СУБСТРАТ ПОСЛЕ ВЫРАЩИВАНИЯ ГРИБА ВЕШЕНКА ОБЫКНОВЕННАЯ (PLEUROTUS OSTREATUS) В КОРМЛЕНИИ КРУПНОГО РОГАТОГО СКОТА

Abstract

Waste free production is an important factor of increasing the efficiency of agricultural production. That is why it’s necessary to use nutrient by-products of agriculture and processing industry in cattle feeding. The article deals with the results of the research on the influence of feeding the medium of Pleurotus ostreatus to young cattle. It’s established that feeding calves with Pleurotus ostreatus promotes the increase of productivity, improvement of digestibility of nutrients and hematological indicators.В статье представлены результаты исследований по изучению влияния скармливания отработанного субстрата твердофазной культуры Pleurotus ostreatus в составе рациона для молодняка крупного рогатого скота. Установлено, что скармливание отработанного субстрата телятам до 12-месячного возраста и на откорме способствует повышению продуктивности, улучшению переваримости питательных веществ и гематологических показателей
