    ANALISIS KINERJA EKSPOR CABAI HIJAU DI INDONESIA

    Indonesia merupakan negara tropis yang memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam yang berlimpah salah satunya produk di bidang pertanian, yaitu komoditas hortikultura. Cabai termasuk salah satu komoditas sayuran yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi, karena peranannya yang cukup besar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan domestik sebagai komoditi ekspor dan industri pangan. Cabai hijau (Capsicum frutescens) memiliki umur simpan yang pendek dan harganya yang berfluktuatif mengakibatkan Indonesia mengalami dilema antara kecenderungannya untuk mengeskpor atau mengimpor cabai hijau, untuk itu analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Indeks Spesialisasi Perdagangan (ISP) yang merupakan indeks yang digunakan untuk menghitung spesialisasi perdagangan suatu negara. Sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan dilihat dari ekspor cabai hijau Indonesia berkembang dan terus bertumbuh hingga dalam periode 10 tahun terakhir menggambarkan bahwa Indonesia memiliki kecenderungan dalam kematangan untuk mengekspor cabai hijau.Kata Kunci : Cabai Hijau, Ekspor, Impor, keunggulan komparatif

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pada Sekretariat Pegawai Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia. Jenis penelitian asosiatif ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik pengambilan sampel dipilih dengan total sampling yang melibatkan 63 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien determinasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 50,8 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Oleh karena itu, variabel Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesi

    Good company value can make business owners get maximum profit and can also increase the attractiveness of investors to put investment capital in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising expenses, sales growth and debt levels by using tax aggressiveness as a moderating variable. The research sample used is the financial statements of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The research method used is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that Sales Growth and Debt Level had an effect on firm value, while advertising expense had no effect on firm value. Tax aggressiveness could moderate the relationship between sales growth, debt level and firm value

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  Gaya Hidup dan Atribut Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone iPhone di Karawang. Populasi yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah pengguna iPhone di Karawang. Dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Pengumpulan data digunakan menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil uji signifikansi pengaruh simultan dengan uji F, gaya hidup dan atribut produk secara bersama-sama atau simultan, berpengaruh signifikan (secara statistika) terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji pengaruh parsial dengan uji t, diketahui seluruh variabel bebas, yakni variabel gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi koefisien regresi 0.630 dan t hitung 4.733 > 1.98580 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 1.98580 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00 sebesar (3.09) nilai F hitung > F table atau 67.141 > 3.09 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar  0.000 1.98580 with a significance value of 0.000 1.98580 with a significance value of 0.00 (3.09) F arithmetic value > F table or 67,141 > 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Lifestyle, Product Attributes, Purchase Decision

    This research were done, in order to determined the effect of ledearship and work discipline on the job performance of civil servants on regional office of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Pasaman Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 51 respondents. The data collected in this study were analyzed  using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially leadership had a significant effect on the job performance of civil servants on Regional Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Pasaman Regency, with a significant value of 0.000 alpha 0.05. Simultaneously leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on the job performance of state civil aparatus at Regional Office of Youth, Sports and tourism of Pasaman Regency, with a significant value 0.000 < alpha 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicated that leadership and work discipline contribute 51% of  job performance of civil servants Keyword: Leadership, Work Discipline, and Job Performanc

    One of the companies in the banking sector that participates in the development of the Indonesian economy is Bank Sinarmas where Bank Sinarmas has 2 business units, namely Conventional and Sharia. PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk. Seeing the intense competition in the banking sector, which will result in a wider variety of products and excellent service to support consumer loyalty. With these factors every company must be observant in selling their products and services. In this case, the company can create advantages from their products and services compared to the products and services of other companies. The variables in this study are Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2), Experiential Marketing (Z1), and Consumer Loyalty (Y). The population in the study was 6,029 customers, and the research sample was 70 samples using the Slovin formula. The analytical tool used in this research is PLS. The results of the study show that the variables of Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2), Experiential Marketing (Z1), and Consumer Loyalty (Y) have a significant effect.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Value, Experiential Marketing, and Consumer Loyalty

    ABSTRACTThis study analyzes omnichannel strategies as an increase in trust and brand image using qualitative methods with indepth interview data analysis. The focus of this research is omnichannel, trust, and brand image which seeks to be analyzed so that it can explain social phenomena that occur in society. The location of this study was conducted in the city of Surabaya, the location of the study was determined because the complex problems discussed in this study were experienced by consumers and producers in the city of Surabaya. Although it is not fully researched by each region, considering the urgency of this research is in the online marketplace where all consumers and producers in the city of Surabaya can be actively involved in market mechanisms. The study broadens the understanding of the field of omnichannel retail in a number of dimensions, firstly the research assumes a linear consumer decision-making process. Second, the literature and structure review brings the spotlight needed to observe omnichannel based on a broader management perspective. This focus is more context-specific and fragmented from the findings about the decision-making process. Fourth, this study shows results in online business people who do not understand much about omnichannel strategies carried out by the segmentation of medium to upper business people

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap, profitabilitas dan tingkat pertumbuhan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh laporan keuangan  yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016 – 2020. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2020, perusahaan yang memiliki laporan keuangan lengkap pada periode 2016 – 2020 yang membagikan dividen pada periode 2016 – 2020, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 41 perusahaan. Sumber data adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diambil melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan tool Program Eviews. Profitabilitas diukur dengan Gross Profit Margin, sedangkan kebijakan dividen diukur dengan Dividend Yeald dan nilai perusahaan diukur dengan Tobins'Q. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tingkat pertumbuhan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan; Kebijakan Dividen; Profitabilitas; Tingkat pertumbuhan.  ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy profitability, profitability and growth rate on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research population are all companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016 – 2020. The sample is selected using the purposive sampling method with the sample criteria being companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016 – 2020 period, companies that have complete financial statements in the 2016 – 2020 period, which distribute dividends in the 2016 – 2020 period, and obtained a sample of 41 companies. The source of data is the company's annual financial report which is taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The test uses panel data regression analysis with the Eviews Program tool. Profitability is measured using Gross Profit Margin, while dividend policy is measured by Dividend Yeald and firm value is measured by Tobins'Q. The results showed that the profitability variable had a positive and significant effect on firm value, while dividend policy had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value.Keywords: Company Value; Dividend Policy; Profitability; Growth Rate

    ABSTRAKBeberapa informasi mengungkapkan bahwa ternyata penyebab dari perubahan dividen dipengaruhi oleh harga saham. Keyakinan umum dalam banyak literatur keuangan adalah bahwa orang dalam memiliki informasi perusahaan yang lebih lengkap daripada orang luar. Ketika berbicara tentang kebijakan dividen, pada dasarnya kita mengabaikan peran informasi private yang disampaikan oleh harga saham, padahal dapat berperan sebagai penentu dividen tunai. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran informasi harga saham dalam mempengaruhi perubahan dividen pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel panelitian adalah analisis regresi data panel. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa likuiditas tidak memberikan bukti secara empiris adanya pengaruh informasi harga saham terhadap perubahan dividen  perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Temuan empiris lainnya adalah informasi privat tidak memoderasi pengaruh harga saham terhadap perubahan dividen. Dalam hal ini, informasi private tidak memiliki kontribusi pada pengaruh harga saham terhadap perubahan dividen.Kata Kunci: Dividen, harga saham, informasi privat ABSTRACTSome information reveals that the cause of dividend changes is influenced by stock prices. A common belief in much of the financial literature is that insiders have more complete company information than outsiders. When talking about dividend policy, we basically ignore the role of private information conveyed by stock prices, even though it can play a role as a determinant of cash dividends. The main objective of this study is to investigate the role of stock price information in influencing dividend changes in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used to test the effect between the research variables in panel data regression analysis. This study finds that liquidity does not provide empirical evidence of the effect of stock price information on changes in dividends of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Another empirical finding is that private information does not moderate the effect of stock prices on dividend changes. In this case, private information has no contribution to the effect of stock prices on dividend changes.Keywords: Stock Price, Private Information, Dividend Chang

    This research was conducted at the Cardinal Casual Mall Showroom branch of SKA Pekanbaru in 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product Quality and price on purchasing decisions for cardinal casual products. The population in this study were casual cardinal consumers in the showroom of SKA Mall Pekanbaru as many as 1782 people with a sample of 95 people using the slovin formula. In this study, the sampling method based on purposive sampling. From the analysis of multiple linear regression equation was formulated:  Y= 37,638 + 0,534X1 - 0,441X2.  The results of the t test (partial test) obtained the value of t arithmetic for l product Quality /X1 (6,414) and price/ X2 (-4,631) greater than t table of 1,98580, then it has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions in the showroom of SKA Mall Pekanbaru. F Test Results (joint test), it is concluded that  F count  is 37.367> F table 3.10 so that simultaneously   the variables of product Quality and price have a significant effect on on the purchasing decisions in the showroom of SKA Mall Pekanbaru.. There are contribution the influence of product Quality and price on the purchasing decisions in the showroom of SKA Mall Pekanbaru of Obtained value of Adjusted R Square equal to 0,429 or 42,9% and 57,1 % influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research.
