Cílem této práce je zjistit požadavky a postupy pro získání a zachování osvědčení letové způsobilosti letadel a výrobků letadlové techniky v rozsahu civilního letectví. Vyšetřované požadavky zahrnují normy týkající se požadavků na letovou způsobilost přes návrh, výrobu a provoz letadlové techniky.The focus of this study is to investigate the requirements and procedures for obtaining and maintaining a certificate of airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products within the scope of civil aviation. The requirements investigated include the standards regarding airworthiness requirements for large airplanes, helicopters, small airplanes, engines, and propellers. The procedures for certification and continuing airworthiness throughout the design, production and operating life of an aircraft are explained.

The special piston engines on the general aviation aircraft

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou speciální pístové pohonné jednotky v letectví. V první části je nastíněna historie vývoje pístových pohonných jednotek a princip činnosti pístových pohonných jednotek. Dále je prostor věnován už konkrétním speciálním pístovým pohonným jednotkám, jejich přínosům pro letectví, nevýhodám, principu a rozšíření v oblasti všeobecného letectví. Jsou zde zohledněny požadavky předpisů JAR-FCL 1 při certifikaci pohonných jednotek. Dále je práce věnována provozním podmínkám letounů. V závěru je provedeno srovnání speciálních pístových pohonných jednotek s jednotkami, které jsou běžně používány.Topic of this bachelors thesis are Special piston engines on the general aviation aircraft. In the first part, the historical development is adumbrate and their operating principle. Next part deals with particular special piston engines, expansion, advantages and disadvantages, principles and their impact for general aviation. There are impeaching demands of JAR-FCL 1 rules in certification of engines. Next part is being paid to operating conditions of aeroplanes. At last the confrontation between special piston engines and most used engines of general aviation is made.

The Performance of GNSS Services for the Area Navigation Applications of Civil Aviation in CR

Disertační práce pojednává o navigační výkonnosti GPS/EGNOS v oblasti polohy uživatele. Posouzení navigačních systémových schopností podpory zabezpečení nových letových postupů vychází ze statických observací a příkladů jejich zpracování. Systém GPS/EGNOS je prvním primárním navigačním systémem, který má být využíván pro postupy konečného přiblížení civilního letectví ve vzdušném prostoru České republiky. První část práce se proto zabývá popisem přínosů využití nových postupů, shrnuje dosavadní vývoj a současný stav. Část druhá se věnuje vymezení prvků analyzovaného primárního navigačního systému GPS/EGNOS a jeho charakteristikám. Následně je zpracována metodika kritického hodnocení výkonnosti poskytované navigační služby GPS/EGNOS, která využívá nové metody šetření přesnosti, integrity a kontinuity navigační služby satelitního systému z hlediska polohy uživatele. Současně je vytvořen podpůrný software pro analýzu dat v oblasti polohy uživatele. Na základě statických experimentálních měření a zpracování signálu v prostoru zkoumaného systému a jeho podrobné analýzy jsou prezentována zjištění a provedeny závěry o stavu systému. V závěru práce je navrženo a ověřeno využití permanentních geodetických stanic pro pravidelné hodnocení výkonnosti GNSS pro účely civilního letectví a provedeny závěry o zjištěných chybách a navigační výkonnosti na základě měření vybraných stanic na území ČR.The dissertation deals with the assessment of navigation performance of GPS/EGNOS system in user position domain. Examination is based on a static signal in space monitoring and evaluation campaign to assess the ability to provide sufficient performance for new navigation procedures. GPS/EGNOS system is the first primary navigation system to be used in the airspace of Czech Republic. The first part describes the benefits of using new procedures, summarizes navigation development and current status. The second part defines components of GPS/EGNOS primary navigation system being analysed and its characteristics with the potential impact on the quality of approach navigation services to be provided and ensured by EGNOS. Subsequently, the methodology for critical evaluation of GPS/EGNOS signal in space navigation performance in position domain to be monitored by of air traffic services was formulated, using new methods for investigation of accuracy, integrity and continuity with the focus on final approach procedures. Simultaneously supporting software for data analysis against performance requirements in position domain was designed. Based on campaigns of static experimental measurements and detailed analysis of combined GPS/EGNOS performance against the demands, the level of performance is analysed, the findings are presented and conclusions are made. In the last part, the usage of permanent geodetic stations for regular evaluation of GNSS performance for civil aviation purposes is designed and verified, and the conclusions based on navigation performance evaluation of observations from all selected station in the Czech Republic.

The issue of identifying the causes of aviation accidents and incidents

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zjišťování příčin leteckých nehod a incidentů. Hlavní část pojednává o leteckém předpisu L13, který se zadaným tématem úzce souvisí. Cí-lem je zpracování srozumitelného textu a uceleného přehledu postupů a činností pojících se k tomuto tématu. Součástí práce je také příloha obsahující pasáže konkrétní závěrečné zprávy, která ukazuje řešení daného problému v praxi.This bachelors thesis deals with the issue of identifying the causes of aviation accidents and incidents. The main part analyzes aviation regulation L13, which closely relates with assigned topic. The aim is to compile a comprehensive text and a compact overview of procedures and activities connected to the subject. The work also includes a supplement containing parts of a specific final report, which shows practical solution to the problem.

Evaluation of the differences between JAR-FCL and PART-FCL for pilot licenses

Tato závěrečná bakalářská práce v úvodní části mapuje historii letectví po právní stránce předpisů. Představuje předpisy JAR-FCL, které jsou do této chvíle platné. Dále představuje předpis Part-FCL, jenž je součásti nařízení EU č. 1178/2011. Tento předpis je v tuto chvíli v přechodném období a postupně nahrazuje předpisy JAR-FCL. Hlavní část této práce se zabývá hodnocením rozdílů mezi těmito předpisy, především v oblasti pilotních licencí a struktury výcviku pilotů.This final bachelor thesis maps, in the introductory section, the history of aviation from the legal viewpoint of regulations. It represents a regulations JAR-FCL, which are valid until now. Further it represents a regulation Part-FCL, which is part of the EU Regulation No 1178/2011. This regulation is currently in a transitional period and gradually replaces JAR-FCL. The main part of this thesis deals with the evaluation of differences between these regulations, particularly in the field of pilot licenses and structure of pilot training.
