Research on The Requirement and Satisfaction of Customs Service Object

建设人民满意的服务型政府，是我国行政体制改革的目标选择。作为我国政府的一个重要组成部门，近年来，海关系统也提出了建设服务型海关的重要任务，本文以厦门海关为例，探讨了该关在着手建设服务型海关后，海关服务是否满足了服务对象的需求以及服务对象对海关服务的满意度，填补了海关系统对这方面研究的空白。 本文首先介绍了服务型政府和服务型海关发展沿革、相关概念，明确了海关服务对象。其次，在回顾私人领域服务满意度相关概念和模型的基础上，引入公共服务满意度概念和模型，并结合海关工作实际，建立了海关服务对象满意度模型，包括8个结构变量。随后，笔者结合在厦门海关的工作经历，借鉴公共服务满意度指标体系，建立了海关服务...Constituting a service-oriented government which could satisfy the people’s need is the goal of administrative structure reform of our country.
