Introduction of Renga Books of Satomura Syoutaku’s Lectures Written Down

pdf連歌の式目の研究については、木藤才蔵氏によって進められたところが大きい。連歌新式の注解についても同様である。諸本についても多くを紹介されている。筑波大学に連歌新式の注解が一点所蔵される。江戸幕府の連歌師であった里村昌琢の講釈の聞き書きである。これについては従来紹介されることのなかったものである。それには多くの書入れがなされている。特に里村昌陸の言説を記した書入れが多い。江戸時代の連歌史において昌陸は、重要な位置をしめる。その言説が知られる筑波大学の所蔵本の資料的価値は高いといえよう。 　The study of Renga-shikimoku has been greatly advanced by Saizo Kidou. The same is true for the annotation of Renga-shinshiki. He has also introduced many books on this subject. The University of Tsukuba has a collection of annotations of Rengashinshiki. It is a commentary by Satomura Syoutaku, a Renga master of the Edo Shogunate. This is something that has never been introduced before. It contains many inscriptions. In particular, there are many inscriptions describing the discourse of Satomura Syoutaku. Satomura Shoriku occupies an important position in the history of Renga in the Edo period. Management and Preservation of Electronic Records: Case Analysis of Companies

pdf社会がデジタルへの転換期を迎えている。働き方改革の追い風もあり、効率化の名のもとデジタル・トランスフォーメーション（以下「ＤＸ」）は着実に人々の生活へ浸透してきた。他方、2020年頭からCOVID–19が深刻な広がりをみせている。理想として掲げられたＤＸが一転、ウィルス感染予防対策の一環として喫緊の課題となったのである。またその過程で大きく変容した生活様式の中で、企業は事業継続のためにCOVID–19以前ひいてはより高い生産性確保を模索している状況である。 　前述の社会的背景を踏まえ、本稿では民間企業における記録管理実践の事例研究を行う。今回は近年の時流を背景にデジタル分野に特化し分析・考察を行った。筆者の所属する（株）ＮＸワンビシアーカイブズにおけるグットプラクティスを整理した上で、コンプライアンスが重視される近年の傾向より組織経営の最優先事項である「内部統制機能」、短いスパンでの技術革新とデータマイニングを念頭に置いた「長期保存対応」、避けては通れない自然災害等のリスク管理を想定した「ＢＣＭ対策」の着眼点で整理する。分析結果を踏まえアナログの衰退とデジタル移行が組織の生産性にどのような意味をもたらすのか掘り下げ、デジタライゼーション（＝攻めのデジタル化）実現への道と記録管理の展望について述べる。 　Society is entering a period of transition to digital. With the tailwind of work style reforms, digital transformation (hereafter referred to as “DX”) has steadily permeated people’s lives in the name of efficiency. On the other hand, COVID-19 has been spreading seriously since the beginning of 2020. The ideal DX has turned into an urgent issue as part of measures to prevent virus infection. In addition, in the midst of a lifestyle that has changed significantly in the process, companies are Before –19, they are still searching for ways to secure higher productivity. 　Based on the social background mentioned above, this paper conducts a case study of record management practices in private companies. This time, with the background of recent trends, we specialized in the digital field and conducted analysis and consideration. 　After sorting out the good practices of NX WANBISHI ARCHIVES Co., Ltd., to which the author belongs, has focused on the "internal control function", "long-term storage support" and "BCM measures" . Records of the United States Food Administration in the World War I in the Collection of National Archives: A Case Study of Analysis of the Archives of “Food Conservation Campaign” on the Home Front for Historical Research

pdf本稿では米国国立公文書館にRG4の登録番号において現在に至るまで保存されている、第一次世界大戦時アメリカの食糧庁の記録群の管理の歴史をたどるものである。目的は、筆者の研究対象である食糧統制下で行われた銃後の女性たちによる食を通した戦時協力である食糧保存（food conservation）運動の史料収集・分析のためである。今日のアメリカでは史資料のデジタル化が進んでいるため、食糧保存運動に関する史料もウェブ上で入手可能なものも多い。一方でアーカイブズ学的な側面からの史料に関する基礎知識を持たずに個別のデジタル史料を見ても、研究対象とする事象の背景にある大きな歴史の文脈がみえてこないという問題があった。そこで本稿では同記録群の管理の歴史――設立されて間もない国立公文書館による食糧庁文書の受入から分類、その検索手段である『合衆国食糧庁記録群の予備インベントリ1917-1920年：本部機構パート１』が採用されるまで――の過程と同書の編成・記述内容をたどり、そこで得た知見から食糧政策全体を理解した上で、食糧保存運動の位置づけについて論じる。分析手法は同書の編成・記述から食糧庁本部事務所の組織の全容を理解し、記録の階層構造を明らかにすることで女性たちによる食糧保存運動に関する記録を特定する。その上で食糧保存運動が食糧政策全体のなかで果たした役割について分析する。 　This article traces the history of records of the United States Food Administration during the World War I, which was registered as RG4 and had been kept in the collection of National Archives. Especially, it focuses on the records concerning “food conservation campaign”, which was required of the women on the home front. 　Nowadays, numerous records for historical research can be accessed through the Internet by the benefit of advanced digitalization in the United States, however, it is difficult for those who does not have the basic knowledge of archival science to connect each record with the context. Therefore, this article not only shows the history of the way of record management of National Archives, but also the process of acquisition and the development of a scheme of classification. Furthermore, it traces the process of adopting preliminary inventory as the finding aid. 　This article shows arrangement and description of Preliminary Inventory of the Records of the United States Food Administration: Part1 Headquarters Organization, 1917-1920 to clarify the organization of the food administration and specifies the records concerning food conservation campaign by the women. Literary Analysis of AI Waka: Introduction of a Similar Waka Retrieval Method Using the Dice Coefficient

pdfディープランニングが進歩に伴い、人工智能（AI）による詩歌の創作研究が盛んに行われるようになった。著者の研究チームは最近深層学習による和歌生成モデル「和歌VT」を提案した。「和歌VT」は条件付き変分オートエンコーダーと自己注意メカニズムを組み合わせ、指定されたキーワードによって質の高い和歌を生成することができる。本論文ではDice 係数による類似和歌の検索方法を提案し、「和歌VT」モデルによって生成された３首のAI 和歌を例に挙げ、人間和歌との比較の観点から分析を行った。Dice 係数を計算するこの検索方法で類似和歌を客観的に順位付けし、膨大な和歌データから最も目標和歌と近い和歌を選び出すことができる。この和歌検索方法は研究者が和歌を検索する上での参考の一つとして提示することが出来ればと考えている。同方法によって、和歌生成モデル「和歌VT」が創作したAI 和歌と類似する人間和歌を選び出し、その文法や語彙の組み合わせを比較し、AI 和歌の特徴と独創性を分析した。分析結果により、「和歌VT」モデルは人間和歌の主題、文法、句の構造、及び用語を正確にマスターし、独創的な単語の組み合わせ方により斬新的な和歌を生成できることが認められた。 　With the development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology, research on poetry creation has been receiving increasingly close attention. In this article, a Waka retrieval method that calulates the similarity index of Waka based on the Dice coefficient is proposed. The method can objectively rank similar Waka poems based on the similarity index, and provide an objective method by which researchers can select similar Wakas from a large number of Waka poems. Using this Waka retrieval method, we select human Waka poems that are similar to the AI Waka generated by the WakaVT model, and analyze the originality of AI Waka through comparing AI waka and human Waka in terms of the features of vocabulary matching. The analysis results show that the WakaVT model has accurately learned the words and grammar of human Waka, as well as the logical structure and causality between sentences, and can generate novel AI Waka using new word collocations and metaphors. This research is expected to be useful not only for the study of AI Waka but also for the study of human Waka poems.departmental bulletin pape
