    URGENSI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENGATASI KASUS BULLYING DI SEKOLAH: KAJIAN PSIKOLOGI AGAMA

    Bullying merupakan sebuah tindakan kekerasan yang memiliki dampak negatif berbahaya bagi korban bullying. Dampak tersebut dapat berupa gangguan mental, luka fisik, dan lain-lain Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengesksplorasi urgensi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi kasus bullying di sekolah dalam kajian psikologi.Hal ini perlu untuk dikaji dikarenakan maraknya kasus bullying yang terjadi di satuan pendidikan dan memberikan dampak yang berbahaya bagi kenyaman peserta didik itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis library research yang menghimpun data penelitian yang terkait dengan pembahasan dari berbagai bahan bacaan, seperti jurnal, buku, dan artikel lainnya yang kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif. Selanjutnya peneliti melakukan analisis data melalui empat tahapan yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penatikan kesimpulan.yang didapatkan dari berbagai sumber dan membuat sebuah kesimpulan dibagian akhir penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kasus bullying yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah dapat diatasi melalui peran psikologi agama yang melibatkan penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam kepada peserta didik. Dengan demikian, psikologi agama memberikan pengetahuan agama Islam kepada peserta didik yang nantinya dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar terciptanya peserta didik yang berintelektual tinggi dan berkarakter Islami

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis materi pendidikan akhlak dalam kitab Minhajul Muslim yang merupakan hasil pemikiran dari Syaikh Abu Bakar Jabir Al-Jazairi, untuk diteliti relevansinya dengan materi PAI tingkat SMA/Sederajat kurikulum merdeka, sehingga dapat diadopsi dan diterapkan serta diambil manfaatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui library research atau penelitian literatur dengan teknik komparatif. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber data primer (pokok) dan sekunder (penunjang). Sifat penelitian berupa deskriptif kualitatif yakni sebuah metode untuk menggambarkan kondisi apa adanya tanpa memberi manipulasi pada variabel yang diteliti, data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Berdasakan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, diketahui bahwa materi akhlak yang terdapat dalam kitab Minhajul Muslim cukup relevan dengan materi akhlak pada mata pelajaran PAI tingkat SMA/Sederajat kurikulum merdeka, oleh karena itu kitab Minhajul Muslim ini dapat diadopsi oleh para pendidik untuk menjadi rujukan dalam menjelaskan materi secara lebih luas khususnya materi akhlak, dan bagi peserta didik dapat juga menjadikannya sebagai bacaan tambahan untuk meningkatkan wawasan keilmuannya Kata kunci : Materi Akhlak, Minhajul Muslim, Al-Jazairi, Kurikulum Merdek

    Pengaruh Digital Marketing Terhadap Penjualan Produk Umkm Cahya Batik Pekalongan Jawa Tengah

    Pengaruh digital marketing terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk UMKM Cahya Batik di Pekalongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara kepada pemilik usaha dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran secara digital melalui Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, dan WhatsApp sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan jumlah penjualan, dengan rata-rata 25–40 pesanan setiap hari. Strategi yang digunakan antara lain promosi menarik, diskon, gratis ongkir, serta menjaga kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang baik. Namun, masih ada beberapa kendala, seperti lambatnya respon admin dan akun media sosial yang kurang aktif. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan media sosial dan strategi komunikasi agar pemasaran digital bisa lebih maksimal dan usaha semakin berkembang

    Studi Faktor Penyebab Turnover dan Upaya Retensi SDM di Pesantren Al Muslim Bireuen

    This study investigates the factors contributing to employee turnover and retention strategies in Pesantren Al Muslim Bireuen, focusing on the unique dynamics of Islamic educational institutions. The research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with 15 employees and document analysis to explore their experiences and perspectives. Findings reveal that key factors causing turnover include low job satisfaction, excessive workload, uncompetitive compensation, and limited career development opportunities. The study also highlights effective retention strategies such as improving employee welfare, providing career advancement programs, and fostering a supportive work culture. These findings align with Herzberg's two-factor theory and the Job Demand-Resource model, offering a nuanced understanding of turnover in the pesantren context. The research recommends implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational commitment, including periodic training, competitive remuneration, and improved communication between management and staff. This study contributes to the existing literature by examining turnover in Islamic boarding schools, which remains underexplored in human resource management research. Limitations of the study include the single-site focus and relatively small sample size, suggesting the need for further research involving diverse pesantren across regions

An overview and findings of research on the role of education on Indonesia's economic development are presented in this paper. Descriptive qualitative research techniques are employed in this study to gather data, which is then examined by looking at secondary data and observing the visual correlation between variables. The study's findings indicate that Indonesian education, both in terms of quantity and quality, indirectly supports the country's economic growth

    Fatwa Communication Literacy Related to The Law of Boycotting Pro-Israel Product Transactions in Indonesia

    The movement to boycott pro-Israel products as a form of condemnation of Israel's aggression against Palestine demands the attention of all elements of society, government and religious leaders in various countries, including in Indonesia. This qualitative study with a content analysis approach aims to identify the construction of mass communication functions in the fatwa of the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Number 83 of 2023 related to the boycott of pro-Israel products. The mass communication function theory constructed by Harold Lasswell became the foundation of the perspective. This study found the construction of mass communication functions in the MUI's fatwa literacy related to the boycott of pro-Israel products, including the function of environmental monitoring related to various events, such as Israeli aggression against Palestine which received financial assistance from various pro-Israel companies, and public questions from Muslims regarding the law of supporting the Palestinian cause. Then, the function of social correlation, such as the appeal for Muslims to do philanthropy for humanitarian solidarity for the struggle of the Palestinian people, and avoid using various pro-Israel products. Furthermore, the function of social transmission is in the form of MUI's role in disseminating Islamic legal norms that can guide Muslims in responding to the boycott movement of Israeli products. This study confirms the importance of constructing a holistic mass communication function involving the synergy of the roles of the community, religious leaders, and the government in disseminating fatwa literacy related to social religious problems, such as the fatwa related to the boycott of pro-Israel products. The focus, perspective and implications of the findings of this study are also novelty to the findings of previous studies which generally focus more on the formal legal aspects related to fatwas related to the boycott of pro-Israel products. However, this study does not examine the economic impact on Muslims in Indonesia of the MUI fatwa related to the boycott

    The Role of Smartphone Usage in Supporting Student Participation in the Subject of Ushul Fiqih at MAN 2 Palu City

    The advancement of increasingly sophisticated communication technology, especially in the form of Smartphones, is one of the main factors driving the increase in internet access among the public. In the world of education, education science plays a role as a link in forming a society that has individual and social foundations, as well as important elements in the implementation of education. Smartphones, with their ability to access the internet, learning applications, and interactive media, have great potential in changing learning methods and learner interactions in the classroom. This study aims to examine the role of Smartphone use in supporting students' participation in the subject of ushul fiqh at MAN 2 Palu City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques applied include data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results showed that the use of Smartphones at MAN 2 Palu City had a significant contribution in supporting students' participation in Ushul Fiqh subjects.     PENGEMBANGAN MODUL MATERI MAWARIS BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DI MAN 1 NAGAN RAYA

    Islamic religious education in Madrasah Aliyah plays an important role in shaping students' understanding of Islamic law, including the material of Mawaris. However, Mawaris learning is often considered difficult because of its theoretical nature and the lack of an applicable approach. This study aims to develop a Mawaris material module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) that can be used as a learning medium in Madrasah Aliyah. This module is designed to improve students' understanding of the Mawaris concept through an approach that focuses on problem solving. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the study indicate that MAN 1 Nagan Raya needs a Mawaris learning module based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to improve the quality of learning. The needs analysis revealed that the school does not yet have an interactive and relevant module, so learning tends to be theoretical. Teachers feel that PBL-based modules are very necessary to deliver material effectively and applicable, while students want a more practical approach to facilitate understanding. PBL-based modules are expected to be able to connect theory with real-life practices, improve critical thinking skills, and help students understand the concept of inheritance law better

    FENOMENA CHILDFREE DALAM RUMAH TANGGA MUSLIM: TINJAUAN HUKUM KELUARGA ISLAM DAN HAK REPRODUKSI

    The childfree phenomenon, or the conscious decision to remain childless, has emerged in contemporary Muslim family discourse. This decision is often viewed as a form of individual rights recognition, yet it also raises controversy within the context of Islamic family law, which emphasizes the importance of offspring in marriage. This article aims to examine the childfree phenomenon from the perspective of Islamic family law and reproductive rights, and assess the extent to which this choice aligns with or contradicts the maqÄá¹£id al-syarī‘ah, particularly in the context of marriage objectives and the protection of lineage. This study employs a normative-qualitative approach by analyzing various sources of Islamic law, contemporary fiqh, and the views of scholars on reproductive rights and the purpose of marriage in Islam. The findings indicate that although Islam strongly emphasizes the importance of procreation through marriage, the decision not to have children (childfree) is not automatically contrary to Shari‘ah. Such a decision, when made with clear consideration of maslahat (public interest) and without harm to others, may be regarded as permissible within Islamic law. This research proposes the need for an adaptive and responsive Islamic legal approach to contemporary social dynamics, while still upholding deep ethical principles of Islam, particularly in safeguarding family and societal values. Thus, childfree can be understood as a legitimate choice if it aligns with the principles of maslahat in the context of Muslim family life

    Evaluasi Pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu: Studi Kasus terhadap Pengembangan Spiritualitas

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu dengan fokus pada pengembangan spiritualitas siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI, observasi kelas, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum dan rencana pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran PAI di MAN 2 Kota Bengkulu telah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dalam upaya pengembangan spiritualitas siswa, seperti variasi metode pembelajaran, peningkatan peran guru dalam mentoring spiritual, serta pengintegrasian nilai-nilai agama dalam kegiatan non-akademik. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran PAI melalui pelatihan bagi guru, serta penyusunan program-program yang lebih mendalam dalam membentuk karakter spiritual siswa
