Indonesia is blessed with a variety of natural resources. The diversity is spread in several regions, one of which is in Ngambon District, Bojonegoro Regency. In this area, there is local wisdom in the form of abundant bananas with superior quality. However, this potential is not matched by efforts to optimize the processing and diversification of products so as to reduce the selling value and existence. Therefore, green design is needed to overcome these problems, one of them is through BONDEV-BC. The purpose of this study is to increase the selling value and existence of bananas through a creative economy with society development. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with secondary data to describe the phenomena that occur in the field. Based on the study conducted it can be concluded that the implementation of this program will help develop the potential of banana's wisdom in Ngambon District

Effect of pulsed electric field treatments on melanosis and quality changes of Pacific white shrimp during refrigerated storage

    Get PDF
Polyphenoloxidase (PPO) from Pacific white shrimp was subjected to Pulsed electric field (PEF) at varying specific energy (54-483 kJ/kg) and pulse number (200-600). PPO activity was decreased as both parameters increased (P < 0.05). Among shrimp treated with PEF, those subjected to PEF-T3 (483 kJ/kg, 600 pulses) had the lower melanosis score than other PEF treatments and the control, packaged in polystyrene trays and wrapped with shrink film, during 10 days of storage at 4 °C (P < 0.05). Highest shear force values were noticed with PEF-T3 treated sample at the end of storage period (day 10) (P < 0.05). Microstructural gaping between shrimp muscle fibers was notably higher in PEF-T3. No protein degradation was observed for all samples, regardless of PEF treatments. Lower mesophilic and psychrophilic microbial counts in shrimp were obtained when PEF-T3 was implemented. After 10 days of storage, higher sensory scores of PEF-T3 treated samples were also attained, as compared to others (P < 0.05). Quality deterioration of shrimp was retarded with the aid of PEF

Cyber Bullying and Legal Protection Rights in Indonesia

    Get PDF
Social media is not something foreign to our ears at this time because with social media everything becomes easier and the current situation requires us to be able to use social media, but many people who become victims due to the use of social media are not wise for example there are bullying elements in it where bully treatment was previously done directly but now bully cases are found through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and other media. Bully actors think that doing media bullying is much easier because they do not meet directly with bully-victims, but this is very detrimental to bully-victims, therefore the state is present to accommodate this situation because bully-victims have the right to report the situation to the authorities. Our motivation, in this case, is what we will describe below, that is in order to be able to help bully victims get their rights as human beings which are human rights must be respected by everyone and human beings have rights that are inherent in them. My hope is that the community, especially Indonesia, has education and high awareness in using social media wisely without harming others. In realizing this hope, I will invite students to be able to help disseminate and educate the community through social media and meet directly so they can better understand how to use social media wisel
