Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komitmen Organisasional pada Kinerja Karyawan, dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) sebagai Variabel Mediasi

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance, using OCB as mediating variable. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Dan Liris Sukoharjo Central Java. The respondents were regular employees totaling 200 employees. The technique of sampling was Non-Probability Sampling and the technique of analyzing data was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21.0 program. The result shows that job satisfaction, transformational leadership, organizational commitment and OCB simultaneously give positive effect and significant on the employees' performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment on OCB is not significant, whereas transformational leadership give positive effect and significant on OCB. OCB success to mediate the full effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance, but OCB mediates the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance partially. Managerial implications of this research are human resource management should improve job satisfaction, organizational commitment and appealedthe head to apply transformational leadership to improve employee performance through OCB behaviors

Discussion in this article starts from the emergence of a variety of problems and global issues such as violation of human rights, multi-cultural-ethnic-religious reality, life environment, world peace, violence phenomena, and drug abuse which indispensably make educational practitioners think about an appropriate educational system capable of facing challenges. Therefore, an educational system focusing on moral value internalization emphasizing the aspect of universal humanism is important. Such a system should be adjusted to our needs in order for us as a nation to be able to face every challenge. The past education was deemed to fail to create people capable of individualizing and participating. As a result, our educational outputs are not only poor in skill and intellectual capacity but also fragile in character and morality. A national problem arising is not only unemployment and alumni\u27s poor capability but also a threat of moral decadence and criminality.The fact that the reform euphoria brings about effects on all aspects ofthe nation\u27s life, initially directed towards substantial matters, shows thatit still needs a long struggle to attain the reform objective. In fact, ournation needs not only characters with morality but also those withintellect, capable of thinking clearly and profoundly, idealistic andrealistic, and having a long-term vision. Those with intellect are able tosee the invisible, to see what is behind an emergent phenomenon, and toraise appropriate critical questions. Not all people are able to see avariety of moral problems that are usually behind emergent phenomena.The conclusion of this article is that to prevent moral values prevalent insociety from extinction, the society itself has to transfer them to the nextgeneration. A way to do so is education. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keinginan Keluar Dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

This study will investigate how relation among OCB within turnover intention and job satisfaction is and also how is the influence of OCB toward two of those attitudes. The samples of the research are 102 Police members in state “X” in West Java, by purposive sampling. The examination utilizes with simple regression analysis. The result showed that there is no negative significant relation and influence between OCB and turnover intention, but positive significant relation and influence between OCB and job satisfaction

Implementasi Mbti Untuk Pengembangan Karir Mahasiswa: Studi Perbedaan Tipe Kepribadian Pada Mahasiswa Bimbingan Konseling

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tipe-tipe kepribadian individu denganMyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) pada mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling diFakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Di samping tipe kepribadian,penelitian akan mengukur kompetensi konselor yang dimiliki oleh para subjek. Tujuanberikutnya adalah mengetahui perbedaan kompetensi konselor berdasar berbagai tipekepribadian. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik survey dengan menggunakan duainstrumen yaitu MBTI dan kompetensi konselor yang sudah diadaptasi dari AmericanSchool Counselor Association (ASCA) tahun 1992. Hasil menunjukkan subyek dengantipe ekstrovert berjumlah lebih banyak daripada yang introvert, cenderung memperolehinformasi dengan sensing daripada intuisi, membuat keputusan dengan feeling daripadathinking, dan orientasi terhadap dunia luar yang relatif sama antar subyek penelitian. Padakompetensi konselor, ada perbedaan rerata kompetensi pribadi pada subyek ekstrovertdan introvert (t=3.602 sig. p=.0.000) dan pada kompetensi keterampilan (t=2.167 sig.p=0.031). Sementara itu tidak ada perbedaan pada aspek pengetahuan dan professionalyang mana juga nampak pada tipe kepribadian sensing dan intuition, thinking dan feeling,dan judging dan perceivin

Bodag village is a secluded village in Madiun Regency, most of the people are still illiterate, they also can not speak Indonesian language, it occurs due to their lack of facilities in educational purpose and their awareness of the importance of education is still low. But the villagers of Bodag have potential in arts, especially the puppets and folk musical. Therefore, the idea of making ‘Wayang Lingua\u27 came up as media that is used to fight against illiteracy in Bodag village. ‘Wayang Lingua\u27 come from the word \u27Wayang\u27 and \u27Lingua\u27, lingua means \u27language\u27. Perubahan Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Pre Operasi dengan Terapi Murottal Al-Qur'an di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi

Pasien yang akan menjalani operasi, peningkatan tekanan darah dan nadi sering kali terjadi, salah satu penyebabnya adalah kecemasan yang menyebabkan penundaan operasi yang akan dijalani. Data WHO pada tahun 2013 mengemukakan bahwa jumlah pasien yang melakukan operasi mencapai angka 148 juta jiwa. Salah satu teknik distraksi keagamaan adalah terapi murottal Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi murottal al-qur'an terhadap Perubahan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi di RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pra eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest posttest one grup design without control. Populasinya yaitu pasien yang menjalani operasi sebanyak 2902 pasien. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling yaitu berjumlah 14 pasien pre operasi. Instrumen penelitian yaitu Amsterdam Preoperatif Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS). Analisa data dalam penelitian ini secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada Perubahan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi dengan terapi terapi murottal Al-Qur'an dengan p-value 0,01 pada pasien pre operasi di RSUD raden Mattaher Jambi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dan informasi bagi pihak rumah sakit tentang pengaruh pemberian terapi murottal al-qur'an terhadap Perubahan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi agar dapat dilakukan pemberian terapi murottal al-qur'an dalam penanganan kecemasan

Desain Dasar Portal Monitor Radiasi untuk Kendaraan

DESAIN DASAR PORTAL MONITOR RADIASI UNTUK KENDARAAN. Kemungkinan penyalahgunaan bahan bakar nuklir dan bahan radioaktif harus ditekan serendah mungkin. Untuk keperluan hal ini, suatu portal monitor radiasi (PMR) kendaraan dapat digunakan dan dipasang di titik-titik pemeriksaan (check points) di Fasilitas-Fasilitas nuklir, industri, pelabuhan udara dan pelabuhan laut. PMR ini menggunakan detektor sintilasi NaI(Tl) untuk mendeteksi sinar gamma dan detektor berbasis 10B/ZnS(Ag) untuk mendeteksi neutron. Persyaratan desain telah ditetapkan. Persyaratan desain ini meliputi 20 aspek, antara lain konfigurasi fisik, identifikasi spektrum, user interface, deteksi radiasi, dan lain-lain. Desain konseptual dan desain awal peralatan PMR ini diuraikan dalam makalah ini. Makalah ini juga memberikan spesifikasi teknis detektor sintilasi, detektor neutron, multi-channel analyzer (MCA), catu daya tegangan tinggi, akuisisi data, sensor kecepatan, sensor occupancy, dan komputer sentral. Pembuatan desain rinci sebagai tahap berikutnya dari perancangan peralatan PMR ini perlu dilakukan
