Application of anesthesia under the guidance of transesophageal echocardiography in a pregnant with left atrial myxoma
Atrial myxoma in pregnancy is rare and its clinical manifestations vary according to the size, location and mobility of the tumor. Transesophageal echocardiography which is useful to visualize cardiac anatomy and function can reveal possible wall movement abnormalities and tumor embolism.
