Abstract
选用丙酮沉淀法和直接裂解法分别提取离蓝斑背肛海兔(Notarcus leachii cirrosusStimpson,NLCS)口腔神经节(Buccal Ganglion,BG)全蛋白质,发现采用直接裂解法所获得BG蛋白质种类多于丙酮沉淀法.在第一向等电聚焦电泳(IEF)中,分别选用pH为3.0~9.0,4.0~6.0和5.0~8.0的载体两性电解质,发现载体两性电解质pH范围为5.0~8.0时分离效果最好.使用Melanie 4 Trial软件统计BG蛋白质斑点数目约为290点,适于开展BG蛋白质组学研究
