    Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Nasabah Lembaga Keuangan Bmt Insan Kamil Solo

    This research aims: 1) To determine and measure the impact of the effect of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially on customer satisfaction financial institutions BMT Insan Kamil Solo. 2) To determine and measure the impact of the effect of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously on customer satisfaction financial institutions BMT Insan Kamil Solo. Data needed in this research is the primary data in the form of respondents\u27 assessment of the assessment dimensions of service quality and customer satisfaction. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that: 1) There is the influence of the physical evidence, kendalan, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially on customer satisfaction institute noted that financial BMT Insan Kamil, 2) There is the influence of the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously on customer satisfaction noted that financial institutions Insan Kamil Solo. Judging from the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) which has a positive value of 0,851, indicating that consumer satisfaction of customers of financial institutions BMT Insan Kamil Solo explained by physical evidence/tangibles, reliability/reliability, responsiveness/responsiveness, assurance/ assurance, and empathy/empathy of 85,1% and the remaining 14,9% describe their free variation that are not observed in this study

    This research aimed to determine and analyze the value of relation between collegial organizational behavior, performance appraisal measures, and management quality of human resources that can affect the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees, either partially and simultaneous. This research is focused on quantitative case study. Data obtained using the documentation and interview methods. Population in this research were 245 employees working in Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta. Twenty percent was used as a sample, so many as 49 respondents were obtained taking by random sampling techniques. Data in this research were tested by multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and also coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research are: 1). Collegial organizational behavior and performance appraisal measures as partially has a positive relation and significant effect. 2). Management quality of human resources as partially has a positive relation but isn't significant. 3). Collegial organizational behavior, performance appraisal measures, and management quality of human resources as simultaneous has a significant on the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees. All of data analysis results supported by previous research, except the variable of management quality of human resources has not a significant effect on the productivity level of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta employees. The reason is the higher somebody's ages, the lower physical quality and healthy of employees, so that will be easier to affect management quality of human resources considering Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Surakarta has many elderly employees

    Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin, dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Mekanik Ahass Mitra Buana Grup Klaten

    The research aims to find out partially and simultaneously the influence of motivation, discipline, and training on mechanical performance of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. The research uses descriptive quantitative. The sampling teqnique uses sampling jenuh where all 47 populations are to be sample too. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression teqnique. The results of t test prove that partially motivation has a positive affects on mechanical performance of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. Discipline partially has a positive affects n mechanical performance of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. Training partially has a positive affects on mechanical performance of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. The results of F test prove that simultaneously motivatin, discipline, and training have a positive affects on mechanical performannce of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. The proportin of the dependent variable (performance) which is explained by the independent variables (motivatin, discipline, training) is 60,5%. In addition, proportin of the other independent variables can be explained by the other variables that not present in this research

    In this study the authors aim to analyze the effect of price, after-sales service and product quality on purchasing decisions in the custom Jersey printing consumers at the Alfa Sport Sragen store either partially or silmutanously. The hypotheses in this study are: It is suspected that price, after-sales service and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in custom Jersey printing consumers in the Alfa Sport Sragen partially or silmutanly. The data needed in this study are primary data obtained in the questionnaire method from a sample of 41 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test.The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the price quality, after-sales service and product quality on the purchase decision of consumers in custom Jersey printing at the Alfa Sport Sragen partially or silmutanly
