    This research aims to analize the financial feasibility and to analize the level of sensivity of fish feed agroindustry business.This research uses the case study method, the object of the research is a fish feed business in Kuok district Kampar regency. Investment criteria used in analyzing the financial feasibility is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dan Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). The results of the research showed that fish feed agroindustry business is feasible to run and developed with the value of NPV as Rp. 3.122.202.366,00(NPV bigger than zero), Net B/C of 2,78 (Net B/C bigger than one) and IRR stay at DF 64% (IRR bigger than DF 12%).The results ofthe sensitivityanalysisshowedthatifthe businesshave a risk from the increases bran prices by 12%, dried fishprice increasesof 12%,a decrease infishfeed production 25% and decline of production time to 23 days in 1 month, then businessisnotsensitive to therisks and the business is worth tobe continued. Resulting risk is not worth the effort, in case sensitivity the increases bran prices by 21,05%, dried fishprice increasesof 26,96%,a decrease infishfeed production34,72% and decline of production time to 13 days in 1 month

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial feasibility of rubber plantation Ex UPP TCSDP at Bina Baru Village Kampar Kiri Tengah District Kampar Regency. Bina Baru Village obtain assist Ex UPP TCSDP from Plantantion Office of Riau for 258Ha rubbers plant, 1 Ha of rubber is given to one farmer. The instruments of this research are; analyzing the NPV, Net B/C and IRR and also sensitivity analysis. The used of data is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is price data were obtained from farmers and secondary data is physics data obtained from related agencies. The result shower that analyzing NPV is Rp.63.691.097,62, Net B/C is 2,62 and IRR is 25%. The farmer income in one year is Rp.2.547.643,90. Analyzing of sensitivity of the changes of the production around 25%which slope NPV is 53,83%. The changes of the input around 15% which slope NPV is 17,30%. The changes of the output around 41% which slope NPV is 88,28%. These proofed the rubber plan is still able to do if there is the changes of price and three aspects, because the NPV value still give positive value and Net B/C value >1 and also IRR bigger than discount factor 12%

    Hubungan Petani Karet dengan Tauke (Patron-client) di Desa Sungai Jalau Kecamatan Kampar Utara Kabupaten Kampar

    This study aims to determine the marketing channel and identify the pattern of the relationship between farmers and tauke in the Sungai Jalau village. This study executed in countryside of Sungai Jalau North Kampar at Kampar Regency. This study uses the survey method, sampling technique respondents conducted by purposive sampling. Number of samples 3 people tauke and 28 people rubber farmers. Analysis of the data was analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The result of the study shows that, marketing channels trought which farmers rubber consists of two channels. Rubber farmers Sungai Jalau sell ojol trader gatherer. The farmers can not sell ojol to the factory because small production and need big costs for sell to factory. The traders gatherer on channel 2 sell ojol to wholesalers because trader gatherer do not have permission sell ojol to the factory and to reduce of the cost. Trader getherer on channel 1 sell to the factory, because can get price higher than the wholesaler price. Relations between farmers and tauke in the Sungai Jalau village was patron - client relationship, dependence relationship, resiprosity relationship, loyalty relationship and personality relationship. The relationship of reciprocity; farmers helping tauke to raised ojol of storage (river) to the car to be weighed, after that tauke gived pay to farmer. Loyalty relationship, tauke and farmers, they helped an event without coercion. Personal relationship; relationship of mutual trust and solidarity between farmers and tauke

    This study aims to Analyze the marketing mix that influences consumer purchasing decisions Raudhah Chicken, Analyzing the relationship between the marketing mix of consumer purchasing decisions Raudhah Chicken. This research using purposive sampling method with the respondents of the study amounted to 90 respondents who have aged> 17 years, shop at Raudhah Chicken more than 1 times. The data were analyzed using Likert scale, validity test, reliability test and Cartesian diagram,Spearman rank correlation analysis.The results showed that of the five marketing mix variables, all of which are in the category of "influential". Correlation analysis of rank spearman that show relationship between marketing mix to consumer decision is positive and strong and significant (x = 0,01).Marketing mixed positive correlation coefficient (+), meaning the relationship of marketing mix with consumer decisions is the same direction so if the marketing mix is increased then consumer decisions will also increase.It is advisable For the Raudhah Chicken party to improve the mix of market such as: product, price, place, promotion,service and increase sales of chicken Raudhah so that consumrs will continue to shop and do not switch to another

    Corn is the second food comodity after rice and a source of calories or food instead of rice. Demand of corn will be increased every year, so it is necessarry to increase rate of production. Focus of this study is to determine the net income, corn farming efficiency of corn farmers, families income, and to find out the related issues. This research was conducted in the Dosroha village, Simanindo district, Samosir regency, North Sumatera. Take about three months from August-October 2013. This study was performed by using census method,where respondents are 26 active corn farmers Dosroha village. Survey results showed that the average of corn production is 5,688 kg/ha/cropping season with an average of selling price is Rp 2,062/kg. The average of gross income is Rp 8,091,538/land area/cropping season or Rp 11,726,867/ha/cropping season. The average of net income received by farmers was Rp 2,992,925/cultivation area/cropping season or Rp 4,334,653/ha/cropping season. The average of families income is Rp 3,474,005/land area or Rp 5,031.87/ha/cropping season with an average of land area is 0.69 ha. Based on the efficiency analysis, efficiency of corn farmers in Dosroha village is 1.57, means that for every Rp 100 of expense farmers will make a profit is Rp 0.57, so we can say that the corn farmer in Dosroha village already efficient in RCR term

    The objective of this research is : 1) Analysis the amount of working time of woman in the household and productive business of Nucleus Estate Smallholder (NES) farmer family. 2) Knowing the factors that affect the working time of woman in Nucleus Estate Smallholder (NES) farmer family. 3) Knowing the pattern of decision-making of woman in Nucleus Estate Smallholder (NES) farmer family. The research used a survey method and sampling as many as 32 samples. Analysis of the data using Ordinary Liest Square (OLS) and Likert Scale\u27s Summated Ratting (SLR). The result showed that the average working time of productive woman in the village of Sari Galuh is high at 33,74 hours / week when compared to average of household working time of woman are only 22,82 hours / week.The factors that affect working time is age factor, experience working factor and family dependents factor. The pattern of family decision making is dominated by a woman or a farmer\u27s wife
