Characterizations of collagen films cross-linked by D-ribose

Abstract

根据美拉德反应(MAIllArd rEACTIOn)原理,以d-核糖为交联剂,氨水为PH调节剂,对胶原膜交联条件进行优化。对交联的胶原膜与未交联胶原膜进行XPS、Ir、AfM、SEM表征,进一步考察了d-核糖与甲醛分别交联得到的胶原膜对Ⅰ型胶原酶的耐受性。研究结果表明,在对酶的耐受性方面经d-核糖交联的胶原膜等同于甲醛交联的胶原膜。Based on the previous studies, we optimized the cross-linking conditions in the process of collagen film according to the principle of Maillard reaction.Ammonia was added into the D-ribose based cross-linker system in order to justify the pH values.We characterized the cross-linked collagen films by means of XPS, IR, AFM and SEM compared with the collagen films which were not cross-linked.Furthermore, we investigated the differences of resistance of collagenase Ⅰon the collagen films cross-linked by D-ribose and formaldehyde, respectively.The results indicate that the former films are better than the latter on the resistance of collagenase Ⅰ and have potential applications in the biomedical fields due to no cell toxicity of D-ribose.天津市科技支撑计划重点资助项目(08ZCKFSF02100
