STRATEGI KEUNGGULAN BERSAING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PADA KANTOR JASA PENILAI PUBLIK RIJA HUSAENI DAN REKAN
Dalam dekade sekarang, perusahaan besar dan kecil harus menerapkan teknologi khusus untuk perusahaan jasa penilai independen dalam mengetahui nilai aset yang ditentukan oleh pemegang saham. Tujuan penelitian ini secara khusus untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas organisasi, kapabilitas inovasi, dan customer relation management (CRM) terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan masing-masing faktor di atas terhadap kinerja bisnis dan merumuskan strategi bersaing untuk keberhasilan bisnis KJPP Rija Husaeni dan Rekan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Rija Husaeni dan Rekan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling yang mengharuskan responden memahami variabel yang diteliti. Jumlah sampel adalah 33 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural yang diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Kesimpulan penelitian meliputi: (1) kapabilitas organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja bisnis, (2) kapabilitas inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja bisnis, (3) kapabilitas manajemen hubungan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja bisnis. signifikan pada keunggulan kompetitif sementara. Namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, dan (4) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Tahap pengambilan keputusan untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnis perusahaan dengan menggunakan QSPM, yang hasilnya secara objektif menunjukkan bahwa alternatif strategi penetrasi pasar merupakan strategi alternatif terbaik dan utama yang dapat dilakukan KJPP Rija Husaeni dan Rekan. PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN, INOVASI, DAN PERAN PEMERINTAH TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, inovasi, dan peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Besar sampel diambil sebanyak 100 sampel, dengan metode non probability sampling khususnya Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha kecil dan menengah dengan koefisien jalur 0,051. (2) inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha kecil dan menengah dengan koefisien jalur 0,77. (3) peran pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha kecil dan menengah dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,178. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, innovation, and the role of government in the development of small and medium enterprises. The population in this study are small and medium enterprises in the District of Cipayung, East Jakarta. The sample size was taken as many as 100 samples, with non-probability sampling method in particular is Purposive Sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. the results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has no significant effect on the development of small and medium enterprises with a path coefficient of 0.051. (2) innovation has a significant influence on the development of of small and medium enterprises with a path coefficient of 0.77. (3) the role of government has a significant effect on the development of small and medium enterprises with a path coefficient of 0.178.
PENGARUH KONSUMEN DALAM PEMBELIAN SEPATU BERMEREK DI KOTA BATAM
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumers in purchasing branded shoes in Batam City and also the influence of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value, Brand Personality, Organizational Associations and also the last is Brand Uniqueness to Brand Loyalty. Processing the data using the PLS program facility.The data obtained is by distributing questionnaires as many as 283 to the respondents. This research uses a google form link that is distributed to millennial communities in Batam City.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Personality, Organizational Associations and Brand Uniqueness on Brand Loyalty, while Perceived Quality and Perceived Value show no significant influence on Brand Loyalty.This study is to determine how loyal consumers are in purchasing branded shoes through several factors such as Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value, Brand Personality, Organizational Associations and also the last one is Brand Uniqueness. PENGARUH KESADARAN MEREK, CITRA MEREK, LOYALITAS MEREK TERHADAP EKUITAS MEREK (Studi kasus pada penggunaan smartphone Xiaomi di Batam)
Technological developments continue to increase in various fields, one of which is in the field of cellular telephones, one of the companies established to enter this intense market competition is Xiaomi. There are 3 equity values of the products used in this study, namely Brand awareness, Brand Image, Brand Loyalty that will affect the Brand Equity of this Xiaomi product. This study aims to see how the three elements influence the value of brand equity. The results showed that brand awareness, brand image, brand loyalty influence brand equity simultaneously and brand image, brand loyalty affects brand equity partially while brand awareness does not partially affect brand equity.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Brand Loyalty, Brand Equit
PENGARUH PERFORMA LOGISTIK NEGARA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING EKSPOR SEKTOR MANUFAKTUR (SITC 8) DI ASEAN
Trade facilities have been considered to be an important aspect of international trade, especially when trade agreements between countries have developed rapidly in the world. The Logistic Performance Index, published by the World Bank Institute in 2007 which measures the efficiency customs and boundary management permits,the quality of trade and infrastructure of transport arrangements, competitive shipping prices, competency and quality of logistics services, the ability to track shipments, and on time delivery based on a predetermined time. This study will examine the effect of trade facilities on international trade competitiveness as measured through Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). ASEAN is the subject of this study because ASEAN is the integration have a third most populated country in the world, with 650 million people to be exacted and have a strong economic power, with 9,106,637million USD. The object of this research is the manufacturing sector SITC Rev 3. digit 8 as a sub sector manufacturing which covers the majority of manufactures whose manufacturing products are labor intensive, which has a stable trade nature. The main variables of this study are LPI and the control variables of this study are Terms of Trade (TOT), FDI inflows, GDP, ICT imports, and the Human Development Index. This research using a Pooled Least Squared as the main method.The results of this study, the LPI variable has a positive inpact on the export competitiveness of the 8 digit manufacturing sector. PERAN TRUST, PERCEIVED USEFULNESS, PERCEIVED EASE OF USE, PERCEIVED E-SERVICE QUALITY, DAN PERCEIVED RISK TERHADAP BEHAVIOR INTENTION: SUATU PENELITIAN PADA KIOSK TYME DIGITAL
In the era of digitalization and high economic growth, several industries, especially in banking industry, compete each other to give the best innovation in technology information area. Digitalization in banking industry is able to create behavior intention of society to keep using the banking services. This research aims to know the effect of some factors including trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived e- service quality, and perceived risk in society against to behavior intention in using new technology, where in this context is PT. Bank Commonwealth product, Tyme Digital kiosk.Data collection method used in this research is online questionnaire with sample of 240 respondents who are bank people, having ‘NPWP’, and never using Tyme Digital kiosk. Data analysis is done by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The summary of the result from this research are: 1) Trust have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 2) Trust have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 3) Perceived Usefulness have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 4) Perceived Ease of Use have a positive impact to Perceived Usefulness. 5) Perceived Ease of Use have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. 6) Perceived e-Service is not proven to have a positive impact to Behavior Intention. PENGARUH PROGRAM MOTIVASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM MEMBENTUK JIWA KEWIRAUSAHAAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA
This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru with the aim to determine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation to improve household welfare by empowering Housewives (IRT) as a productive workforce community. The majority of the residents of Limbungan Rumbai with the economic condition of middle-low class families, finding work is increasingly difficult, the need to meet daily needs is increasing. IRT in this region requires motivation in the form of knowledge and skills that can be used as provisions to start a business. The method of analyzing the data of this research is descriptive analysis, which is a research method that describes a situation and event on an actual problem and looks for facts with the correct interpretation as it is, and is not used as a broader conclusion maker. Based on the results of the study it was found that households need entrepreneurial motivation that can provide enlightenment of thought and understanding, especially to the IRT of the potential opportunities for family businesses so that growing interest and motivation in themselves to become entrepreneurs. Organizational commitment is an interesting focus to be discussed at PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi area, this has led to the growing development of organizational commitment in an employee, will be able to reduce the emergence of negative work that appears in the organization, such as employee work strikes, employee demonstrations, work absenteeism numbers, feeling unlucky at work and turnover.Regarding the purpose of this study to analyze and prove personal factors on organizational commitment, analyze and prove organizational factors on commitment, analyze and prove non-organizational factors on organizational commitment and analyze and prove together personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment to PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area.The population in this study were all employees and employees of PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consisting of permanent employees and freelancers exceeding company leadership totaling more than 63 people in which the research sample used the census method for each employee in the PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consists of 63 employees. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression methods.The results of this study are personal factors (X1) significant to organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.638 with a significance value of 0,000, organizational factors (X2) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT.PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.091 with a significance value of 0.018, non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.448 with a significance value of 0.007 and personal factors (X1), organizational factors (X2) and non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT. TINGKAT KEUNTUNGAN DAN USIA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP LEVERAGE: ESTIMASI MODEL DATA PANEL DI INDONESIA
This research have been found that profitability and firm age affect leverage. The selected objects is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2013-2017. We select the samples use the data panel regression model. There are 96 companies have been selected as samples whit technique purposive sampling. The result by partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage, shows that the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied. This is relevant to the capital structure theory. Capital structure is something that is very important for the company which involves funding that carries out the company's operations so that it produces profits. Another factor is the firm age, a long-standing and reputable company will be able to overcome creditworthiness issues when it decides to use debt funding sources
PENGARUH SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN BANK MUAMALAT CABANG PADANG
This type of research is descriptive quantitative because it aims to get a picture of conditions and situations in the work environment of employees of Bank Muamalat Padang Branch related spiritual leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction and how the influence of each variable. The sample of this study using total sampling that 71 people so that the method used is census method by spreading the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using SPSS version 22. The result of multiple regression analysis shows the relationship between each independent variable to the dependent: spiritual leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination (R2) test shows that R2 equal to 0,470 means that the contribution of influence to employee job satisfaction is 47 % while the rest is influenced by other variables like leadership, work motivation and compensation. Managerial implications that writers can ask is if the company wants to improve employee satisfaction then the company must first improve spiritual leadership, so employee satisfaction is achieved.
