    This study was aimed to find out the factors that influence the lack of speaking skill in management students at Hindu Indonesia University in the second semester of 2019. The subject of this study consists of 100 students. This study is descriptive qualitative in the form of a case study. The data were collected through questionnaires and students' interviews. The result showed some factors influence the lack of speaking skill such as the students to feel more enthusiasm when they do the active activity like playing games, explaining something or telling a story; the use of Indonesian or Balinese language during English class could hold up the process of speaking; the limitation in students to speak English because of the lack of vocabulary.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competence, information systems and quality of information technology on the application of accrual-based government accounting standards. The sample used in this study were 93 people. The data analysis techniques used in this study were the validity test, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. obtained a regression coefficient value of 0.680 and sig 0.000. (2) the information system has a significant positive effect on the application of SAP, where the regression coefficient value is 0.767 and sig 0.001. (3) IT quality has a significant positive effect on the application of SAP, where the regression coefficient value is 0.719 and sig 0.000 (4) simultaneously HR competence, information systems and IT quality on SAP implementation, where the F value is 96.808 and the significance is 0.000. The amount of influence of the independent variables on the application of SAP is 75.8%.&nbsp

    PENGARUH PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL, MORALITAS DAN PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN FRAUD PADA LPD SE- KECAMATAN DENPASAR UTARA

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal control, morality and the implementation of good corporate governance on fraud prevention in LPDs in North Denpasar District. There are 10 LPDs in the Village Credit Institutions (LPD) throughout North Denpasar District. The number of respondents who owned as many as 40 people with the perposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination, the model feasibility test (F test), the t test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, it is known that there is an effect of internal control, morality and the implementation of good corporate governance. has a positive effect on fraud prevention. This is evidenced as follows: 1.) Internal control with a value of t = 0.001 which is smaller than α (real level) = 0.05, thus H1 is accepted. 2.) Morality with a t value of 0.878 below α = 0.05, and a tcount of -0.155, thus H2 is rejected. 3.) The implementation of Good Corporate Governance with a value of 0.914 above α = 0.05, and a tcount of 0.109, thus H3 is rejected

    The lack of facilities (such as smartphone or internet signal) and parental assistance during the learning process from home made it difficult for subject materials to be conveyed properly, especially in English lessons. This can be decreased the students' interest and ability in that lesson and continued to face-to-face (offline) meetings. If this happens in the beginning stage, then the students will have difficulty in following the next stages. In order to increase the students’ interest and motivation in learning English, this community service is held. Through the games "Charades", students can learn English using their physical language and verbal language. Students can also move actively so that their friends are able to guess the hidden words.     Abstract. This community service program is carried out at Bakul Craf, located in Banjar Padang Tegal Tengah Ubud. This program is implemented with the aim of providing knowledge about the use of digital marketing technology. Bakul Craf is a business engaged in the handicraft sector where the process is still manual. The marketing of these handicrafts is still relatively simple, which is only waiting for guests to visit the gallery. For this reason, more productive marketing is needed by utilizing technology, namely digital marketing technology that uses the internet network to improve its products. Providing training and outreach to partners related to the use of digital marketing technology is a method used by the team so that partners have an interest and desire to take advantage of technology. In the first stage, the team provided education related to the importance of using digital technology in marketing handicraft products. The second stage, the team helps partners create accounts in the market place by displaying their craft products. The third stage, the team provides training to partners in operating the menus in the market place. The hope of this activity is that partners can do online marketing and promotion so that their production results can be more widely known and can increase sales which will also have an impact on increasing the revenue of Craf's basket partners.  Abstrak. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Bakul Craf yang berlokasi di Banjar Padang Tegal Tengah Ubud. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai manfaat penggunaan teknologi digital marketing. Bakul Craf merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang kerajinan dimana dalam proses pengerjaanya masih secara manual. Pemasaran hasil kerajinan ini tergolong masih sederhana, yaitu hanya menunggu tamu berkunjung kegaleri. Untuk itu diperlukan pemasaran yang lebih produktif dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yaitu teknologi digital marketing yang memanfaatkan jaringan internet untuk mempromosikan produknya. Memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan terhadap mitra terkait dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital marketing merupakan metode yang tim gunakan agar mitra memiliki minat dan keinginan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi. Pada tahap pertama, tim memberikan edukasi terkait dengan betapa pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital didalam memasarkan produk hasil kerajinan. Tahap kedua tim membantu mitra membuatkan akun di market place dengan menampilkan produk-produk kerajinannya. Tahap ketiga tim memberikan pelatihan terhadap mitra dalam mengoperasikan menu-menu yang ada didalam market place tersebut. Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra dapat melakukan pemasaran dan promosi secara online sehingga hasil produksinya dapat dikenal lebih luas sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan yang juga akan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan mitra bakul craf.

    Advances in technology and digital-based information are expected to be put to good use by conventional business people. The pressure of the global COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world has an impact on the acceleration of digital transformation for business people, especially MSMEs. MSMEs as a sector of the national economy that has proven to be able to survive in a crisis are encouraged to accelerate the digital transformation process due to the social distancing policy imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to investigate the role of digital transformation on the performance of MSMEs through competitive advantage. This study uses quantitative methods and the data was collected using a questionnaire instrument. This survey was conducted in July-September in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. The research location was carried out in MSMEs registered in 9 regencies/cities throughout Bali with a total of 326,000 with a total sample of 400 MSME managers. The results of this study found that all proposed hypotheses were acceptable and competitive advantage served as a partial mediation of the relationship between digital transformation and MSME performance
