Analisis Varians Biaya Produksi Batako pada Ud. Arif Jaya Abadi di Desa Pegayaman Kecamatan Sukasada Tahun 2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) penyebab varians biaya bahan baku, (2) penyebab varians biaya tenaga kerja, dan (3) penyebab varians biaya overhead pabrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa biaya standar dan biaya aktual dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis varians biaya produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) penyebab terjadinya varians biaya bahan baku adalah kenaikan harga bahan bakar solar, peningkatan produksi batako, dan kesalahan penggunaan bahan baku, (2) penyebab terjadinya varians biaya tenaga kerja adalah kenaikan tarif upah tenaga kerja, Perubahan tarif tenaga kerja untuk jam kerja lembur, dan pengawasan tenaga kerja yang kurang baik, (3) penyebab terjadinya varians biaya overhead pabrik adalah kenaikan harga bahan bakar solar, peningkatan produksi batako, dan pengawasan pemakaian bahan bakar solar yang kurang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) penyebab terjadinya varians biaya bahan baku adalah kenaikan harga bahan bakar solar, peningkatan produksi batako, dan kesalahan penggunaan bahan baku, (2) penyebab terjadinya varians biaya tenaga kerja adalah kenaikan tarif upah tenaga kerja, Perubahan tarif tenaga kerja untuk jam kerja lembur, dan pengawasan tenaga kerja yang kurang baik, (3) penyebab terjadinya varians biaya overhead pabrik adalah kenaikan harga bahan bakar solar, peningkatan produksi batako, dan pengawasan pemakaian bahan bakar solar yang kurang baik. Pengaruh Tingkat Suku Bunga Simpanan terhadap Cost Of Fund pada PD. BPR Bank Buleleng 45 Tahun 2011-2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh tingkat suku bunga tabungan terhadap cost of fund, (2) pengaruh tingkat suku bunga deposito terhadap cost of fund, dan (3) besar pengaruh tingkat suku bunga simpanan tabungan dan deposito terhadap cost of fund pada PD. BPR Bank Buleleng 45 tahun 2011-2013. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat ex post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian pada PD. BPR Bank Buleleng 45 tahun 2011-2013 menunjukkan (1) tingkat suku bunga tabungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap cost of fund dengan nilai t hitung = 10,527 > t tabel = 1,697, (2) tingkat suku bunga deposito berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap cost of fund dengan nilai t hitung = 8,591 > t tabel = 1,697, dan (3) tingkat suku bunga simpanan tabungan dan deposito berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap cost of fund dengan nilai F hitung = 247,037 > F tabel = 3,32. Besarnya pengaruh simultan antara tingkat suku bunga simpanan tabungan dan deposito terhadap cost of fund pada PD. BPR Bank Buleleng 45 tahun 2011-2013 sebesar 0,934 (93,4%).Kata Kunci : tingkat suku bunga tabungan, tingkat suku bunga deposito, cost of fund This research aims to know (1) an influence of the savings interest rate toward cost of fund, (2) an influence of the deposit interest rate toward cost of fund, and (3) the amount is influence of the interest rates on savings and deposit toward cost of fund in PD. BPR Bank Buleleng 45 on year 2011-2013 (1) the savings interest rate are positive and significant effect toward cost of fund with a value t count = 10,527 > t table = 1,697, (2) the deposit interest rate are positive and significant effect toward cost of fund with a value t count = 8,591 > t table = 1,697 and (3) the interest rates on savings and deposit are simultaneously influence toward cost of fund with a value F count = 247,037 > F table = 3,32. The amount of simultaneous influence between interest rates on savings and deposit toward cost of funds in PD. Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Produk pada Perusahaan Garmen Wana Sari Tahun 2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produk garmen, (2) penyebab kerusakan/kecacatan produk, (3) solusi dalam mengatasi kendalakendalan pengendalian kualitas produk garmen.Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Garmen Wana Sari dan objek penelitian ini adalah pengendalian kualitas produk. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan alat bantu Statistical Process Control (SPC). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produk garmen dilakukan mulai bahan baku, proses produksi, dan produk jadi. (2) kerusakan/kecacatan produk disebabkan oleh bahan baku, manusia, method dan lingkungan. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala pengendalian kualitas produk garmen adalah (a) memberikan arahan lebih baik kepada para pagawai yang terlibat dalam proses produksi, (b) memilih bahan baku yang berkualitas baik, (c) melakukan tindakan perbaikan terhadap produk rusak yang masih bisa diperbaiki.Kata Kunci : pengendalian kualitas produk This research aim to knows (1) the implementation of quality control of garment products, (2) the cause of defect products, (3) the solutions in overcome the constraints quality control of garment products. Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelayanan di Ripcurl Kartika Plazza

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelayanan di Ripcurl Kartika Plazza, dan (2) faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelayanan di Ripcurl Kartika Plazza. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Ripcurl yang datang ke toko Ripcurl sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan faktorial. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, dianalisis dengan analisis faktor melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelayanan di Ripcurl Kartika Plazza adalah bukti fisik (tangible) dengan nilai varian sebesar 38,529%, keandalan (Reliability). dengan nilai varian sebesar 21,662%, empati (emphaty) dengan nilai varian sebesar 16,946%, ketanggapan (responsiveness) dengan nilai varian sebesar 13,997% dan, jaminan (ansurance) dengan nilai varian sebesar 8,866%. Sedangkan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelayanan di Ripcurl Kartika Plazza adalah bukti fisik (tangible) dengan varimax rotation 38,529%. Faktor yang Mendorong Masyarakat Membeli Emas di Kota Singaraja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) faktor yang mendorong masyarakat membeli emas di kota Singaraja, dan (2) faktor yang dominan yang mendorong masyarakat membeli emas di Kota Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi tak terhingga dengan teknik pengambilan sampel insidental sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode survei. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan dianalisis dengan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mendorong masyarakat membeli emas di kota Singaraja adalah harga emas dengan nilai varian 53,424%, harga barang lain yang terkait dengan nilai varian 14,514%, pendapatan konsumen dengan nilai varian 8,678%, selera dengan nilai varian 7,111%, jumlah penduduk dengan nilai varian 6,312%, ramalan harga dengan nilai varian 4,303%, distribusi pendapatan dengan nilai varian 3,002%, dan usaha-usaha penjual dengan nilai varian 2,655%.
