Al-‘Alaqah bayna Isti‘āb al-Mufradāt fī Muṣṭalaḥāt al-‘Arabiyyah wa Kafā’ah al-Khiṭābah al-‘Arabiyyah bi-Jam‘iyyat al-Khuṭabā’ bi-Ma‘had Darussalam Gontor, Ponorogo: The Relationship Between Vocabulary Comprehension In Arabic Rhetoric Terminology and Arabic Rhetoric Proficiency at the Association Of Orators at Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution, Ponorogo
This study aims to explore the relationship between vocabulary mastery in Arabic rhetoric terms and the speech proficiency of members of Jamiyyatu-l-Khuthaba' at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Arabic rhetoric requires strong vocabulary mastery to facilitate the effective delivery of ideas, thereby enhancing speech proficiency. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a correlation method. Data were collected through observation, written tests to measure vocabulary mastery, and oral tests to assess speech proficiency. Data analysis was conducted using the product-moment correlation technique at a 5% significance level. The results showed that the average vocabulary mastery score was 33.7, while the average speech proficiency score was 33.8, both at an adequate level. The correlation coefficient between vocabulary mastery and speech proficiency was found to be very high, at 0.935. This indicates that vocabulary mastery has a significant relationship with speech proficiency. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of Jamiyyatu-l-Khuthaba' enhance vocabulary training, provide exemplary speeches, and encourage members to recognize the importance of vocabulary in improving their speech competencies.

Inovasi Penilaian Tes Kemampuan Ekspresif Pada Buku Bahasa Arab LP2PPM
This study analyzes the forms of expressive Arabic language competency tests in the Lembaga Pengembangan Pesantren Muhammadiyah (LP2PPM) MTs Arabic language textbook for grade VII. The results of the study show that there are two types of tests, namely (1) subjective speaking skills tests (dialogue pronunciation, picture description, sentence structure changes), and (2) objective writing skills tests (sentence modification, improvement, and creation). The author offers alternative test forms, including audio conversation barcodes, stimulus picture descriptions, interviews, and serial picture comments for speaking skills; as well as variations in spelling and writing picture comments for writing skills. This study is expected to produce a more effective, relevant, and applicable assessment model for students and teachers, while contributing to the development of Arabic language learning at the MTs level in Indonesia
Analysis of the Needs for Developing MI/SD Science Learning Design Based on Local Wisdom
This study aims to develop a science learning design based on local wisdom in MI/SD Gunungkidul by utilising the uniqueness of local culture and natural resource wealth, such as traditional agricultural practices, natural resource management, and local community lifestyles. This research uses a qualitative approach involving 17 teachers as the main source to obtain in-depth data about their experiences, challenges, and needs in implementing local wisdom-based learning. With semi-structured interview instruments and data analysis through three stages data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion, the study is guided by three problem formulations: (1) how local wisdom-based science learning is implemented in schools, (2) why such a design is important in Gunungkidul, and (3) what its impacts are. These problems directly align with the research objectives, which are to explore current implementation practices, analyse the urgency and contextual relevance of integrating local wisdom into science education, and evaluate its potential impact on science literacy, cultural and environmental preservation, and student creativity. The findings show varying levels of implementation, with some schools beginning integration despite challenges such as limited facilities and teacher readiness. Overall, the local wisdom-based science learning approach makes lessons more meaningful and relevant to students' lives
Study Controlling Turnover Intention Among Early Childhood Education Teachers: The Role of Core Commitment Values and Compensation Satisfaction
Teachers are a key factor in realizing educational quality, particularly in early childhood education (ECE), where professional commitment, innovation, and resilience are crucial. High turnover intention among ECE teachers threatens the continuity and quality of learning. This study aims to develop a model for implementing the basic values of commitment—comprising dedication to goals, efficiency, innovation, and teaching quality—moderated by compensation satisfaction, to reduce turnover intention. The research focuses on understanding how internal and external motivational factors contribute to teacher retention in ECE institutions. A quantitative approach was employed involving 119 ECE teachers in Jember Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3.0). Variables measured include core values of organizational commitment, compensation satisfaction, and turnover intention control. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the robustness of the measurement model. The results show that all four dimensions of teacher commitment have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention. Teachers who demonstrate strong alignment with institutional goals, efficiently use resources, engage in innovation, and uphold high teaching standards are significantly less likely to express an intention to leave. Compensation satisfaction was found to be a significant moderating variable that strengthened the relationship between commitment and reduced turnover. Furthermore, a supportive work environment—characterized by physical and emotional well-being, positive peer relationships, and opportunities for professional development—was identified as a contextual enhancer of retention. Theoretically, this study contributes to the refinement of organizational commitment theory in the context of early childhood education in developing countries. Practically, the findings provide actionable insights for policymakers and school administrators to implement targeted retention strategies that address both intrinsic motivations and extrinsic conditions. Future studies are encouraged to include broader variables such as leadership, career advancement, and psychological well-being, as well as test the model across different educational settings
Motivation from People Closest to Local and Non-Local Students Against Determining Physics Identity in Analytical Mechanics Courses
This study aims to find out more about the influence of motivation from people closest to them on the formation of physics identity, especially for local students (living in D.I. Yogyakarta) and non-local (from outside D.I. Yogyakarta), on the results of analytical mechanics courses. This qualitative descriptive study uses a descriptive-analytical approach based on the results of interviews with 8 sample respondents representing local students (living in D.I. Yogyakarta) and non-local (coming from outside D.I. Yogyakarta) in the Physics Education Department, Yogyakarta State University. All respondents have been able to describe their physics identity, accompanied by strong motivation from people closest to them, including themselves, without any differences between local and non-local students regarding the final results of analytical mechanics. After knowing the results of this study, it is hoped that students can further develop their physics identity so that it has an impact on the final grades of the courses they take
