Remark on Remnant and Residue Entropy with GUP

In this article, close to the Planck scale, we discuss on the remnant and residue entropy from a Rutz-Schwarzschild black hole in the frame of Finsler geometry. Employing the corrected Hamilton-Jacobi equation, the tunneling radiation of a scalar particle is presented, and the revised tunneling temperature and revised entropy are also found. Taking into account generalized uncertainty principle (GUP), we analyze the remnant stability and residue entropy based on thermodynamic phase transition. In addition, the effects of the Finsler perturbation parameter, GUP parameter and angular momentum parameter on remnant and residual entropy are also discussed.Comment: 18 pages, 5 figures, 2 table

Multicell Coordinated Beamforming with Rate Outage Constraint--Part I: Complexity Analysis

This paper studies the coordinated beamforming (CoBF) design in the multiple-input single-output interference channel, assuming only channel distribution information given a priori at the transmitters. The CoBF design is formulated as an optimization problem that maximizes a predefined system utility, e.g., the weighted sum rate or the weighted max-min-fairness (MMF) rate, subject to constraints on the individual probability of rate outage and power budget. While the problem is non-convex and appears difficult to handle due to the intricate outage probability constraints, so far it is still unknown if this outage constrained problem is computationally tractable. To answer this, we conduct computational complexity analysis of the outage constrained CoBF problem. Specifically, we show that the outage constrained CoBF problem with the weighted sum rate utility is intrinsically difficult, i.e., NP-hard. Moreover, the outage constrained CoBF problem with the weighted MMF rate utility is also NP-hard except the case when all the transmitters are equipped with single antenna. The presented analysis results confirm that efficient approximation methods are indispensable to the outage constrained CoBF problem.Comment: submitted to IEEE Transactions on Signal Processin

Study on radiative decays of DsJβˆ—(2860)D^*_{sJ}(2860) and Ds1βˆ—(2710)D^*_{s1}(2710) into DsD_s by means of LFQM

The observed resonance peak around 2.86 GeV has been carefully reexamined by the LHCb collaboration and it is found that under the peak there reside two states Ds1βˆ—(2860)D^*_{s1}(2860) and Ds3βˆ—(2860)D^*_{s3}(2860) which are considered as 13D1(csΛ‰)1^3D_1(c\bar s) and 13D3(csΛ‰)1^3D_3(c\bar s) with slightly different masses and total widths. Thus, the earlier assumption that the resonance Ds1βˆ—(2710)D^*_{s1}(2710) was a 1D1D state should not be right. We suggest to measure the partial widths of radiative decays of DsJβˆ—(2860)D^*_{sJ}(2860) and Ds1βˆ—(2710)D^*_{s1}(2710) to confirm their quantum numbers. We would consider Ds1βˆ—(2710)D^*_{s1}(2710) as 23S12^3S_1 or a pure 13D11^3D_1 state, or their mixture and respectively calculate the corresponding branching ratios as well as those of DsJβˆ—(2860)D^*_{sJ}(2860). The future precise measurement would provide us information to help identifying the structures of those resonances .Comment: 8 pages, 4 figures, 1 tabl
