by involving similar agencies in other regions and adding new relevant variables to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in the public sector

    The Effect of Price, Taste Experience, Viral Marketing Activity, and E-Word of Mouth on Customer Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty on Mixue Products

    This study aims to examine the influence of Price, Taste Experience, Viral Marketing Activity, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WoM) on Customer Satisfaction, as well as its subsequent impact on Brand Loyalty. The research was conducted on Mixue consumers in the Jabodetabek area, involving 149 respondents selected through purposive sampling, a type of non-probability sampling technique. The research model and its hypotheses were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected via an online questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, consisting of 32 Likert-scale statements (1–5). The findings indicate that while Price has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Taste Experience, Viral Marketing Activity, and E-WoM each have a positive and significant influence. Based on these results, it is recommended that Mixue enhance customer satisfaction by developing more localized and innovative taste offerings and conducting regular flavor testing to meet consumer preferences. Additionally, viral marketing efforts can be optimized by encouraging user-generated content and collaborating with micro-influencers to strengthen engagement and emotional connection with the brand

    The Impact of Technostress, Self-Efficacy, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance at LLDIKTI Region II

    This study aims to analyze the influence of technostress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance on employee performance at LLDIKTI Region II. A quantitative approach was used with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 60 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 27. The results show that technostress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Among these, work-life balance has the greatest influence, followed by self-efficacy and technostress. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 53.1% indicates that these three variables explain more than half of the variation in employee performance. These findings imply that in facing digital transformation, LLDIKTI Region II needs to pay special attention to the factors affecting employee performance, particularly in managing technostress and enhancing self-efficacy. Practical recommendations for LLDIKTI Region II include providing regular technology training, implementing mentorship programs for senior employees, and offering self-efficacy enhancement programs through coaching and mentoring. Additionally, adopting flexible work policies is crucial to support employees’ work-life balance, ensuring optimal productivity in a dynamic digital work environment
