Research on the impact of open access on the citation of scientific publications
Open access is a well-established way of publishing\ud
research results. There are many studies investigating\ud
the influence of open access on visibility of articles and\ud
citation counts. In this study, an overview and analysis\ud
of bibliometric studies analysing the extent and speed\ud
of citation were prepared, with special emphasis on the\ud
impact of open access, separately for certain scientific\ud
disciplines. We also highlight other factors that mainly\ud
affect the increased visibility and, consequently, the\ud
increase of the total citation count. We found that\ud
in the future it will be necessary to standardize the\ud
methodology of studying the effects of open access on\ud
citations, before the hypothesis of a positive correlation\ud
between the number of citations and open access can\ud
be fully confirmed or refuted
Subsidiary implementation of administrative procedure law on public procurement law pattern
Final work begins with an introduction in which the reader is informed with selected topic and higlights the issues that will be later exposed. Substantially work is divided in several major topics: comparation of the Administative procedure Law published '91 and '09 than comparation with provisions of the Public Procurement Law, higlighting the articles of Administative procedure Law that will be commonly used in practice regardin the appellate proceedings by Public Procurement Law, and at last practice of the Commission, followed by case law on appeal by the Public Procurement Law.
The sense and function of this work is to encourage readers to long-term thinking what specifically in the public procurement procedure means implement all the provisions of the Administative procedure Law that in this process can be applied at the same time imposing a question of whether there is any other better solution for appellate proceedings
The institutional repository as an advantage for users and as a challenge for librarians
Z njim smo zadostili potrebam uporabnikov po odprtem dostopu do visokošolskih del in prispevali k večji vidnosti znanstvenih objav raziskovalcev UL FGG.
Development of new technologies is affecting on the human behaviour. The
biggest change that is happening right now in the aspect of marketing is when customers are picking product or service they want to use. Also, marketing experts are putting all the efforts to go in a deeper and more personal relationship with the customers and interested parties, i.e. potential customers. That kind of behaviour was motiv to companies to go deeper in the story and to get closer by the human, who is their customer, as close as possible it is. Today we have many examples how companies are putting more money on digital advertising, especially small and medium business', with the limited budget for advertising. We cannot neglect „old fashion“ ways of reaching the people, but it is more likely that brands who know the „native language“ of their audience will win. In today's world, we are dependent on technology. Through the smartphones we are searching everything that interest us in the real time, and also, some people are shopping through their devices. That was the reason for
companies to go further and deeper, and that's why today we will see pop-up ads on mobile websites, or sponsored articles on Facebook, or any other social network. Goal is very simple – make more impression and lead the customer to the product, and keeping him if it is possible
Znanstveno delo (članek) objavlja rezultate znanstvenega raziskovanja. Za znanstveni članek je pomembna struktura pisanja in jasnost sporočila. Članek sestavljajo: naslov članka, ime in priimek avtorja, izvleček in ključne besede, uvod, material in metode, rezultati, razpravljanje, morebitne zahvale, literatura, morebitne priloge ter morebitni življenjepis avtorja. Pisanje pripravi avtorja, da jasno oblikuje svoje misli. S člankom avtor seznanja zainteresiranega bralca s svojim raziskovalnim delom.Science is based on cumulativity. If scientific findings were not published, the science would not exist. Publishing of scientific research results is the basic feature in the scientific information and communicationthe process. Scientific work (an article) publishes the results of scientific research. Thestrcuture and clarity of writing is very important for such an article - the structure should be as follows: the tile, name and surname of teh author(s), abstract and key words, introduction, material and methods, results, discussion, possible thanks, literature, attachements and curriculum vitae of the author. It is the writing that forces the author to clearly describe his thoughts. Through the article the author informs interested readers about his/her research work
