Analisis Tematik Hadis tentang Kerjasama Modal dalam Perspektif Syariah
This research aims to analyze capital cooperation as discussed in several Hadith collections. Therefore, it employs the maudhui (thematic) method to examine various Hadiths concerning capital cooperation found across different Hadith compilations. This examination delves into the ontological, epistemological, and axiological aspects of Hadiths on capital cooperation, specifically how they manifest social worship in economic activities as a form of social responsibility. The findings indicate that there are approximately 50 Hadiths related to capital cooperation that use the term "al-syarikah" (الشركة) and around 12 Hadiths that use the term "al-ikhtilath" (الإختلاط). In Islamic jurisprudence literature, the practice of "capital cooperation" is categorized under al-syirkah, which in Indonesian is translated as "perserikatan" or "perkongsian" (partnership or association). The term al-syirkah in al-Munjid is defined as al-ikhtilath, meaning "to mix" or "to blend." Islam views cooperation as a means of mutual assistance in driving human productivity, which holds the value of social worship. Consequently, it is crucial to maintain, preserve, and foster cooperation to achieve human well-being in both this world and the hereafter. Capital cooperation, as a primary medium for achieving shared prosperity, also serves as an implicit prohibition against hoarding capital. A Muslim who possesses wealth is commanded to assist others as a form of social responsibility. This research recommends that everyone distribute a portion of their capital to help those who lack it in running their businesses, as a form of humanitarian social responsibility.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kerjasama modal dalam beberapa kitab Hadis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode maudhui (tematik) dalam mengkaji beberapa hadis tenteng kerjasama modal yang tersebar di beberapa kitab hadis, baik secara Ontologis, Epitemologis dan Aksiologis mengenai hadis kerjasama modal dalam mengejawantahkan aspek ibadah sosial pada aktifitas ekonomi, sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hadis-hadis yang terkait dengan kerjasama modal dengan menggunakan lafal al-syarikah berjumlah kurang lebih 50 buah8 dan yang menggunakan lafal al-ikhtilath berjumlah kurang lebih 12 buah.9 Kerjasama dalam literatur fikih dikatakan bahwa praktek “kerjasama modal” termasuk dalam bentuk al-syirkah (الشركة), yang dalam bahasa Indonesia diistilahkan dengan “perserikatan” atau “perkongsian”. DEKONSTRUKSI TAFSIR BIAS GENDER: KRITIK FEMINISME TERHADAP POLIGAMI DALAM KITAB TAFSIR INDONESIA
This study critically examines gender bias in the interpretation of Qur'an Surah An-Nisa verse 3 by analyzing eight classical Indonesian tafsir (exegesis) texts. Employing a qualitative content analysis approach, the research uncovers how patriarchal ideology has historically shaped the understanding of polygamy within these interpretations. The findings indicate that many classical scholars framed polygamy in ways that subordinate women, often portraying them as passive recipients of male authority. Common justifications for polygamy—such as a wife’s infertility, disobedience, or inability to fulfill marital obligations—are shown to stem not from the Qur’anic text itself but from prevailing cultural norms and patriarchal assumptions. These interpretations, while influential, often overlook the ethical and egalitarian spirit of the Qur’an, particularly its emphasis on justice and compassion. The study calls for a re-evaluation of such interpretations through a contemporary lens that prioritizes contextual understanding and gender equity. By advocating for a justice-oriented hermeneutic, this research contributes to the broader discourse on Islamic reform and gender justice. It emphasizes the need for interpretations that reflect the Qur’an’s core values of fairness, dignity, and humanity, thereby promoting a more inclusive and balanced view of women’s roles in modern Muslim societie
The Influence of the Heutagogy Approach Based on Xmind Mapping on the Critical Thinking Skills of Class X Students at SMA Negeri 5, Barru Regency
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Heutagogy approach based on Xmind Mapping in improving students' critical thinking skills in history subjects at SMA Negeri 5 Barru Regency. The research employed a one-group pretest-posttest design involving 70 tenth-grade students selected through cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this study were essay tests and observation sheets. The findings revealed a significant increase in the students’ average scores, from 31.92 in the pretest to 66.45 in the posttest. The Mann-Whitney statistical test showed a significance value of 0.000 (0.05), indicating that the approach had a significant effect on enhancing students’ critical thinking abilities. Therefore, the Heutagogy approach integrated with Xmind Mapping can be considered an effective strategy to improve the quality of history learning and foster students’ critical thinking skills.Keywords: Heutagogy, Xmind Mapping, Critical Thinking, History Learning, Senior High Schoo
THE INTERCULTURAL STRUGGLE: PMM STUDENTS' PERSPECTIVES ON CULTURE SHOCK AT UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MAKASSAR
This qualitative study explores the determinants of culture shock experienced by students participating in the Program Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) at Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM). Using Orlay’s (2021) framework on cultural adaptation, the research investigates the challenges faced by 5 PMM students as they navigate their academic and social environments in a new cultural setting. Through in-depth interviews, the study identifies key factors contributing to culture shock, including language barriers, differences in teaching methodologies, and habit. Findings suggest that these factors significantly impact students' academic performance, mental well-being, and overall adjustment to university life. The study highlights the need for targeted support mechanisms, such as cultural orientation programs and peer mentoring, to mitigate the negative effects of culture shock and promote smoother transitions for future PMM participants. This research contributes to the understanding of cross-cultural challenges in higher education and provides insights for improving the PMM experience at UNM
Pengaruh Penguasaan Qawaid Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Siswa Madrasah Aliyah YMPI Rappang
Mastery of qawaid (Arabic grammar) is a fundamental component in Arabic language learning, particularly in supporting students’ writing skills. This study aims to examine the influence of qawaid mastery on students’ guided writing skills (insya' muwajjah) at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) YMPI Rappang. Guided writing refers to the ability to compose structured texts based on specific instructions or frameworks provided by the teacher. Using an ex post facto approach, the study involved a population of 113 eleventh-grade students, with a sample of 53 students selected through probability sampling using proportionate stratified random techniques. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through tests measuring students’ mastery of qawaid and their guided writing skills. Data analysis employed product-moment correlation and simple linear regression techniques. The results showed that qawaid mastery had a positive and significant influence on students' guided writing skills, with a coefficient value of 0.536. These findings indicate that strengthening Arabic grammar mastery contributes significantly to the development of guided writing abilities. Therefore, the integration of qawaid learning needs to be emphasized in the Arabic curriculum to support the optimal achievement of students’ writing competencies

This study aims to explore the legal politics of societal protection tools, specifically analyzing the Indonesian legal system from a humanities perspective. The focus lies on the role of legal instruments in safeguarding citizens' rights and their implementation within the framework of Indonesian law. By examining historical, cultural, and social contexts, this analysis investigates how the legal system in Indonesia influences public protection policies, especially in addressing challenges such as human rights violations, social justice, and the balance between state authority and individual freedoms. Utilizing a humanistic approach, this paper highlights the critical need for reforms that can create a more inclusive, fair, and effective legal structure for society. Additionally, the study stresses the importance of legal education and advocacy in raising public awareness of legal protections and ensuring that laws remain aligned with the evolving needs and values of Indonesian society. This research is significant in shaping future legal reforms for better societal protection
PERAN PPG DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONALITAS GURU PAI
Pemerintah telah menggunakan berbagai macam strategi selama ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidik, termasuk program pendidikan dan pelatihan maupun program non-kependidikan. Namun strategi-strategi ini tidak berjalan dengan baik, sehingga diperlukan program profesional khusus untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Syarat yang terpenuhi tenaga pengajar di Indonesia saat ini harus menjadi seorang guru yang memiliki gelar sarjana (Spd) dan menempuh pendidikan profesi guru (PPG). Program PPG sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalitas guru termasuk guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Profesionalitas guru PAI mencakup berbagai aspek, termasuk penguasaan materi, keterampilan, pedagogi, dan kemampuan untuk membangun karakter siswa sesuai dengan prinsip Islam. Melalui studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru PAI, peran PPG dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru, serta dampak program ini terhadap profesionalitas mereka. Kajian ini mengacu pada berbagai sumber akademik, termasuk jurnal dan kebijakan pendidikan terkait PPG. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan program ini sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pedagogik, penguasaan materi, keterampilan mengajar, serta kemampuan dalam membangun karakter pendidik yang profesional dan berintegritas sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum dan perkembangan zaman. Dengan demikian PPG menjadi salah satu strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama islam di sekolah. Keywords: PPG, Kompetensi Profesional, Guru PA
The Influence of Foreign Direct Investment and Inflation on Economic Growth in Indonesia For The 2013-2023 Period
This study aims to analyze the influence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia in the period 2013-2023. Using a quantitative approach, this study applies multiple linear regression on secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia or other secondary sources, with independent variables of FDI and inflation and the dependent variable in the form of the annual Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate. The results of the analysis show that FDI has an insignificant negative effect on economic growth, while inflation shows a positive but also insignificant effect. These results indicate that neither FDI nor inflation dominantly determine Indonesia's economic growth during the period, so additional factors may be needed to maximize economic growth through macroeconomic stability. This study is expected to contribute to economic policies related to FDI and inflation control in Indonesia
MEMAKNAI PRIBAHASA BUGIS “MAKKALU DAPURENG WEKKA PITU†DALAM HUKUM ISLAM
This article was written based on the famous Bugis Bone proverb "aja mubotting narekko depa mullei makkaluriwi Dapure'ng wekka pitu (don't marry if you can't go around the kitchen seven times), this article aims to find out the meaning of the Bugis proverb Makkalu Dapure'ng Wekka Pitu according to Islamic law. The main topic of discussion that will be analyzed in this article is what is the meaning contained in the Makkalu Dapure'ng Wekka Pitu proverb and what is the Islamic Law view of this proverb. This research is library research. The results of this research show that the Bugis community has a language that is full of meaning. Pappaseng tau riolo (message from the ancestors) namely "aja mubotting narekko depa mullei makkaluriwi Dapureng'e wekka pitu (don't marry if you can't go around the kitchen seven times) shows that marriage is not only about love, but also about a man's responsibility -men to their wives to provide all the necessities of life both in terms of physical needs and biological needs, apart from that in Islamic law it is also very clear that it is stated that the husband is obliged to provide support for his wife and children in an appropriate manner
Sanksi Tindak Pidana penghinaan Terhadap Kepala Negara Di Media Sosial Dalam Pasal 219 KUHP Perspektif hukum Pidana Islam
Tindak pidana penghinaan terhadap Kepala Negara adalah tindak pidana yang menyerang kehormatan atau harkat dan martabat dapat berupa menista, fitnah, ataupun persangkaan palsu. Penghinaan terhadap Kepala Negara di media sosial menjadi isu hukum yang kontroversial. Karena banyak orang beranggapan hal tersebut merupakan salah satu bentuk kebebasan berpendapat. Oleh karena itu penelitian mengenai penghinaan terhadap kepala negara di media sosial sangat penting dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan unsur-unsur tindak pidana, dan sanksi dari penghinaan terhadap Kepala Negara di media sosial dalam pasal 219 KUHP dan Hukum Pidana Islam, dan mengetahui dampak dan akibat hukum dari tindak pidana penghinaan Kepala Negara di media sosial. Metode yang dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis, dan melakukan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan jenis pendekatan Undang-Undang Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tindak pidana penghinaan kepala negara di media sosial dalam pasal 219 KUHP bukan bertujuan sebagai pembungkam aspirasi rakyat, walaupun ada kalimat yang menyebabkan multitafsir, dan dari segi sanksi dapat menimbulkan over-penalizing. Serta menurut hukum islam itu sendiri tindakan ini bukanlah tindakan yang di perbolehkan sehingga masuk kedalam kategori ta’zir. hal itu dilakukan untuk menghinadari dampak dari tindak pidana tersebut seperti gangguan stabilitas politik.Â
