    海岸带综合管理中存在的最主要问题之一就是政策的制定者与科学家之间缺少必要的信息交流。一方面科学家很少能参与政策的制定,他们不清楚该为决策者们提供什么科学信息;另一方面,政策的制定者又很少了解和利用科学家的研究成果。其结果是科学家辛苦劳动得来的成果不能被管理决策层所利用。海岸带生态系统普遍退化的基本原因之一就是在海岸带开发和管理中缺乏必要的科学技术支撑

    Combined Physico-chemical and Biological Process for Treatment of Abrasion and Painting Wastewater

     采用物化法与生物法组合工艺处理研磨、涂装废水,并改进了水解酸化池和沉淀池的设计。运行结果表明,在进水有机物浓度较高、具有一定生物毒性的情况下,出水水质仍可达到GB8978—1996的一级排放标准,对COD和BOD5的去除率均超过97%。Combined physico-chemical and biological process was used for abrasion and painting wastewater treatment,and the design for hydrolytic acidification tank and sedimentation was improved.The running result shows that in the case of some biological toxicity and high concentration of organic matters in influent,the effluent quality can reach primary discharge standard specified in GB 8978—1996,and COD and BOD_5 removal rate is over 97%
