The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of public complaints services through Doorstops, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the point of public protests services through Doorstops, and efforts to overcome barriers to the effectiveness of Public Complaints Services through Doorstops in Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta Administration, DKI Jakarta Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data needed in this study include primary data and secondary data. This research used data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. Informants were determined using purposive sampling and incidental sampling techniques. According to Gibson, Ivancevich, Donnelly (1995), the theory used is the basis for developing a framework of thinking and research instruments. It appears that there are several problems, including the number of complaints received is still very small and even decreased from 2017-2019, the amount of budget used is not proportional to the number of services provided, the service process is still prolonged, there are still some repeated complaints, human resources still lacking, the facilities and infrastructure used are still minimal, and socialization has not been maximized so that it has an impact on decreasing public complaint services. Suggestions to increase productivity and quality of general complaint services, re-evaluate the budget used, increase Human Resources, fulfil infrastructure, and socialize, as well as optimize online-based public complaint services

Implementasi Metode Visual-Auditory-Kinestetik dalam Tari Sigeh Penguten sebagai Tarian Tradisi Lampung

The purpose of learning the Sigeh Pengunten Dance with the VAK (Visual) learning method is to determine how students can demonstrate the Sigeh Penguten Dance according to what the teacher teaches. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a population of UPTD SMPN 3 Metro students and a sample size of 5 students. The results of this study are that the learning process using the visual method, auditory kinesthetic in practice has increased from the first meeting to the eighth meeting. This research can be seen from 3 aspects of VAK, namely visual and auditory in the form of students listening to teacher instructions and paying attention and seeing the teacher demonstrating the Sigeh penguten dance, namely the Lapah tebeng movement, Seluang going home, jong simpuh, sitting down, jong silo Ratu and Sembah, flashback, biting. , samber floated. Guuh Gakhang, Ngiyau Bias, Makuraccang, Kenui floating and tipping at high levels, Sabung Hovering, reject slashing and splitting hui, able to bias, end to a moderate level and end to a low level, Lipetto and Jong Simpuh Sembah. Regarding the kinesthetic aspect of students dancing, the Sigeh Penguten dance With the various movements mentioned above, starting from the first meeting to the seventh meeting, the eight students took practical tests to take scores and evaluations. The value obtained from the practical test carried out increased understanding, which could be seen in the increase in the value obtained, although it decreased slightly at the third meeting. One aspect that has not been studied is the issue of the period of copyright protection. The assumption is that if copyright protection is not limited in time, it will lead to a monopoly of creation by a few people. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to clearly describe and compare the terms of copyright protection in the Copyright Act and Islamic Law using the Maqashid Syariah perspective. The method used is a qualitative study (library research) with a comparative approach. The results of the study indicate that the period of copyright protection according to Islamic law, for the type of moral rights is valid forever, while for the type of economic rights it applies trade (willingness of the heart) with the provision that the shorter (reasonably) is, the better as long as it does not harm the creator. Islamic Religious Education Learning Strategy for Alpha Generation: A Case Study at Darul Qur'an School Elementary School Semarang City

This study aims to analyse learning strategies and their application for the Alpha generation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study uses qualitative research with observation, interview and documentation as research methods to obtain data. Era 4.0 has increased the need for innovative learning strategies for teachers to facilitate creative and critical thinking among students. Cooperative learning strategy was identified as one of the effective approaches to improve students' problem-solving skills in group discussion on Islamic Education Science. The findings of this study emphasise the importance of identifying appropriate learning strategies for teaching Islamic religious education to the Alpha generation. Teachers need to develop implementation strategies for Islamic religious education in primary schools in order to improve the quality of Islamic religious education and address changes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. In this study, it was found that cooperative learning is an effective teaching strategy for Islamic religious education for the alpha generation. It allows students to engage in problem solving, decision making and learning with their peers. The outcome of the learning process was valued by the class and the learning outcomes were impressive. Based on the findings, it is recommended that teachers use cooperative learning strategies when teaching Islamic Religious Education to the Alpha generation

This research aims to ease tasks such as progress reports and field monitoring with a database that can store soft copies of project data on one server. The analysis follows the waterfall method, requirements, design, coding, and testing in the local server, then uploads the .php index to the database server. This website application helps managers, owners, and other employees by facilitating the process of monitoring, reporting, and discussing even remotely. Using programs such as HTML, PHP, and MySQL, the author developed a website that speeds up the managerial process and creates a database server for storing digital documents. Users of this application were assessed a scale of 1 to 5: Interface design: 4.25, User-friendliness: 4.5, Facilities: 4, Access speed: 3.25, so it has an overall score of 4.25 out of 5

Locative prepositions “at, in, on” and translation to Vietnamese representational meaning

Starting with the role of the reference frame under the influence of the perspective culture of the British and Vietnamese  used as a cognitive premise of translation, the article presents the rationale for the procurement process on reasons, similarities, and differences in the representational meaning. The representational meaning of differences between the English locative preposition “at, in, on” and the corresponding linguistic units of Vietnamese through a particular communication context. According to the research results, when the reference object (DTQC) of the English locative position in the reference system is assimilated with the Vietnamese speaker [similar to the reference frame of the reference system], the translation semantics of the locative prepositions which is ​​"at, in, on" is like the expression representational semantics of the corresponding units in Vietnamese.
