    The study aims to determine the application of employee personal hygiene food processors catering business which in terms of: (a) public health, (b) personal hygiene and (c) clothing kitchen food processors in Padang State University campus. This study is a descriptive study with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The type of data in this study in terms of primary data include 1) the owner of a catering business 2) employees of food processing and 3) the customers who visit. This study used purposive sampling technique sampling technique with particular consideration. Based on the results of the study found several issues related to the application of the personal hygiene of food processing businesses catering services, namely: 1) in general 50% of informants food processors do not pay attention to sleep and recreation in public health, 2) as much 20% -100% of informants food processors do not pay attention to the cleanliness of hands, fingernails and toes, nose, mouth, teeth and feet, 3) 60% -100% of informants do not pay attention to hygiene food processors used clothing ranging from aprons, headgear and footwear

    This study aimed to describe the perception of tourists on promotion and facilities Adityawarman museum in the city of Padang which includes indicators: Advertising (advertising), form, function, location, and quality. As the population is a tourist attraction in the city of Padang Museum Adityawarman numbering 77,389 people. Sampling technique as for the non-probability sampling is incidental sampling with number 100. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive analysis with categorization method based on the average assessment scores. Based on the analysis of data traveler perceptions about promotion Adityawarman museum in the city of Padang relatively less well with the average of 2.12 and a variable facility is quite good with an average of 3.37. Where the indicator 1) form of tourist facilities belong to either category with an average value of (3.63), 2) belong to the category of facility function quite well with the average value of (3.40), 3) the location of facilities classified the category quite well with the average value of (3.21), 4) the quality of tourist facilities belong to the category of fairly good with an average value of 3.32

    This study destination to determine the perception Tourist about Sapta Pesona Beach Tiram Padang Pariaman the views of 4 indicators are safe, order, clean and ramahtamah. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study is that tourists are moderate and frequent visits to Coast Tiram, amounting to 280 people. Selection of the sample using incidental sampling technique (100 people). Collecting data using a questionnaire based on Likert Scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average formula ideal research (Mi), and standard deviation (Sdi). The results showed that in general the perception of tourists about the Sapta Pesona Beach Padang Pariaman Tiram are categories include good enough with a value score 95.03. Sapta pesona seen from the indicator with the value score 28.98, orderly with a value score 28.34. Clean with a value score 20.84. Ramah tamah with a value score 16.87

    This study aims to describe the implementation of standard operatingprocedures make up occupied dirty room at Hotel Pangeran Beach Padang wereevaluated from eight indicators namely: Access to the room, the first step whenyou are in the room, stripping, making beds, dusting, cleaning the bathroom,vacuum carpet and recheking. This type of research is descriptive with qualitativedata. Data collection techniques performed by using the method of observation,interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application ofstandard operating procedures make up occupied dirty room at Hotel PangeranBeach Padang is generally not good, because there are several indicators that didnot applied correctly by all roomboy. On indicators dusting, cleaning thebathroom and vacuum the carpet all roomboy not apply SOP correctly. Whileother indicators have been applied correctly by four of the eight people roomboy

    Penerapan Sapta Pesona di Objek Wisata Benteng Fort De Kock Bukittinggi

    This study aimed to describe the adoption of Sapta Pesona Attraction in Fort Fort De Kock Bukittinggi which includes seven indicators Sapta Pesona namely: safe, orderly, clean, cool, beautiful, friendly, and memories. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This study population is the average monthly number is 8231 people. The number of samples in this study are numbered 99 people were taken by using the formula Riduwan. The sampling technique in this research is non probability sampling (purposive sampling). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire based on the Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that the overall application of stepping in attraction Fort Fort de Kock Bukittinggi classified in the category quite well with the average value score of 176.99 in the range of 160 - <200 with the interpretation of the percentage of 46.47%, while under each each indicator are: for safe, orderly, clean, friendly and reasonably good memories of the category and to cool and beautiful in both categories
