This study entitled "Redistricting Political Studies: Actor Dynamics in District of South Singkep Establishment, Lingga regency, Riau Islands Province Year 2011-2012" The background of this research with the Government Regulation number 19 of 2008 concerning the District, where the formation on new districts in an area must meet the requirements that have been set. The formulation of the problem in this research is "How Actors Dynamics in District of South Singkep Establishment, Lingga Regency of Riau Islands Province in 2011-2012". Issues contained in this thesis is the existence of multiple interests of individuals and groups to perform South Singkep District Establishment and South Singkep District not deserved to become a new sub-district in Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that describes the data descriptively. Data collection techniques used were interviews and secondary data analysis. While the source of the data used are primary data obtained from the research site in the form of research informants and supported by secondary data.Based on the results of research conducted there are some of the findings related to actors dynamics of in the Establishment of the South Singkep District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands province, namely Berhala Island rescue, preparation for the establishment of South Singkep District, political support, political lobbying, to the absence of the chairman of Lingga Regency parliament in Plenary Meeting of Lingga Regency Parliament , in the other words, the establishment of the South Singkep District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands province is considered less effective

Prinsip Governance dalam Pengelolaan Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (Pamsimas) di Desa Banglas Barat Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti Tahun 2014-2016

This research is motivated target PAMSIMAS village election in the village of Banglas Barat years 2014-2016 in accordance with the decree of the minister of public works decree No. 79 / Kpts / DC / 2013 on stipulation district / city target PAMSIMAS. Implementers program PAMSIMAS at the district level conducted by the planning office and the department of public health office of human settlements POKJA AMPL is incorporated in regency Kepulauan Meranti, while implementers at the village level is done by the village government, KKM, SATLAK, BPSPAMS and community facilitator team. The study aims to determine the principles of governance in the management of Banglas Barat PAMSIMAS in the village and the factors that affect the management of PAMSIMAS program. The type used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative research approach. Type of research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study is documentation and interviews. Technical analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.The results showed that the principle governance in the management program in the village PAMSIMAS Banglas Barat has not run optimally. It is seen from some of the principles governance of accountability and the rule of law can not be applied by managers BPSPAMS PAMSIMAS particularly in operational and maintenance phase PAMSIMAS assets. inhibiting factor which is greater in terms of both internal and external. The right solution to overcome the problems in the management of PAMSIMAS Village Banglas Barat is particularly BPSPAMS PAMSIMAS manager must be optimized in applying the principles of governance in coordination with all parties involved in the program PAMSIMAS and supported by the budget of the village government and local government

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Village government in implementing the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringging and to determine the factors inhibiting and supporting the role of Village government in the implementation of the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringging.This research was conducted in the of Village Sungai Geringin Kecamatan Kampar Kiri, Kabupaten Kampar district in Riau province. In determining informant in this study determined people who know and get involved in the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringin Kecamatan Kampar Kiri, Kabupaten Kampar, then the necessary data, including primary data and secondary data. For data collection techniques done by interview, observation and literature study. Data analysis method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis method.The village governments role in the implementation of the program of planting onions in Village Sungai Geringging include: 1) improving the quality of human resources of farmers through extension activities and training for farmers onion. 2) provide capital assistance through a revolving fund for farmers onion, this event seeks to help the onion farmers in order to increase agricultural output onion. Assistance provided in the form of compost, seedlings of onion and some farm implements. 3) improve the marketing network of onion because farmers prefer to sell their harvest in place / in the fields. 4) the provision of infrastructure /agricultural infrastructure onion. This research is conducted by Siak District Government which succeed especially in Mempura sub-district with existing programs so that it can reduce the number of poor people of Siak Regency and increase people\u27s welfare. According to the Regional Regulation of Siak Regency Year 2012 poverty is a socio-economic condition of a person or group of people who are not fulfilled their basic rights to maintain and develop a life of dignity. As for formulation of the problem in this research is what factors that become the driving force of the succees of the Siak Regency government in poverty reduction in sub-district Mempura in Siak Sri Indrapura.This research type using qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collected by the writer use interview and documentation technique. Data used is primary data obtained from informant research and then supported from various government institutions related to this research.Research shows that in tackling this poverty Siak Sri Indrapura Regecy Government has issued a policy related to poverty namely the Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 10 of 2012 on poverty reduction in Siak Regecy. SHS services were made because the civil registration of birth certificates in the field of Rokan Hulu is still relatively low. The purpose of this program was launched to improve the recording field of a birth certificate. The problems of this research are how the implementation of the program service of One Day Ready (SHS) on the quality of public services. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the service program One Day Ready (SHS) on the quality of public services by the Department of Population and Civil Registration Rokan Hulu years 2014-2015. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data in this study of informants and review documents related to this program are One Day Ready (SHS). The Data collection technique with in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), documentation and direct observation. Data analysis technique with data reduction, data presentation, inference and verification. From the results of this research is that the implementation of the program One Day Ready (SHS) in the service of the birth certificate presented by the Department of Population and Civil Registration Rokan Hulu is good. Trans Metro is one of the transport is managed by the Regional Development Company of Pekanbaru in order to meet the needs of the public transportation services in the city of Pekanbaru. Society can use these transport services to facilitate their activities in travel. But Trans Metro Pekanbaru in providing transportation services not in accordance with the expectations that people want. It is seen from there were few complaints from the public. This study aimed to find out how exactly the Trans Metro Pekanbaru services and to determine the factors that affect transport services on Trans Metro Pekanbaru using five indicators in public service namely Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive research type with data collection techniques do is interview and documentation.
