ANALISIS SPILLOVER EFFECT PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KABUPATEN/KOTA DI KORIDOR TIMUR PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 1993-2021
The spillover effect is an influence that arises because of the dependency relationship between regions, the influence given is the spread effect and the backwash effect. This study aims to determine the spillover effect of economic growth provided by one region to other regions and determine the causal relationship between economic growth between districts/cities. This research was conducted in the East Java Corridor. The data used is secondary data, namely data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data used is PDRB ADHK. The research method used is the VECM model and Granger Causality. The results show that the economic growth of a region to other regions between Regencies/Cities in the East Java Corridor has different effects, namely the spread effect and the backwash effect. The influence of the spread effect is smaller than the backwash effect. The relationship between economic growth between Regencies/Cities in the East Java Corridor is mostly one-way
Recent results from CLEO collaboration
Recent CLEO results on beauty and charm meson decays presented at the
International Conference on Flavor Physics (ICFP2001) are discussed. The
results include exclusive rare B decays (B to PP, PV, VV, \phiK^(*),
l^+l^-K^(*)), inclusive b to s \gamma, and CP violation measurements in beauty
and charm mesons. Preliminary results on rare B decays using CLEO III data are
also included.Comment: To appear in proceeding of the International Conference on Flavor

Quantum Circuits for the Unitary Permutation Problem
We consider the Unitary Permutation problem which consists, given unitary
gates and a permutation of , in
applying the unitary gates in the order specified by , i.e. in
performing . This problem has been
introduced and investigated by Colnaghi et al. where two models of computations
are considered. This first is the (standard) model of query complexity: the
complexity measure is the number of calls to any of the unitary gates in
a quantum circuit which solves the problem. The second model provides quantum
switches and treats unitary transformations as inputs of second order. In that
case the complexity measure is the number of quantum switches. In their paper,
Colnaghi et al. have shown that the problem can be solved within calls in
the query model and quantum switches in the new model. We
refine these results by proving that quantum switches
are necessary and sufficient to solve this problem, whereas calls
are sufficient to solve this problem in the standard quantum circuit model. We
prove, with an additional assumption on the family of gates used in the
circuits, that queries are required, for any
. The upper and lower bounds for the standard quantum circuit
model are established by pointing out connections with the permutation as
substring problem introduced by Karp.Comment: 8 pages, 5 figure
LED bicycle lights
Celé zapojení navrhuji, aby šlo vložit do stávajícího osvětlení kola Eska či Favorit a nevzbuzovalo pozornost. Použití měničů zaručuje vysokou efektivitu celého konceptu. Použití LED diod zaručuje vysokou svítivost oproti standardnímu řešení s žárovkami. In semester thesis i project bicycle lighting using LEDs that are powered from the alternator. The LEDs are powered also from battery, that is recharged while driving and when you stop it enable uninterrupted lighting. The concept is designed so that the final price is as low as possible. All things is designed to insert to the existing bicycle lightint on Eska or Favorit bicycle. The use of inverters ensures high efficienty of the whole concept. Using LEDs compare to standart solutions with bulbs is more efficienty to.
Emerging SPS Concepts
Four technologies were evaluated to determine their effect on Satellite Power System concepts. Two of these technologies, solid-state power amplifiers and magnetrons, are replacements for the Klystrons used for dc to RF conversion on the satellite. A third technology, laser power transmission, transmits the energy at laser frequencies rather than microwave frequencies. The fourth technology, multibandgap solar cells, has the promise of significantly increased solar to dc conversion efficienty as compared to the reference-concept silicon and gallium arsenide solar cells. The design characteristics of concepts resulting from application of these technologies are summarized

A Durbin-Watson serial correlation test for ARX processes via excited adaptive tracking
We propose a new statistical test for the residual autocorrelation in ARX
adaptive tracking. The introduction of a persistent excitation in the adaptive
tracking control allows us to build a bilateral statistical test based on the
well-known Durbin-Watson statistic. We establish the almost sure convergence
and the asymptotic normality for the Durbin-Watson statistic leading to a
powerful serial correlation test. Numerical experiments illustrate the good
performances of our statistical test procedure
Calderon multiplicative preconditioner for the PMCHWT equation applied to chiral media
In this contribution, a Calderon preconditioned algorithm for the modeling of scattering of time harmonic electromagnetic waves by a chiral body is introduced. The construction of the PMCHWT in the presence of chiral media is revisited. Since this equation reduces to the classic PMCHWT equation when the chirality parameter tends to zero, it shares its spectral properties. More in particular, it suffers from dense grid breakdown. Based on the work in [1], [2], a regularized version of the PMCHWT equation is introduced. A discretization scheme is described. Finally, the validity and spectral properties are studied numerically. More in particular, it is proven that linear systems arising in the novel scheme can be solved in a small number of iterations, regardless the mesh parameter
