    Basic Movement Training Through Traditional Games For Students In Elementary School

    This basic movement training through traditional games at SDN 01 Kamasan, Serang Regency, Banten aims to improve students' gross motor skills through fun activities that are relevant to their culture. Traditional games such as congklak, engklek, ucing-ucingan, and gasing were chosen because they contain basic movements such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching that are important for children's physical development. The training was conducted using demonstration, active participation, and group discussion methods. The observation results showed an increase in students' basic movement skills after attending the training. In addition, students also looked more enthusiastic and motivated in participating in learning activities as much as 85% of students. This training is expected to be an effective and fun alternative in developing students' basic movement skills, while preserving the noble values contained in traditional games.Pelatihan Gerak Dasar Melalui Permainan Tradisional untuk Siswa Sekolah DasarABSTRAKPelatihan gerak dasar melalui permainan tradisional di SDN 01 Kamasan, Kabupaten Serang, Banten ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar siswa melalui aktivitas yang menyenangkan dan relevan dengan budaya mereka. Permainan tradisional seperti congklak, engklek, ucing-ucingan, dan gasing dipilih karena mengandung gerakan-gerakan dasar seperti berlari, melompat, melempar, dan menangkap yang penting bagi perkembangan fisik anak. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode demonstrasi, partisipasi aktif, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan gerak dasar siswa setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Selain itu, siswa juga terlihat lebih antusias dan termotivasi dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran sebanyak 85% Siswa. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan gerak dasar siswa, sekaligus melestarikan nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam permainan tradisional.Kata Kunci:Gerak dasar; permainan tradisiona

    The Contribution of ChatGPT, Digital Literacy, and Economic Literacy to The Study Outcomes of Economic Education Students Mediated by Self-Efficacy

    Technological progress requires the presence of intelligent economic people, able to create income, make wise economic decisions, and improve the welfare of life. Economic education that is responsive to technological developments is able to provide more relevant learning experiences. The success of current economic education students who are digital natives can be influenced by various aspects, such as the contribution of ChatGPT, digital literacy, economic literacy, and self-efficacy. This research aims to determine the influence of the contribution of ChatGPT, digital literacy, and economic literacy to study results which are mediated by the self-efficacy of economic education students. The research method uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) via the SmartPLS application version 3.3.9. The research results show that economic literacy has a large and effective contribution in increasing student self-efficacy and study results compared to the use of ChatGPT and digital literacy. There is still room for improvement to optimize the implementation of ChatGPT and strengthen digital literacy in achieving good study result

    Mathematic Learning Media with a Split Attention Effect Perpective to Improve Multi-Representasi for Middle School Students

    In mathematics learning, students often experience difficulties that result in low student representation, teachers make learning innovations by developing media that can improve student representation in mathematics learning. This study aims to develop learning media from the perspective of the split attention effect to improve the multi-representation of junior high school students on the Pythagorean theorem material with feasible, practical and effective criteria. This study uses a research and development method that refers to the ADDIE model which consists of five phases, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate. The subjects of the study were grade VIII students at one of the junior high schools in Semarang City. The results of the study obtained were the results of media expert validation on the Intrinsic Cognitive Load aspect of 93.34%, the Extraneous Cognitive Load aspect of 95.00%, the Germane Cognitive Load aspect of 88.00%, and material experts on the Intrinsic Cognitive Load aspect of 95.56%, the Extraneous Cognitive Load aspect of 82.23%, the Germane Cognitive Load aspect of 93.34% with the category of feasible to use. The results of the student response questionnaire in experimental class 1 percentage of 71% and experimental class 2 percentage of 75.8% with the practical category used. While the post-ANOVA test (Scheffe' test) showed that there was a significant difference in student representation before and after the application of split attention effect learning media obtained a mean difference of 1.8333 and a sig value of 0.740 or sig> 0.05. There was an increase in representation based on the N-Gain test in experimental class 1 of 67.06% and experimental class 2 of 70.32%, this shows that split attention effect learning media is effective in mathematics learning. Thus, this study can provide innovation in the teaching and learning process to meet student needs with split attention effect learning media as an effective strategy to improve student representation in learning mathematicsMedia Pembelajaran Matematika Dengan Perspektif Split Attention Effect Untuk Meningkatkan Multi Representasi Siswa SMPABSTRAKDalam pembelajaran matematika siswa sering mengalami kesulitan yang mengakibatkan representasi siswa rendah, guru membuat inovasi pembelajaran dengan pengembangan media yang dapat memingkatkan representasi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran dari perspektif split attention effect untuk meningkatkan multi representasi siswa SMP pada materi teorema pythagoras dengan kriteria layak, praktis dan efektif. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengacu pada model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima fase yaitu Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate. Subjek penelitian ialah siswa kelas VIII disalah satu SMP Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu hasil validasi ahli media terhadap aspek Intrinsic Cognitive Load sebesar 93,34%, aspek Extraneous Cognitive Load sebesar 95,00%, aspek Germane Cognitive Load sebesar 88,00%, dan ahli materi pada aspek Intrinsic Cognitive Load sebesar 95,56%, aspek Extraneous Cognitive Load sebesar 82,23%, aspek Germane Cognitive Load sebesar 93,34% dengan kategori layak digunakan. Hasil angket respon siswa pada kelas eksperimen 1 persentase 71% dan kelas eksperimen 2 persentase 75,8% dengan kategori praktis digunakan. Sedangkan uji pasca anova (uji scheffe') menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan secara signifikan pada representasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan media pembelajaran split attention effect yang diperoleh hasil mean difference sebesar 1.8333 dan nilai sig 0.740 atau sig > 0.05. Terjadi peningkatan representasi berdasarkan uji N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen 1 sebesar 67,06% dan kelas eksperimen 2 sebesar 70,32%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran split attention effect efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat memberikan inovasi dalam proses belajar mengajar guna memenuhi kebutuhan siswa dengan media pembelajaran split attention effect sebagai strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan representasi siswa dalam belajar matematika.Kata Kunci :Media Pembelajaran; Multi Representas

    Development of Visual Information-Based Teaching Materials to Enhance Reading Skills in English Language Learning

    This study aims to develop valid, practical, and effective reading materials based on visual information for the English Education Program. The study is motivated by the lack of reading materials that utilize visual information in English language learning. The research uses the ADDIE development model, with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS software. The results show that: (1) in the analysis phase, a pressing need for the development of reading materials based on visual information to improve students' reading skills was identified; (2) in the design phase, the learning materials and visual information design received excellent ratings in accordance with the curriculum requirements and student characteristics; (3) in the development phase, the visual information book and its supporting system met high criteria for validity, practicality, and effectiveness; (4) in the implementation phase, the application of visual information had a positive impact on improving students' reading skills; (5) effectiveness testing showed that the use of visual information in reading skill learning was effective, with the t-test results showing that the t-value (4.697) was greater than the t-table value (1.69) and the significance level was less than 0.05 (0.000).     The Effectiveness of Using a Monitoring Book for Parental Involvement in Early Childhood Pre-Literacy Development

    This research is aimed to: (1) Examining the feasibility of parental involvement monitoring book in early childhood preliteracy’s development, (3) Measuring the effectiveness of the use of involvement monitoring book in early childhood preliteracy’s development. This research was using the experimental under ADDIE research and development model approach with quantitative methodh. The feasibility test was conducted using the Likert Scale. In the meantime, the effectiveness test was analyzed using the normality test, homogeneity test, t-test with a significance level of 0.05 and the N-Gain test. The results of the development research show: (1) monitoring books of parental involvement in early childhood development met the criteria of "highly feasible" with a score range of  74 ≥ 68.25 by media experts, 53 ≥ 48.75 by linguists, 398 by parents, and 104 by teachers; (2) the results of the effectiveness test using the N- Gain test analysis obtained a result  of 0.334 on the aspect of parental involvement in children's preliteracy’s activities at home with the criteria of "enough effective", while in the aspect of preliteracy’s development the child obtained a score of 0.40 with the criteria of "enough effective"

    Science learning, especially in physics, is an abstract concept and difficult for students to understand. In addition, there is also a need for a bridge that can connect physics concepts with life in the student's daily environment. Therefore, technological innovations are needed in learning such as developing an electronic practicum guidebook for solar cells, Arduino IoT systems based on automatic feed thrower prototypes to develop students' science process skills. This study used a 4D model. The subjects of this study were 6th semester S1 Science students totaling 52 students. The data generation instrument uses questionnaires and implementation observation sheets. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and qualitative. Based on the results of the validation that has been carried out, the practicum guide that has been prepared as a whole has eligibility criteria that are very feasible to use, with a percentage of 92.25%, while the students' science process skills in the solar cell electronic practicum guide for the Arduino IoT system based on the prototype of this automatic feed thrower get an average of 92% with a very good category so that it can be considered that students are good at understanding and Work on the basis of practicum guidelines developed

    Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran STEAM untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara pada Mata Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Di Sekolah Dasar

    This study investigates the efficacy of the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) approach in enhancing speaking skills among fifth-grade students in Indonesian language instruction at SD Negeri 1 Pokoh Kidul. Employing classroom action research based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, the study involved 29 students across two cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through observations, interviews, tests, and documentation, and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. Findings reveal a significant improvement in speaking skills: the pre-cycle mean score of 68.69 (27.59% mastery) increased to 74.66 (75.86%) in Cycle I and 80.34 (89.66%) in Cycle II. Project-based activities, including group discussions and museum guide simulations, fostered confidence, fluency, and vocabulary enrichment. The STEAM approach proved effective in creating an engaging, contextual learning environment to develop elementary students’ speaking proficiency

    This study is based on the lack of students' ability to understand counting operations, inappropriate learning approaches and minimal use of appropriate media. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the deep ravine board media, improving the understanding of basic arithmetic concepts in class II students of MI Bustanul Ulum 06. The method applied was quantitative through a pretest-posttest experimental design, the population in the study consisted of all students of MI Bustanul Ulum 06 with a sample of 18 students taken through the simple random sampling method. Data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed through validity, reliability, normality and paired t-test tests. The findings of the study describe the deep ravine board media has an effect on improving the understanding of basic arithmetic concepts. Referring to the findings of the paired t-test that the 2-tailed sig score of 0.01 for understanding basic arithmetic concepts 0.01 for stacked addition and 0.01 for stacked subtraction are all <0.05. This indicates that the use of the ravine board media is effective in improving students' understanding of addition and subtraction operations in grade II students at MI Bustanul Ulum 06 Krebet. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the ravine board media can develop more interactive, interesting learning and increase student participation in understanding basic arithmetic concepts

    The Effect of Human Resources Management Practice on School Productivity in Private School

    This paper examines the factors that contribute towards enhancing Labor productivity. The research method employed was quantitative, with it employing a survey-based methodology. The study’s population comprised 78 participants including principal, teachers, and staffs in Catholic private schools under Sibolga diocese. Proportional random sampling was used to select a sample of people. A questionnaire was designed in order to collect data, with this passing the validity and reliability tests and meeting the necessary characteristics for a good instrument. Smart PLS 3.0 was employed to evaluate the gathered data. Four components to consider to be human resources management practices including human resources planning, job analysis, recruitment, and selection.  The study found a positive relationship between human resources management and school productivity
