Not quarantee RSBI students have good achievement in academic and be success people if they do not have motivation in it. Achievement motivation is one factor to hold academic achievement that can be influenced by student self concept. The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between self concept and achievement motivation. How percentage self concept role emerge achievement motivation. The result of this study is founded significant correlation between self concept and achievement motivation. 13,3% self concept play role in RSBI students’ achievement motivation and 35,4% in Regular students’ achievement motivation. In other, there is differences between RSBI students’ self concept and Regular students’ self concept. Despite there is no differences achievement motivation between RSBI and regular students

The Effect Of Christian Religious Education (PAK) On Special Needs (ABK) In The Inclusive School Of Sukolilo Areas In Understanding The Word Of God

      Christian education is important in the family and school environment. There is no exception for schools that accept students / students with special needs. However, it should be noted that the teaching and learning process of Christian education often has problems, especially in public schools. Problems that arise are mainly caused by unpleasant learning conditions, which are caused by not having a permanent learning place. Always moving around, and the place is sometimes not suitable for students to study, such as in a warehouse, in rooms that have never been used, near bathrooms that are not insulated, in the teacher's room, in the library, etc. thus experiencing obstacles in the teaching and learning process. This of course does not meet the maximum yield target. There are also internal barriers, namely from the students themselves. one of them is disabled children, both physically and mentally. The learning process of disabled children cannot run smoothly due to their disability. Based on the hypothesis test there is a relationship and influence of "Christian Religious Education (PAK) with Children with Special Needs (ABK) in Understanding the Word of God." From thetable ANOVA, it was concluded that there was a significant effect of Christian Religious Education (PAK) with Children with Special Needs (ABK) in Understanding the Word of God

Implementasi Mengasihi Allah Sesuai Markus 12:30 Pada Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Bethany Surabaya

In this dissertation the researcher takes the title: Implementation Loves God In Mark 12:30 Among Students of Bethany High School Theology Surabaya. Students from Bethany High School Surabaya come from various backgrounds. This background colored the implementation and practice of loving God in Mark 12:30. In the field observation there is a negative phenomenon among students STT Bethany Surabaya in the implementation of loving God in Mark 12:30. In the formulation of the problem, the researcher determines from the four aspects of God's love in Mark 12:30, which aspect dominantly forms the implementation of loving God in the lives of STT Bethany Surabaya students. The temporary answer to the problem under investigation, whose truth needs to be tested empirically is the hypothesis. Based on the formulation of the problem, the study of the theory and framework of the above hypothetical proposed as follows: 1. Loving God with all the heart in Mark 12:30 among students STT Bethany tend to be in low to moderate position, 2. Loving God with all the soul in Mark 12:30 among the students of STT Bethany tends to be in low to moderate positions. 3. Loving God with all the intellect in Mark 12:30 among the students of STT Bethany tends to be on the way to high. 4. Loving God with all the strength in Mark 12:30 amongst the students of STT Bethany tends to be in a position of being heading high. The research methodology is quantitative with confirmatory explanatory approach that is based on quantitative in data collection and analysis to test the hypothesis specified. In this section of analysis and discussion of researchers conducted a discussion of the results of research hypotheses. The first hypothesis is that the application of the Y variable tends to be in a moderate position. The findings in the field regarding the application of variable Y are in a moderate position. The hypothesis is acceptable. Based on the results of statistical tests on the implementation of variable Y in the range of Lower Bound and Upper Bond value of 341.28 s / d 347.85 lies in the category is. Test the second hypothesis of implementation Loving God in Mark 12:30 among students STT Bethany the determining dimension is with all soul. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Ketrampilan Komunikasi Dan Kotbah Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Jemaat Di GKI Dasa Surabaya

This research is titled The Influence of Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon on Organizational Commitment at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. The purpose of research is to identify and analyze whether Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon have influence on the organizational commitment of congregation at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. The population in this study were all congregation at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. Samples of this study are 100 respondent. Through sampling stratified Random techniques. These influence was measured using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. Descriptive  analysis  were taken to analyze organizational commitment levels according to demographic groups. The hypothesis in this study are the Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon have positive and significant on organizational commitment. The results showed that collectively, there are positive and significant correlation among Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon on Organizational Commitment at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya 71,1%. It means that 71,1% of organizational commitment in GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya influenced by Leadership style, communication competence and sermon and the other 28,9% by others. All of the variable partially have significant correlation to Organizational Commitment

This paper aims to provide an understanding that Christian Education teachers have a significant role in improving the quality of education and the future of national morality. The development of globalization and modernization makes teachers must be ready and contribute in preparing the nation's young generation in entering the era of globalization and modernization. At least there are two roles that must be possessed by the Christian Religious Education teacher, namely participating in realizing quality education and maintaining the nation's morality. With this writing, it is expected that every Christian Education teacher will become more aware and more enthusiastic in carrying out his duties and vocation as a teacher of Christian Religious Education.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman bahwa guru Pendidikan Kristen memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan masa depan moralitas nasional. Perkembangan globalisasi dan modernisasi membuat para guru harus siap dan berkontribusi dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda bangsa dalam memasuki era globalisasi dan modernisasi. Core family support is one of the external factors that affect students. Each form of family support has aspects including informative, emotional attention, instrumental assistance and assessment assistance. Students are expected to maintain communication with the nuclear family, in order to continue to get support from the nuclear family. The role of the nuclear family as controls, mentors, regulators and supervisors cannot be immediately erased or eliminated just to be independent or free of expression. In procrastination, it is a student's behavior that is not uncommonly realized but is still being lived out, procrastination makes us think irrationally in a conscious state and looks natural by the surrounding environment. Social support, especially core family support is needed to help the student concerned avoid procrastination. This research was conducted with quantitative research with the technique ofcorrelation analysis product moment. From the results of the analysis shows the direction of the relationship between core family support and academic procrastination, while the value of p <0.01 in Sig. (2-tailed) shows that there is a relationship between core family support and student academic procrastination. &nbsp

This research was conducted to determine the effect of tithing on the growth of the welfare of the congregation. Tithing is the return of God to all the blessings that Christians have received. God's promise if tithing is done then the rest (90%) of God will be sanctified and God's blessings will be poured out more for Christians. Therefore from giving tithes increases the welfare of the congregation or believers. This study uses a quantitative method and data management techniques using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program.
