    In order to improve the efficiency of automatic warehouse control system,the experimental platform of stereoscopic warehouse with s7-1500plc is designed.The manipulator is driven by stepper motor and servo motor to realize x,y and Z three-axis space motion.The material transmission system is built by general-purpose G120 inverter. HMI KTP700 realizes control and status monitoring.The materials are identified and classified by RFID sensor and other sensors.TIAV15 software build PROFINET communication and PROFIBUS communication network.Using the GRAPH language programming can improve the visualization degree of application and solve the complex problems of program design and debugging of the warehouse control system.Through the design of hardware and software,a set of complete control system design scheme is formed,which has high practical value and provides an excellent teaching and experiment platform for the intelligent storage system

    Disorder Improves Light Absorption in Thin Film Silicon Solar Cells with Hybrid Light Trapping Structure

    We present a systematic simulation study on the impact of disorder in thin film silicon solar cells with hybrid light trapping structure. For the periodical structures introducing certain randomness in some parameters, the nanophotonic light trapping effect is demonstrated to be superior to their periodic counterparts. The nanophotonic light trapping effect can be associated with the increased modes induced by the structural disorders. Our study is a systematic proof that certain disorder is conceptually an advantage for nanophotonic light trapping concepts in thin film solar cells. The result is relevant to the large field of research on nanophotonic light trapping which currently investigates and prototypes a number of new concepts including disordered periodic and quasiperiodic textures. The random effect on the shape of the pattern (position, height, and radius) investigated in this paper could be a good approach to estimate the influence of experimental inaccuracies for periodic or quasi-periodic structures

    Research on the Impact of Wind Angles on the Residential Building Energy Consumption

    Wind angles affect building’s natural ventilation and also energy consumption of the building. In winter, the wind direction in the outdoor environment will affect heat loss of the building, while in summer the change of wind direction and speed in the outdoor environment will affect the building’s ventilation and indoor air circulation. So, making a good deal with the issue of the angle between local buildings and the dominant wind direction can effectively solve the winter and summer ventilation problems. Thereby, it can enhance the comfort of residential person, improve indoor air quality, solve heat gain and heat loss problems in winter and summer in the severely cold and cold regions, and reduce building energy consumption. The simulation software CFD and energy simulation software are used in the paper. South direction of the building is the prototype of the simulation. The angle between the direction of the building and the outdoor environment wind is changed sequentially. Energy consumption under different wind angle conditions is compared with each other. Combined with natural ventilation under various wind angles, the paper gives the best recommended solution of building direction in Shenyang

    Identification, classification and expression analysis of the Ras superfamily genes in the Pacific white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei

    The Ras superfamily of small guanosine triphosphatases (GTPases) are a large group of small GTP-binding proteins, which play crucial roles in basic cellular processes in all eukaryotes. In this study, by analyzing the gene structure, temporal and spatial expression patterns, a total of 108 Ras superfamily genes were identified in the genome of the Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. We found these genes included not only the classical Ras GTPase superfamily members, but also some unconventional and novel Ras GTPase proteins, which have unknown functions and unique expression patterns. All Ras superfamily genes of L. vannamei were highly conserved within the core G domain and closely related in phylogeny, but they might have two different evolutionary origins. In addition, different Ras GTPase genes exhibited distinct expression patterns in different tissues, development/molting stages and WSSV infection samples of L. vannamei, suggesting that they may have a high functional specialization, and play important roles in regulating the biological processes of cell differentiation, growth and development, immune response, etc. This study provides important clues for the structure, classification, evolution and function of Ras superfamily in shrimp

    A Novel Candidate Gene Associated With Body Weight in the Pacific White Shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei

    Improvements of growth traits are always the focus in selective breeding programs for the Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (L. vannamei). Identification of growth-related genes or markers can contribute to the application of modern breeding technologies, and thus accelerate the genetic improvement of growth traits. The aim of this study was to identify the genes and molecular markers associated with the growth traits of L. vannamei. A population of 200 individuals was genotyped using 2b-RAD techniques for genome-wide linkage disequilibrium (LD) analysis and genome-wide association study (GWAS). The results showed that the LD decayed fast in the studied population, which suggest that it is feasible to fine map the growth-related genes with GWAS in L. vannamei. One gene designated as LvSRC, encoding the class C scavenger receptor (SRC), was identified as a growth-related candidate gene by GWAS. Further targeted sequencing of the candidate gene in another population of 322 shrimps revealed that several non-synonymous mutations within LvSRC were significantly associated with the body weight (P < 0.01), and the most significant marker (SRC_24) located in the candidate gene could explain 13% of phenotypic variance. The current results provide not only molecular markers for genetic improvement in L. vannamei, but also new insights for understanding the growth regulation mechanism in penaeid shrimp

    Developing artificial solid-state interphase for Li metal electrodes: recent advances and perspective

    The failure of Li metal anodes can be attributed to their unstable electrode/electrolyte interface, especially the continuous formation of solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) and dendrite growth. To address this challenge, scholars proposed the construction of artificial SEI (ASEI) as a promising strategy. The ASEI mainly homogenizes the distribution of Li+, mitigates dendrite growth, facilitates Li+ diffusion, and protects the Li metal anode from electrolyte erosion. This review comprehensively summarizes the recent progress in the construction of ASEI layers in terms of their chemical composition. Fundamental understanding of the mechanisms, design principles, and functions of the main components are analyzed. We also propose future research directions to facilitate the in-depth study of ASEI and its practical applications in Li metal batteries. This review offers perspectives that will greatly contribute to the design of practical Li metal electrodes

    Chinese Medicinal Herbs for Childhood Pneumonia: A Systematic Review of Effectiveness and Safety

    Objective. To assess the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicinal herbs for Childhood Pneumonia. Methods. We included randomized controlled trials (RCTs). The searched electronic databases included PubMed, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBASE, CBM, CNKI, and VIP. All studies included were assessed for quality and risk bias. Review Manager 5.1.6 software was used for data analyses, and the GRADEprofiler software was applied to classify the systematic review results. Results. Fourteen studies were identified (n=1.824). Chinese herbs may increase total effective rate (risk ratio (RR) 1.18; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.11–1.26) and improve cough (total mean difference (MD), −2.18; 95% CI, (−2.66)–(−1.71)), fever (total MD, −1.85; 95% CI, (−2.29)–(−1.40)), rales (total MD, −1.53; 95% CI, (−1.84)–(−1.23)), and chest films (total MD, −3.10; 95% CI, (−4.11)–(−2.08)) in Childhood Pneumonia. Chinese herbs may shorten the length of hospital stay (total MD, −3.00; 95% CI, (−3.52)–(−2.48)), but no significant difference for adverse effects (RR, 0.39; 95% CI, 0.09–1.72) was identified. Conclusion. Chinese herbs may increase total effective rate and improve symptoms and signs. However, large, properly randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind studies are required

    Global metabolic responses of the lenok (Brachymystax lenok) to thermal stress

    High temperature is a powerful stressor for fish living in natural and artificial environments, especially for cold water species. Understanding the impact of thermal stress on physiological processes of fish is crucial for better cultivation and fisheries management. However, the metabolic mechanism of cold water fish to thermal stress is still not completely clear. In this study, a NMR-based metabonomic strategy in combination with high throughput RNA-Seq was employed to investigate global metabolic changes of plasma and liver in a typical cold water fish species lenok (Brachymystax lenok) subjected to a sub-lethal high temperature. Our results showed that thermal stress caused multiple dynamic metabolic alterations of the lenok with prolonged stress, including repression of energy metabolism, shifts in lipid metabolism, alterations in amino acid metabolism, changes in choline and nucleotide metabolisms. Specifically, thermal stress induced an activation of glutamate metabolism, indicating that glutamate could be an important biomarker associated with thermal stress. Evidence from Hsp 70 gene expression, blood biochemistry and histology confirmed that high temperature exposure had negative effects on health of the lenok. These findings imply that thermal stress has a severe adverse effect on fish health and demonstrate that the integrated analyses combining NMR-based metabonomics and transcriptome strategy is a powerful approach to enhance our understanding of metabolic mechanisms of fish to thermal stress.</p
