Linear scheduling methods and techniques
In my thesis I have threated the linear scheduling method and it`s developement over the years. This method is useful for planing linear objects like roads, pipelines, railways and canalizations, where the activities are repetitive.\ud
A linear plan is defined by a two-dimensional coordinate system, where the vertical and the horizontal represents time and location. The advantage of this sort of plan is his transparent construction progress. Anytime time we know the exact position of each activity.\ud
I have presented software tools for linear scheduling and compared the making of a linear plan with or without the use of a specialized program. In this sphere were primarily implented two programs: Tilos and Dynaroad. Their main advantages are the graphical plan view, compatibility with other software tools and the ease of monitoring work progress. The main disadvantage is the inability of determing the critical path of linear scheduling method. Both determine the critical path on the basis of network planing method despite the inadequacy of it.\u
Suvremeni trendovi u upravljanju proizvodnjom
U radu su analizirani suvremeni trendovi u proizvodnji. Najprije se govorilo o proizvodnom menadžmentu, proizvodnji i proizvodnim procesima. Izabrana je jedna tvrtka i njezin proizvodni proces te je na osnovu tog procesa izrađen dijagram tijeka i gantogram. Nakon analize, data su i moguća poboljšanja procesa. Predložena su poboljšanja na način da se uvede smjenski rad i da se poveća serija proizvoda. Na taj način bi se opisivani proizvodni proces mogao uvelike poboljšati

PROJECT MENAGEMENT OF WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN THE KNEŽEVI VINOGRADI
U radu je prikazana struktura projekta izgradnje uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih komunalnih voda u Kneževim Vinogradima, kapaciteta 2500 ES, „SBR“ tehnologijom. Struktura projekta prikazana je kroz tri faze projekta: koncipiranje, definiranje i izvođenje, uz povezivanje vremena i troškova projekta.This paper presents the architecture of the project construction of waste water treatment plant in Kneževi Vinogradi 2500 population equivalent by „SBR“ purification technology principle. LINEARNI DINAMIČKI PLAN IZGRADNJE CESTE
Ovaj rad pokazuje povijest nastanka tehnika planiranje u građevinarstvu, nabraja tehnike opisuje ih i objašnjava njihove prednosti i nedostatke. Također navodi povijest nastanka računalnih programa za dinamičko planiranje projekata u građevinarstvu. Rad pokazuje nastanak dinamičkog linearnog plana za dionicu lokalne ceste upotrebom računalnih programa GALA construction software, MS Project i Tilos.This work shows the history of planing in civil engineering, lists tehniques, describes them and explains their advantages and disadvantages. Also presenting the history of the emergence of computer programs for dynamic planing of projects in civil engineering. Optimizing Time Utilization of FMS
The aim of the research is to solve the problem of simultaneous production on the flexible manufacturing system with different combination of product types and quantities that will give maximal utilization of production system. The presumption for good utilization of FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) is in forming of working order with such product type structure that will make possible of production processing with minimal time load of complete production system. Working order structure from the point of product types and quantities is dictated by market demands that are known earlier. Because the structure of particular working order is not harmonized with the exploitation characteristics of FMS, we are faced with problem how to realize working order in such conditions as well as how to achieve main goal: shorter machining cycle with less time occupation of production system. The method based on two phases for solving problem of control working order realization is presented in the work. In the first phase the selection of optimal combination of process plans which gives minimal time load of production system through simultaneous production of different products and their quantities is given. In the second phase the order of part production and the order of particular operations processing is optimized. The optimization problem in both phases of control is solved by application of genetic algorithm approach. The software for computing and optimizing of processing order on FMS is developed
KOMPARATIVNA ANALIZA ALATA ZA UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTIMA : Završni rad
U ovom radu analiziraju se alati za upravljanje projektima. Svaki od njih primjenjuje se na nekom manjem projektu, te se na taj način ispituje kako alat funkcionira i doprinosi izvedbi projekta. Neki od korištenih alata bili su malo kompliciraniji za rad, a neki su bili jednostavniji.
Svaki od alata korišten je u svojoj besplatnoj verziji koja traje nekoliko tjedana i ima ograničene funkcije. S obzirom na cijene cijelih paketa alata nisu se radile šire analize.
U prvom dijelu rada iznijeli su se opći pojmovi kao što su značenje projekta, faze projekta, informacijski sustavi i slično.
U drugom dijelu rada iznose se vrste softverskih alata i njihova značenja.
U trećem dijelu započinje analiza sedam alata za upravljanje projektima. Kroz tu fazu istražuju se mogućnosti odabranih alata i njihove karakteristike. Međusobno se uspoređuju alati kako bi se objasnile značajne prednosti i nedostatci.In this paper I am analyzing project management tools. On every of these tools some project will be applied so we can se how the system is responding and how is it working. Some of these tools were little bit more complicated and others ones were easer to work with.
Every of this tools is used in its free version wich will last for few weeks and with limited functions. Given the price of whole packages of tools no wider analysis are done.
In first part of this paper general terms are presented, such as meaning of project, phases of project, information systems and similar things.
The second part deals with the types of software tools and their meanings.
The third part starts with analysis of seven project management tools. Trough that phase I am researching the possibilities and characteristics of project managment tools. Tools are mutually comparing to explain significant advantages and disadvantages

In this respect, information science is extremely helpful. The emergence of automated systems for project management has already saved considerable time and energy to project managers. However, companies that are not familiar with information science can find it difficult to select the appropriate project management tool from hundreds of different tools. Only limited resources are available on how to choose the right project management tool, even less so in Slovene. The purpose of the thesis is to analyse and assess some of the popular project management tools and provide analysis results based on certain criteria. It explains the strengths and weaknesses of each tool. A number of screenshots are included for a better idea about the tools. In addition to the evaluation of the tools and theoretical criteria, the thesis presents the management of the project "Developing and introducing the student information system" for a practical view of the tools
