Examination of the features microspektroskopi

Doktora TeziBu çalışmada, GaSe, TlGaS2, TIFeSe2, TIFeS2, Magnetik, hematit moleküllerine ait optimize geometrik parametreler ve frekanslar için kuantum kimyasal hesaplamalar Lineer-Chain Model (LCM) ve ABINIT tarafından yapılmıştır. Normal mod atamaları gözlenen ve hesaplanan frekans ve şiddetleri göz önünde bulundurularak yapıldı. Deneysel verileri ile teorik hesaplama sonuçlarının karşılaştırmasında iyi bir uyum olduğu gözlendi.AbstractIn this work, quantum chemical calculations of geometrical structural parameters and frequencies of GaSe, TlGaS2, TIFeSe2, TIFeS2, Magnetite, hematit carried out by ABINIT and LCM. The assignment of each normal mode has been made using the observed and calculated frequencies and their intensities. A comparison of theoretically calculated vibrational frequencies with experimental data shows good agreement between them
