Developed is the technology of producing modified starch of cold swelling with controlled properties allowing to obtain swelling starch with desired properties (solubility, swelling properties, viscosity) through controlling the degree of polymers destruction what makes it possible to expand the spheres and methods of starch use.Разработана технология получения модифицированных крахмалов холодного набухания с регулируемыми свойствами, позволяющая получать, путем управления степенью деструкции крахмальных полимеров, набухающие крахмалы с заранее заданными свойствами (растворимостью, набухаемостью, вязкостью), что дает возможность расширить сферы и способы их применения

ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ПИТАТЕЛЬНЫХ ВЕЩЕСТВ РАЦИОНА МОЛОДНЯКОМ КРУПНОГО РОГАТОГО СКОТА ПРИ ВКЛЮЧЕНИИ В СОСТАВ КОМБИКОРМА КР-3 КОРМОВОЙ ДОБАВКИ НА ОСНОВЕ ПОБОЧНЫХ ПРОДУКТОВ СВЕКЛОСАХАРНОГО ПРОИЗВОДСТВА

Conducted is the study on the use of nutrients in the diet of young cattle when the feed additive on the basis of by-products of sugar beet production is included. It’s established that including a definite amount of feed additives into the diet of young cattle helps to activate microbiological processes in the rumen and has a positive impact on the physiological condition of the animals.Приведены результаты исследования по изучению использования питательных веществ рациона молодняком крупного рогатого скота при включении кормовой добавки на основе побочных продуктов свеклосахарного производства. Установлено, что включение кормовой добавки в установленных количествах в рационах молодняка крупного рогатого скота способствует активизации микробиологических процессов в рубце, а также оказывает положительное влияние на физиологическое состояние животных

ПЕРСПЕКТИВНЫЕ ОПТИМИЗАЦИОННЫЕ МОДЕЛИ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА МОЛОЧНОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ НА ОСНОВЕ РОСТА ЕЕ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ

The article presents the optimization models of improving production efficiency of dairy products based on the growth of its competitiveness. On the example of OJSC “Orsha dairy industrial complex” the effect from the optimization of the assortment of milk, cheese and butter was calculated. As a result of these calculations the expedience of increasing the competitiveness of the products is determined.В статье представлены оптимизационные модели повышения эффективности производства молочной продукции на основе роста ее конкурентоспособности. На примере ОАО «Оршанский молочный комбинат» осуществлена их накладка и выполнены расчеты по оптимизации ассортимента молока, сыра и масла. В результате проведенных расчетов определена целесообразность повышения конкурентоспособности рассматриваемой продукции.Табл. 7. Библиогр. – 4 назв

ПРОТЕИНОВАЯ И АМИНОКИСЛОТНАЯ ПИТАТЕЛЬНОСТЬ КОРМОВ ДЛЯ СВИНЕЙ

In pig fodder the algorithm of calculation of the presence of an "ideal" protein is developed on the basis of the data on the norms of the essential amino acids content in complete fodder and their content in basic fodder. The interrelation of the first limiting amino acid with the required norm makes an amount of complete sets of an "ideal" protein in fodder. Fodder ranging with reference to the content of an “ideal” protein and its cost has been conducted.Разработан алгоритм расчета наличия «идеального» протеина в кормах для свиней на основе данных по нормам содержания незаменимых аминокислот в полнорационных комбикормах и их содержания в основных кормах. Соотношение первой лимитирующей аминокислоты с нормой потребности составляет число комплектов «идеального» протеина в корме. Проведено ранжирование кормов по содержанию в них «идеального» протеина и его стоимости

СУБСТРАТ ПОСЛЕ ВЫРАЩИВАНИЯ ГРИБА ВЕШЕНКА ОБЫКНОВЕННАЯ (PLEUROTUS OSTREATUS) В КОРМЛЕНИИ КРУПНОГО РОГАТОГО СКОТА

Waste free production is an important factor of increasing the efficiency of agricultural production. That is why it’s necessary to use nutrient by-products of agriculture and processing industry in cattle feeding. The article deals with the results of the research on the influence of feeding the medium of Pleurotus ostreatus to young cattle. It’s established that feeding calves with Pleurotus ostreatus promotes the increase of productivity, improvement of digestibility of nutrients and hematological indicators.В статье представлены результаты исследований по изучению влияния скармливания отработанного субстрата твердофазной культуры Pleurotus ostreatus в составе рациона для молодняка крупного рогатого скота. Установлено, что скармливание отработанного субстрата телятам до 12-месячного возраста и на откорме способствует повышению продуктивности, улучшению переваримости питательных веществ и гематологических показателей

АНАЛИЗ ИМПОРТОЕМКОСТИ СЕЛЬСКОХОЗЯЙСТВЕННОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ БЕЛАРУСИ В КОНТЕКСТЕ СБАЛАНСИРОВАННОСТИ ВНЕШНЕЙ ТОРГОВЛИ

The paper deals with the analysis of the volumes and import of agricultural goods and food in the Republic of Belarus. The ratio between intermediate and consumer import is determined, the import capacity is estimated. The main directions to reduce the import capacity of national goods production as well the measures to implement the import substitution plan in the agrarian sphere are identified.Представлен анализ объемов и тенденций импорта сельскохозяйственной продукции и продовольствия Республикой Беларусь. Выявлено соотношение промежуточного и потребительского импорта, дана оценка импортоемкости сельскохозяйственной продукции. Определены основные направления снижения импортоемкости производства отечественной продукции, а также меры по реализации мероприятий импортозамещения в аграрной сфере.Табл. 7. Библиогр. – 7 назв

ВЛИЯНИЕ СИСТЕМ УДОБРЕНИЯ НА БИОЛОГИЧЕСКУЮ АКТИВНОСТЬ ДЕРНОВО-ПОДЗОЛИСТОЙ СУПЕСЧАНОЙ ПОЧВЫ

The paper researches the influence of the fertilizers system in a crop rotation on the integral microbiological parameters (microbial biomass, metabolic activity of microbial communities) and the activity of the key biochemical processes connected with carbon and nitrogen cycles (ammonification, mineralization of carbohydrates, humification) in Luvisol loamy sand soil. A more ecologically acceptable fertilizers system ensuring a saving level of biological activity and a high productivity of crop rotation is identified. Basing on the data of biological tests, activity of organic substances mineralization (hydrolytic enzymes), microbiological, agrochemical properties and the productivity of crop rotation it’s established that the following fertilizers system is more acceptable on Luvisol loamy sand soil: compensation of 125 % of P and K removals (N84P70K120) with split application of nitrogen fertilizers. This system ensures a high productivity of grain-grass rotation, a saving level of soil enzymatic activity and soil organic substances mineralization
