Aspects of multi-method management of natural resources

The article aims at analyzing the process aspects of multi-method natural resources management.  The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge. There were used general scientific and special methods of investigation, i.e. abstract and logical, deductive and generalization methods. Due to the abstract and logical methods there were outlined the principle directions of both complex management of natural resources and environmental management improving in Ukraine. According to the deductive reasoning the authors analyze the principles of effective regulation of the management. In terms of scientific works summarizing, concerning the researched problem, the article investigates theoretical and practical aspects of the management which contribute to the integrated use of natural resources. The authors have determined that complex natural resources management is such management that supports certain goals achieving as well as respects for fundamental principles and common approaches. In order to maintain natural resources and ecological balance in the complex management of natural resources, they use organizational and economic forms of nature and the subjects of regulation, economic mechanisms and international regulatory standards of environmental and resource balance. The basic guidelines for natural resources using are considered the protection of biological and landscape diversity and the restoration of environmentally contaminated areas. The authors have proved that the implementing of the natural resources management helps solve many vital problems, namely the prevention of exhausting natural resources, ecological balance of the territory, anthropogenic pollution and ecosystems degradation. The results lead to both environmental problems solution and to promotion of national economy development, focused on provision, primary and extended processing on the basis of energy saving, resource efficiency and sustainability.Keywords: environment, nature, natural resources, ecology, management mechanism, resource efficiency, regulation

Social Networks usage in online study

In the article possibilities of using the Twitter and Vkontakte in the educational process of higher school is examined. The factors of positive and negative effects of social networks on studying the students of higher educational institutions. As the negative impacts of social networks on their users called distraction from real cases, the ability to stress and weariness, superficial perception of information, the risk of addiction and attention deficit disorder. To the positive impacts attributed the possibility of quick consultation, impulse for self-development, promotion of self-fulfillment, improvement of skills of clearly and laconically express the idea, forming of individual identity. The effectiveness of social networks usage in education is achieved through the engaging to the work in group on educational project, providing the individual and group consultations, informal communication of students with teachers, professional discussion of controversial issues, pedagogical support of students research activities.Key words: didactic potential, mixed model of education, internet communication, social networks, the principle of social presence.У статті розглядаються можливості застосування Twitter і ВКонтакті в навчальному процесі вищої школи. Визначено фактори позитивних і негативних впливів соціальних мереж на навчання студентів вищих навчальних закладів. Як негативні впливи соціальних мереж на їх користувачів названо відволікання від реальних справ, можливість стресу та втоми,  поверхове сприйняття інформації, ризик залежності та синдрому дефіциту уваги. До позитивних впливів віднесено можливість швидкого отримання  консультації, поштовх до саморозвитку, сприяння самореалізації, удосконалення навичок чітко й лаконічно висловлювати думку, формування самоідентичності особистості. Ефективність застосування соціальних мереж у навчанні досягається через залучення до групової роботи над навчальним проектом, надання індивідуальних і групових консультацій, неформальне спілкування студентів із викладачами, обговорення дискусійних фахових проблем, педагогічний супровід наукової діяльності студентів.Ключові слова: дидактичний потенціал,  змішана модель навчання, інтернет-комунікація, соціальні мережі, принцип соціальної присутності

Tsaryk The issue of the development of the students’ written speech culture in Sukhomlynsky’s creative heritage

The article deals with the issue of the development of the students’ written speech in Sukhomlynsky’s creative heritage. It was investigated that the teacher paid special attention to the development of students’ written speech culture in the process of educational and educational activities. He considered: the writing of the child should be semi-automatic; the student's mental faculties should be directed to understanding the meaning of thinking, not the process of writing; the writing must become a tool, an instrument of educational work; in order to develop the culture of written speech, students must work creatively, deepen, develop and apply their knowledge in practice; the student becomes literate only when he learned to use the word - to compose works; the word must be the tool to express their attitude to the beauty of the surrounding world.Keywords: teaching method, form of study, culture of written speech, language education, personality development.У статті розглянуто проблематика розвитку культури писемного мовлення учнів у творчій спадщині В. Сухомлинського. Досліджено, що педагог приділяв особливу увагу розвитку культури писемного мовлення учнів у процесі навчальної та виховної діяльності. Він вважав: письмо дитини повинно бути напівавтоматичним; розумові сили учня мають бути спрямовані  на розуміння змісту на обмірковування, а не на процес письма; письмо має  стати засобом, інструментом навчальної праці; для розвитку культури писемного мовлення учні повинні працювати творчо, поглиблювати, розвивати та застосовувати на практиці свої знання; письменним учень стає лише тоді, коли він навчився користуватися словом – складати твори; слово повинне бути для учнів засобом висловлення їхнього ставлення до краси навколишнього світу.Ключові слова:   метод навчання, форма навчання, культура писемного мовлення, мовна освіта, розвиток особистості

СПЕЦІАЛЬНА ВАЛЕОЛОГІЧНА КОМПЕТЕНТНІСТЬ СТУДЕНТІВ ТЕХНІЧНИХ УНІВЕРСИТЕТІВ УКРАЇНИ: ПОНЯТТЯ ТА МІСЦЕ В СТРУКТУРІ ПРЕДМЕТНИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ

У статті висвітлюються особливості термінологічного визначення поняття «спеціальна валеологічна компетентність» та розглядається її місце в системі предметних компетентностей студентів технічного університету. Автор розглядає спеціальну валеологічну компетентність студентів технічних університетів як складову їхньої життєвої компетентності, одним із можливих шляхів формування якої є професійно-прикладна фізична підготовка майбутніх фахівців технічних напрямів підготовки. Спеціальна валеологічна компетентність знаходить свій вияв у знаннях і навичках, ґрунтовній мотивації до занять фізичною культурою і спортом, активній рекреаційній та руховій активності. Власний приклад та організаторські здібності, які формуються у процесі формування валеологічної компетентності, спрямовані на оздоровлення себе і своїх близьких, родичів, знайомих, колег. Процес формування спеціальної валеологічної компетентності студентів технічних вишів має свою специфіку в порівнянні з іншими напрямками підготовки, адже особливості майбутньої професійної діяльності вимагають від викладача фізичного виховання максимальне врахування специфіки їхнього фаху та кваліфікації при подальшому майбутньому працевлаштуванні.Ключові слова: загальна компетентність, здоров’язбереження, предметна компетентність, рекреація, спеціальна валеологічна компетентність.         Senior Lecturer, Zaliy R.V. The author considers special valeological competence of students of technical universities as part of their everyday competence, one of the possible ways of formation which is professionally applied physical training of future specialists technical training areas. Special valeological competence is manifested in knowledge and skills, thorough motivation in physical education and sport, active recreation and motor activity. By example and organizational skills, which are formed in the formation valeological competence aimed at improving themselves and their loved ones, relatives, friends, colleagues. HISTORICISM COMEDY OF THE EXAMINED LIFE

The article considers the problem of analysis of the Comedy of life. Shows of the era, from antiquity, srednevekovja, Renaissance, and ending with the present time from the point of view of various scientists. Discusses the approaches of philosophers of the concept of the comic. Analyzed historical and philosophical options for interpreting the analysis of Comedy, as well as the nature of the problem the Comedy of life. It is concluded that the phenomenon of the comic combines the different areas of science and highlights the different levels of funny, from language game to a global philosophical constructs.Key words: the concept of the comic, humour, laugh, comic analysis, comic elements.

Evaluation of water-repellent properties of cements according to wettability method

Оцінено існуючі методики визначення гідрофобних властивостей цементів, вказано переваги та недоліки їх застосування. Запропоновано оцінювати гідрофобність дисперсних цементів за методиками визначення крайових кутів змочування та показників змочуваності. Виявлено переваги і недоліки методик та наведено рекомендації щодо доцільності їх застосування. Дослідження крайового кута змочування на поверхні дисперсного матеріалу або пресованих таблеток доцільно застосовувати, якщо цемент містить гідрофобну добавку. Дослідження змочуваності доцільно виконувати, якщо цемент містить гідрофобізуючу добавку. Обидві методики дозволяють визначити оптимальні концентрації добавок та порівнювати дію різних добавок на властивості цементів. Evaluation of cement water-repellent properties according to methods of contact angle and wettability is proposed.  Benefits and drawbacks of methods and guidelines of their utilization are given. The method of contact angle should be used if the cement is treated with water-repellent admixtures. The method of wettability should be used if the cement is treated with waterproofing admixtures. SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL PRECONDITIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRAINING OF MILITARY CADRES IN UKRAINE IN THE XIXth – AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XXth CENTURY

       The article proves that the development of the system of the training of military cadres in Ukraine in the XIXth – at the beginning of the XXth century was preceded by a number of socio-economic and political preconditions. Among them, there are national traditions formed and accumulated over the centuries: from rituals and ceremonies, folk traditions and games, to the Zaporozhian Sich, which has become a true school of the military and physical training of youth. It has been determined that an important role in the development of the studied phenomenon was played by the pedagogical legacy of the best domestic representatives of the political, civil and cultural life of the country (Monomakh, Ilarion, H. Skovoroda and others). It has been discovered that the integration of Ukraine into the Russian Empire led to the dissolution of the Zaporozhian Sich, caused the destruction of national traditions of military education; led to the desire to imitate “fashionable” education in private boarding schools, with the help of foreign-language teachers or in the cadet corps, which were created in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities. Серед них сформовані й накопичені протягом багатьох століть національні традиції: від ритуалів й обрядів, народних традицій та ігор, до Запорозької Січі, що стала справжньою школою військово-фізичної підготовки молоді. Установлено, що важливу роль у розвитку дослідженого феномену відіграла педагогічна спадщина кращих вітчизняних представників політичного, громадянського та культурного життя країни (Мономах, Іларіон, Г. Сковорода та інші). РОЗВИТОК ВНУТРІШНЬОЇ ТОРГІВЛІ В УКРАЇНІ НА ТЛІ ЗАГАЛЬНИХ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ТЕНДЕНЦІЙ

Обгрунтовано роль та місце внутрішньої торгівлі в економіці держави на тлі основних тенденцій соціально-економічного розвитку України.  На основі цього доведено необхідність системного спостереження та вивчення динаміки розвитку торгівлі для ідентифікації проблем галузі в контексті зміни загальної економічної ситуації та нових умов господарювання, що визначило мету та завдання дослідження. Проведено дослідження основних показників розвитку сфери оптової та роздрібної торгівлі в Україні. На цій основі визначено вузькі місця у їх розвитку та окреслено основні проблеми.
