Aktualisasi Moderasi Beragama Pada Masyarakat Multi Etnis Di Kota Surabaya
This study aims to understand how religious moderation is actualized in the social life of multiethnic communities in Surabaya City, the role of government and religious leaders in maintaining harmony between religious communities, and the influence of digitalization and social media on people's religious perspectives. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore people's experiences and meanings of religious moderation practices in everyday life. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation, with informants selected purposively and developed through snowball sampling. Data analysis was carried out interactively using the Miles-Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results show that religious moderation in Surabaya's multiethnic community grows contextually and practically, but requires strengthening digital literacy and ongoing collaboration between the government, religious leaders, and the community to remain relevant and adaptive amidst social and digital dynamic
Assistance in the Development of Interactive Liveworksheet-Based Student Worksheets with the AKMI Model to Improve Students' Literacy Numeracy at MI Nurul Huda
The low level of numeracy literacy among madrasah students, as indicated by AKMI results, is partly caused by teachers’ limited ability to develop digital-based learning materials. This community service program assisted teachers at MI Nurul Huda Sawo, Gresik, in developing interactive Liveworksheet-based worksheets aligned with the AKMI model through a participatory approach over three months. The results showed improved teacher competence and a 20–25% increase in students’ numeracy literacy, accompanied by higher learning motivation. The program produced interactive worksheets, enhanced teachers’ digital teaching capacity, and a nationally published scientific article.Pendampingan Pengembangan LKPD interaktif Berbasis Liveworksheet dengan Model AKMI untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Numerasi Siswa di MI Nurul HudaABSTRAKRendahnya literasi numerasi siswa madrasah berdasarkan hasil AKMI dipengaruhi keterbatasan guru dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran digital. Exploring the Dynamics of Academic Achievement in End of Semester Assessment Based on Class and Gender Using a Two Way ANOVA Approach
The evaluation of learning outcomes is an essential component of higher education because it reflects learning achievement and the effectiveness of the instructional process. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of students’ academic performance in the final semester examination of the Basic Statistics course based on class (A, B, C) and gender (male, female). The study employed an explanatory quantitative approach with a factorial design and was analyzed using a two-way analysis of variance (two-way ANOVA). Assumption testing indicated that the residuals were normally distributed (Shapiro–Wilk p = 0.0854) and that variances across groups were homogeneous (Levene p-value = 0.6468), confirming that the ANOVA prerequisites were satisfied. The ANOVA results showed that class had a statistically significant effect on final examination scores (F(2,104) = 2.956; p = 0.00562) and that gender also had a statistically significant effect (F(1,104) = 0.704; p = 0.0032), whereas the class × gender interaction was not statistically significant (F(2,104) = 1.355; p = 0.0626). Post hoc analysis using Tukey’s HSD revealed that differences across classes were primarily driven by the contrast between Class C and Class A (p-adj = 0.0443), while gender-based differences showed a consistent pattern across classes (p-adj = 0.0069). These findings were supported by boxplots and interaction plots that displayed score distributions consistent with the inferential results. Overall, the study indicates that variation in students’ academic performance in the final semester evaluation is independently influenced by class and gender. The findings are expected to inform more data-driven academic decision-making and contribute methodologically to the application of statistical analysis. Based on these results, the study program is advised to standardize instructional implementation and evaluation across classes and to provide more targeted learning support for groups of students who consistently demonstrate lower achievement, so that learning gaps can be reduced in a data-driven manner.Eksplorasi Dinamika Prestasi Akademik pada Evaluasi Akhir Semester Berdasarkan Kelas dan Gender Menggunakan Pendekatan ANOVA Dua ArahABSTRAKEvaluasi hasil belajar merupakan komponen penting dalam pendidikan tinggi karena mencerminkan capaian pembelajaran serta efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika prestasi akademik mahasiswa pada ujian akhir semester mata kuliah Statistika Dasar berdasarkan faktor kelas (A, B, C) dan gender (laki-laki, perempuan). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan desain faktorial dan dianalisis melalui Analisis Varians Dua Arah (two-way ANOVA). Uji asumsi menunjukkan residual berdistribusi normal (Shapiro–Wilk ) dan varians antar-kelompok homogen (Levene p-value = 0.6468), sehingga prasyarat ANOVA terpenuhi. Hasil ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa faktor kelas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap skor ujian akhir semester dan faktor gender juga berpengaruh signifikan , sedangkan interaksi kelas×gender tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan . Uji lanjut Tukey HSD mengungkapkan bahwa perbedaan capaian antar kelas terutama didorong oleh perbedaan Kelas C dan Kelas A (p-adj = 0.0443), sementara perbedaan berdasarkan gender menunjukkan kecenderungan yang konsisten di seluruh kelas Temuan ini diperkuat oleh boxplot dan interaction plot yang menampilkan pola distribusi skor sejalan dengan hasil inferensial. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi prestasi akademik mahasiswa dalam evaluasi akhir semester dipengaruhi secara independen oleh faktor kelas dan gender. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan akademik yang lebih berbasis data, serta memberikan kontribusi metodologis dalam penerapan analisis statistik. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, program studi disarankan melakukan standardisasi implementasi pembelajaran dan evaluasi antar kelas serta menyediakan dukungan belajar yang lebih terarah bagi kelompok mahasiswa yang konsisten menunjukkan capaian lebih rendah agar kesenjangan hasil belajar dapat ditekan secara berbasis data.Kata Kunci :Prestasi akademik mahasiswa; Statistika dasar; Evaluasi pembelajaran; ANOV
Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Problem Posing Di Sekolah Menengah Atas
The development of technology in the modern era known as the 21st century, students' ability to formulate and test hypotheses is very important. The main objective of this study is to determine how the ability of students of SMA Negeri 16 Palembang to formulate and test their hypotheses is influenced by the problem posing learning model. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of one group pre-test post-test is used for the pre-experimental design. One group pre-test post-test is a study that uses one class in the research process without any comparison group. Purposive sampling was used to select 36 students from class XI.4 from a population with the criteria of low ability to formulate and test hypotheses. Information was collected through tests. The findings showed a positive effect, the pre-test score for the first indicator increased from 33.33 to 69.79 in the post-test; for the second indicator, the pre-test score increased from 54.51 to 84.37 in the post-test. According to the analysis, the problem posing learning model helps students formulate hypotheses and test them well. Therefore, this model can be considered as an appropriate alternative approach for Pancasila education
Transforming the Role of Guidance Counselors as Anti-Bullying Agents through Case-Based Learning (3C3R) Basic Service Training
Indonesia, as a multicultural country, faces a major challenge in preventing bullying practices rooted in cultural differences in educational environments. With the spread of bullying practices in Indonesia, guidance and counseling teachers (BK) need to be equipped with the understanding and skills to provide services to students, including basic case-based services. This activity was carried out at SMAN South Sumatra, attended by 23 BK teachers who are members of MGBK SMA Kota Palembang. The activity was carried out in October to November 2025 in a hybrid manner. The activity was conducted using discussion, practice, case-based learning, and assignment methods, where participants were trained to create cases and solve them using 3C3R. The activity began with a pretest, followed by material delivery, practice, mentoring, and ended with a posttest. The output of this training is the preparation of RPL and multicultural bullying case which will be applied to basic services. The analysis of pretest and posttest data showed an N-Gain coefficient of 0.85, which is in the high category. This indicates an increase in the understanding and skills of guidance counselors in implementing basic case-based services to enhance students' multicultural awareness. This training was effective in improving the competence of guidance counselors as agents of multicultural bullying prevention and supporting the creation of an inclusive and harmonious school environment.Transformasi Peran Guru BK sebagai Agen Antibullying melalui Pelatihan Layanan Dasar Berbasis Case-Based Learning (3C3R)ABSTRAKIndonesia sebagai negara multikultural menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mencegah praktik bullying yang berakar dari perbedaan budaya di lingkungan pendidikan. Semakin meluasnya praktik bullying di Indonesia, guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) perlu dibekali pemahaman dan kemampuan untuk memberi layanan kepada siswa termasuk layanan dasar berbasis kasus. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SMAN Sumatera Selatan yang diikuti oleh 23 guru BK dan merupakan anggota MGBK SMA Kota Palembang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai November 2025 secara hybrid. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi, praktik, case based learning, dan penugasan, dimana peserta dilatih untuk membuat kasus dan menyelesaikan kasus tersebut menggunakan 3C3R. kegiatan diawali dengan pengisian pretest, pemberian materi, praktik, pendampingan dan diakhiri dengan pengisian posttest. Output dari pelatihan ini berupa penyusunan 1 RPL dan 1 Kasus bullying multikultural yang akan diterapkan pada layanan dasar. Hasil analisis data pretest dan posttest menunjukkan nilai koefisien N-Gain sebesar 0,85 dan berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru BK sebagai agen pencegahan bullying multikultural dan mendukung terwujudnya lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif dan harmonis. Utilization of Digitalization as Support for Pregnant Women in Preventing Anemia in Majungan Village
Anemia in pregnant women is a public health problem that remains high in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. Based on data from the 2018 Basic Health Research (RisKesDas), the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women reached 48.9%. One cause of anemia is the low level of knowledge of mothers about the importance of consuming iron tablets (TTD). The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the knowledge and behavior of pregnant women in preventing anemia through a digital approach. The media used is the WhatsApp application, namely by creating a special group to assist pregnant women in consuming iron tablets, which is monitored and reminded regularly. The measurement tool used in this assistance is a questionnaire on knowledge about anemia and compliance with iron tablets. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and the importance of iron tablets (TTD). Pregnant women became more compliant and routine in consuming iron tablets. Digital-based assistance has proven effective in providing ongoing support to pregnant women, especially in areas with limited access to health facilities.Pemanfaatan Digitalisasi Sebagai Pendampingan Ibu Hamil Dalam Pencegahan Anemia Di Desa MajunganABSTRAKAnemia pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang masih tinggi diindonesia,terutama wilayah pedesaan. Berdasarkan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RisKesDas) tahun 2018, prevelansi anemia pada ibu hamil mencapai 48,9%. Salah satu penyabab anemia adalah rendahnya tingkat pengetahunan ibu tentang pentingnya konsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan penegtahuan dan perilaku ibu hamil dalam mencegah anemia melalui pedekatan digital. Media yang digunakan adalah aplikasi whatsapp yaitu dengan membuat grup khusus pendampingan pada ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah yang dipantau dan diingatkan secara berkala. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini berupa kuesioner pengetahuan tentang anemia dan kepatuhan minum TTD. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia dan pentingnya tablet tambah darah (TTD). Ibu hamil menjadi lebih patuh dan rutin dalama mengkonsumsi TTD. Pendampingan berbasis digital terbukti efektif dalam memberikan dukungan berkelanjutan pada ibu hamil terutama pada daerah dengan keterbatasan akses terhadap fasilitas kesehatan.Kata Kunci :Anemia;Ibu Hamil; Pendampingan; Digitalisas
Strengthening Spatial Ability of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Students through Learning Assisted by “PUTAR” Two-Dimensional Shape Puzzle Media
Spatial ability is one of the essential aspects in mathematics learning, particularly in understanding geometric concepts. This study aims to enhance the spatial ability of MI Nurul Huda students through the use of “PUTAR” media (Two-Dimensional Shape Puzzle). The method employed in this study is community service–based research conducted through a series of activities, including teacher training, implementation of the learning media, and evaluation of students’ learning outcomes. The results indicate that the use of “PUTAR” media significantly improves students’ spatial ability, learning participation, and teachers’ competence in integrating innovative instructional media.Penguatan Kemampuan Spasial Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah melalui Pembelajaran Berbantuan Media “PUTAR” Puzzle Bangun DatarABSTRAKKemampuan spasial merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya dalam memahami konsep geometri. Developing Children's Social Skills Through Traditional Games (A Case Study on Children Aged 4-6 Years in Developing Social Skills at ABA 1 Kindergarten, Sukabumi City)
This study aims to examine the impact of traditional games on the development of social skills in children aged 4–6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal (ABA) 1 Kindergarten in Sukabumi City. This study used a qualitative methodology with a case study design. This study included 17 children aged 4-6 years who were actively engaged in learning activities centered on local content. Data collection was conducted through participant observation, teacher interviews, and documentation of educational activities. The analysis involved the triangulation of sources and methodologies to guarantee the validity of the data. The study findings indicate that the traditional game of engklek significantly improves the social skills of children aged 4–6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal (ABA) 1 Kindergarten in Sukabumi City. Children demonstrated improvements in collaboration, communication, empathy, turn-taking, adherence to game rules, and conflict resolution. Furthermore, hopscotch encouraged active participation, cooperative behavior, and improved social relationships among peers. These findings confirm that integrating traditional games into early childhood education preserves local culture and effectively enhances the development of social skills in early childhood.Humans were divinely designed as social beings, necessitating the companionship of others in daily existence. Moreover, individuals necessitate social competencies for everyday interpersonal engagements. Social skills enhance an individual's ability to articulate feelings and address challenges, thereby promoting the identification of suitable solutions and averting potential harm to themselves and others. Childhood is a critical moment for stimulation across all aspects of development; the early stages of a child's existence are essential for their growth. The advancement of children's social competencies and skills is intrinsically linked to their growth and development. Traditional games can serve as a means to cultivate social skills in early infancy. In childhood, numerous traditional games can be engaged in, including jump rope, hide and seek, sorodot gaplok, bebentengan, galah asin, langlayang, and congklak. Children residing in housing typically favor modern games such as Lego, digital games, and PlayStation (PS), which generally engage only 2-3 participants. This study utilized a qualitative approach with a case study design, including data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis approaches employed triangulation methods. The findings indicated that traditional games offer substantial advantages in all aspects of early childhood development, encompassing cognitive, affective, socio-emotional, and social competencies. Moreover, traditional games significantly contribute to character development in children and promote their engagement in social activities and peer relationships, so indirectly enhancing social capacities and shaping social skills during early infancy
An Ethnomathematics Study on Weaving Activities and Their Integration into Mathematics Learning in Lailanjang Village, East Sumba Regency
There are many Sumbanese, especially in Lailanjang Village, who engage in weaving activities, but they do not have a higher education. However, they are able to apply mathematical concepts in every weaving activity. In fact, if the community understands and is aware of it, weaving activities can be used as a culture-based mathematics learning activity that certainly has a beneficial influence in the world of education, especially in mathematics education. Ethnomathematics as a study of mathematical aspects related to culture, ethnomathematics comparatively studies mathematical practices from various human cultures. In the weaving activities carried out by the community in Lailanjang Village, many activities apply mathematical concepts ranging from how to design tools and equipment as a means for weaving, determining weaving time, calculating woven results, management to sales activities of weaving results. This study aims to describe ethnomathematics in weaving activities in Lailanjang Village, and related mathematical concepts and design learning tools for the mathematical concepts found. This research was conducted in East Sumba Regency, with four research subjects. The type of research is exploratory qualitative with an exploratory design. The researcher as the main instrument plays a role in collecting data through interview methods, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses source triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that there are values contained in weaving activities, namely social and kinship values, cultural and identity values, aesthetic values, religious or spiritual values, educational values, and economic values. Ethnomathematics in weaving activities in Lailanjang Village, Rindi District, East Sumba Regency includes the activities of calculating, measuring, localizing, designing, and explaining. From these activities, mathematical concepts can be identified. Mathematical concepts in Weaving Activities include the concepts of addition, multiplication, social arithmetic, measurement, geometry, and geometric transformation. Thus, these various mathematical concepts can be developed by designing learning tools. In this study, the concepts of geometric transformation (reflection) and social arithmetic were chosen to be designed as examples of mathematics learning tools in schools.Studi Etnomatematika pada Aktivitas Menenun dan Integrasinya dalam Pembelajaran Matematika di Desa Lailanjang, Kabupaten Sumba TimurABSTRAKTerdapat banyak warga sumba khususnya di Desa Lailanjang yang melakukan aktivitas menenun tetapi mereka tidak memiliki pendidikan yang tinggi, namun mereka mampu menerapkan konsep matematika di setiap aktivitas menenun. Padahal apabila masyarakat mengerti dan menyadarinya, aktivitas menenun dapat dijadikan aktivitas pembelajaran matematika berbasis budaya yang tentunya memberikan pengaruh yang bermanfaat dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya dalam pendidikan matematika. Etnomatematika sebagai kajian terhadap aspek-aspek matematika yang terkait dengan budaya, etnomatematika mempelajari secara komparatif praktik-praktik matematika dari berbagai budaya manusia. Dalam kegiatan menenun yang dijalankan masyarakat di Desa Lailanjang, banyak dalam aktivitasnya menerapkan konsep matematika mulai dari cara mendesain alat dan perlengkapan sebagai sarana untuk menenun, penentuan waktu menenun, menghitung hasil yang ditenun, pengelolaan hingga aktivitas penjualan hasil menenun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan etnomatematika pada aktivitas menenun di Desa Lailanjang, dan konsep matematika terkait serta merancang perangkat pembelajaran untuk konsep matematika yang ditemukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Sumba Timur, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak empat orang. Jenis penelitiannnya kualitatif eksploratif dengan desain eksploratif. Peneliti sebagai instrumen utama berperan mengumpulkan data melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam aktivitas menenun yaitu nilai sosial dan kekerabatan, nilai budaya dan identitas, nilai estetika, nilai keagaman atau spiritual, nilai pendidikan dan nilai ekonomi. Etnomatematika pada aktivitas menenun di Desa Lailanjang, Kecamatan Rindi, Kabupaten Sumba Timur meliputi aktivitas menghitung, mengukur, melokalisir, merancang dan menjelaskan. Dari aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut maka dapat diidentifikasi konsep- konsep matematika di dalamnya. Konsep matematika dalam Aktivitas Menenun meliputi konsep penjumlahan, perkalian, aritmatika sosial, pengukuran, geometri, dan transformasi geometri. Dengan demikian, berbagai konsep matematika ini dapat dikembangkan dengan merancang perangkat pembelajaran. EFEKTIVITAS KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN KEPALA SEKOLAH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR
Teacher welfare is an important factor in improving the quality of education. Principals play a strategic role in achieving such welfare through the implementation of entrepreneurial competence, which includes the ability to innovate, work hard, build collaborative networks, and manage school resources effectively. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of principals’ entrepreneurial competence in improving the welfare of elementary school teachers in Kejuruan Muda District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects consisted of principals and teachers from three public elementary schools, namely SD Negeri 1 Sungai Liput, SD Negeri 2 Sungai Liput, and SD Negeri Kampung Jawa. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that: (1) at the innovation stage, principals were able to create various creative programs such as school-based enterprises, teacher skills training, and productive activities oriented toward improving teacher welfare; (2) at the collaborative networking stage, principals actively built partnerships with school committees, communities, and external stakeholders to expand financial and non-financial support; and (3) at the resource management stage, principals effectively utilized human, material, and financial resources to support programs aimed at enhancing teacher welfare. Thus, principals’ entrepreneurial competence is proven to be effective in improving teacher welfare in terms of economic, professional, and motivational aspects.The research findings contribute to the school program that the principal's entrepreneurial and innovative leadership is an important factor in creating teacher welfare
