Aplikasi Fungsi Manajemen Pengelola Layanan Komprehensif Berkesinambungan Hiv-ims Puskesmas di Kota Semarang Tahun 2014

Humman Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in the city of semarang experienced an increase from 427 cases in 2011 be 520 cases in 2012 and 430 cases in 2013. This research aims to analyze the application of Comprehensive Ongoing Service management function of HIV-IMS in health center. This research is descriptive research that uses qualitative approach. The collection of data using interview method to 4 main informant and 5 triangulation informant. The results of this research showed that the planning function has been going including identification of problems, analyze risk of factors and the preparation of action plan, The function of organizing for the establishment of the implementing team have been done during the training activities but there are still some positions/expertise that does not exist, for the formulation of job networking activities are already well corresponding with the duties and function. The implementation function of training activities has already been given, but there is still some training that has not been given in accordance with that stated in the manual implementation of LKB-HIV-STI. Supervisory function consists of internal supervision and external supervision from the Distric Health Office. Conclusion from this research the aplication of management fuction have been done in this service management and suggestion for the Distric Health Office is to do the supervision regularly

Penerapan Inkuiri Terbimbing Dipadu Numbered Head Together Berbasis Lesson Study untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the guided inquiry combined with the numbered head together which is based on lesson study to improve learning outcome. The type of this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on lesson study. The result of the research indicated that the implementation of the guided inquiry combined with the numbered head together which is based on lesson study considerably can improve learning outcome domain cognitive from the cycle I to the cycle II increase of 26,67%, from the cycle II to the cycle III increase of 20%, but also can improve learning outcome domain psycomotor from the cycle I to the cycle II increase of 13,4% and from cycle II to the cycle III increase of 10%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan inkuiri terbimbing dipadu numbered head together berbasis lesson study untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK berbasis lesson study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, penerapan inkuiri terbimbing dipadu numbered head together berbasis lesson study dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ranah kognitif dari siklus I ke siklus II sekitar 26,67%, siklus II ke siklus III meningkat sebesar 20% dan meningkatkan ranah psikomotor dari siklus I ke siklus II sekitar 13,4% %, siklus II ke siklus III meningkat sekitar 10%

Mie Sehat Meniran Sebagai Upaya Mempercepat Pengobatan Penyakit Tuberkulosis

Meniran dengan nama botani (Phyllanthus niruri L) merupakan tanaman obat yang banyak ditemukan sebagai tanaman liar di pekarangan halaman rumah, sawah, ladang, hutan maupun pinggiran jalan. Tanaman meniran yang tumbuh disepanjang musim ini sangat mudah dikenali, daunnya mirip pohon asam, tinggi 30-50 cm, daun dan tangkai berwarna hijau serta banyak buah di sepanjang tangkai dibawah daun. Pemanfaatan meniran untuk pengobatan begitu luas, terutama untuk penyakit infeksi yang kronis dan infeksi viral. Baru-baru ini, tanaman tradisional meniran (Phyllanthus nirusi L) ternyata dapat digunakan untuk mengobati penyakit tuberkulosis (Tb), bahkan bisa dikembangkan menjadi pengobatan terkini dalam pemberantasan Tb. Khasiat meniran sebagai tanaman untuk mengobati tuberkulosis tersebut sudah teruji melewati studi yang dilakukan oleh dr. Zulkifli Amin, seorang pakar imunologi TBC dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia. Dalam studinya dr. Zulkifli Amin menunjukkan bahwa meniran sangat efektif untuk mengurangi jumlah bakteri tahan asam (BTA, salah satu indikator TBC). Dalam pengolahannya selama ini tanaman meniran hanya dibuat dalam bentuk bentuk minuman berupa seduhan dan kapsul yang berisi ekstrak meniran. Karya tulis ini bertujuan untuk mengkreasikan tanaman meniran yang bukan hanya dapat dijadikan obat dalam bentuk seduhan ataupun kapsul, tetapi juga dapat diolah dalam bentuk makanan berupa mie sehat. Dengan demikian inovasi dalam pengolahan tanaman meniran diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu alternatif untuk menekan angka penderita tuberkulosis dengan cepat di tengah-tengah masyarakat Indonesi

IMPROVING ADOLESCENT KNOWLEDGE OF SMOKING HAZARDS

ABSTRACT Health Promotion Activities about the Dangers of Smoking in Adolescents at MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at growing and improving healthy behavior in adolescents, especially in recognizing the dangers of smoking for health. The activity was carried out on November 21, 2018 at MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. The target is students of MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to the relevant parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 40 students and 2 teachers, participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and conducive, the activity can be carried out on time smoothly.
