    Analisis Kadar Ion Pb2+ Pada Kangkung Darat (Ipomea Reptans Poir) Yang Diberi Air Lindi Dari Tpa Sampah Bukit Pinang Samarinda

    The Research to determine the levels of Pb ion on swamp cabbage (Ipomoea reptans Poir) where each of media cropping given variation of leachate volume from TPA Bukit Pinang Samarinda for every 10 kg of soil has been carried out. Swamp cabbage was analyzed in the roots, stems and leaves at the age of 2 weeks to 4 weeks. The levels of Pb2+ ion was determined by dry destruction method, then measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Pb2+ ion was accumulated on the ground kale plants. The highest levels of Pb2+ ion was contained in the roots of ground kale plants on media cropping which added 1.5 L of leachate at the age of 3 weeks of 2.0642 mg / kg wet weight. The lowest level of Pb2+ ion was contained in the leaves of control plants at the age of 2 weeks that was 0.0177 mg / kg wet weight

    Analisa chlorampenicol pada udang windu secara spektrofotometri berbasis reaksi diazotasi telah dilakukan. sulfanilamid digunakan sebagai sumber garam diazo yang akan dikopling dengan chlorampenicol. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa optimasi seperti optimasi suhu, volume HCl, volume NaNO2, volume sulfanilamid dan waktu kopling. Senyawa yang dihasilkan yaitu senyawa azo sulfanilamid-chlorampenicol berwarna kuning jernih yang akan diukur dengan spektrofotometri visible. Dilakukan aplikasi pada sampel udang windu yang telah dipreparasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian chlorampenicol pada sampel udang windu, diperoleh nilai koefisien variasi pada konsentrasi chlorampenicol 20 µg/mL, 40 µg/mL dan 70 µg/mL berturut turut sebesar 4,0269 %, 1,9509 % dan 4,2771 %. dengan rata rata sebesar 3,4183 % lebih kecil 1/8,5 dibandingkan CV Horwitz sebesar 9,2777%. Nilai akurasi pada rentang 99,7143% sampai 100,8730%. Nilai limit deteksi sebesar 6,2411 mg/mL dan nilai limit kuantisasi sebesar 20,8036 mg/mL. Serta Nilai sensitivitas sebesar 0,0021 mL/mg

    The study about the comparison of analytical performance of the determination of Pb metal ions using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer in various laboratories in samarinda has been conducted. The validated methods are linearity, detection limits, quantity and precision limits. The results showed, a standardized regression test obtained by laboratory A, a value of R2 ≥ 0.4103, laboratory B a value of R2 ≥ 0.983 and laboratory C, a value of R2 ≥ 0.000. The detection limit found at laboratory A was 0.6728 µg/L, laboratory B was 0.1989 µg/L and laboratory C was 0.0001 µg/L. The quantization limit obtained by laboratory A was 0.6817 µg/L, laboratory B was 0.6063 µg/L and laboratory C was 0.0001 µg/L. The precision test of laboratory A was 7.2208, laboratory B was 5.4557 and laboratory C was 0,000. The result of determining Pb of gas station soil samples in laboratory A is 0.737 µg/L and laboratory B is 0.391 µg/L, so that means they have exceeded the quality standards set by the Indonesian National Standard (INS)

    Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang analisa Pb(II) pada lobster (Panulirus sp) dengan metode adisi standar spektrofotometer UV-Vis menggunakan pengompleks ditizon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar ion logam Pb(II) pada lobster (Panulirus sp) dengan metode adisi standar menggunakan pengompleks ditizon. Analisa kadar ion.logam Pb(II) dengan pengompleks ditizon menggunakan spektrofotometer uv-vis sebelum menggunakan metode adisi standar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar ion logam Pb(II) sebesar 0,215 ppm sedangkan pada penelitian menggunakan metode adisi standar kadar Pb(II) sebesar 1,210 ppm.Kata Kunci: Lobster, Adisi Standar, Ditizon, Ion logam Pb(II)

    Penurunan Kadar Cr+3 [Kromium(III)] dan TSS (Total Suspended Solid) Pada Limbah Cair Laboratorium Dengan Penggunaan Metode Presipitasi

    The aims of this research was to decrease the level chromium and TSS in the laboratory wastewater liquid sample PT SUCOFINDO by using calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide. Precipitation process was done by reacting the wastewater sample and solution Ca(OH)2 0,2 and NaOH 1 M at pH variation 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, then allowed to settle for 24 hours and established the optimal pH at both solution was used in the precipitation process. Analysis content of Cr metal at this research using AAS instrument and analysis for content of TSS in this research using gravimetric method. The optimal pH precipitation to decrease Cr metal and TSS level is 8 in each of the solution used. Cr metal level after precipitation using Ca(OH)2 solution at pH 8 is 0.0901 mg/L and TSS level is 0.005 mg/L. Cr metal level after precipitation using NaOH at pH 8 is 0.0935 mg/L and TSS level is 0.008 mg/L. If compared with level decrease of Cr metal and TSS in laboratory wastewater using Ca(OH)2 and NaOH solution, and found the effectiveness of solution that have better efficiency to reduce levels of Cr and TSS in the low concentration is calcium hydroxide.The aims of this research was to decrease the level chromium and TSS in the laboratory wastewater liquid sample PT SUCOFINDO by using calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.     ADSORPSI LOGAM KADMIUM (Cd) OLEH ARANG AKTIF DARI TEMPURUNG AREN (Arenga pinnata) DENGAN AKTIVATOR HCl

    The adsorption of cadmium (Cd2+) by palm shell carbon (Arenga pinnata) activated carbon have been researched. This research is aim to find the effects of pH value, contact time and concentration. In this research, the variations of pH value was (2 – 7), contact time (5 – 70 minutes) and concentration (1,5 – 3,5 mg/L) were applied. The determination of cadmium concentration used an Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). The result of this research shows that pal shell activated carbon could adsorp metal ion Cd 2+ . The optimum condition was achieved at the pH 3 with a capacity factor of adsorbent was 2,372 mg/L or 94,92%, contact time was 30 minutes with a capacity factor of adsorbent was 2,327 mg/L or 93,12% and concentration was achieved at the concentration 3,5 mg/L with a capacity factor of adsorbent was 3,321 mg/L or 94,91%.Keywords: adsorption, actived carbon, palm shell, metal ions Cd 2
