Nejprve je představena teoretická část projektového řízení a poté je popsáno projektové řízení ve společnosti Koito Czech s.r.o. Stěžejní část obsahuje porovnání mezi teoretickými a praktickými částmi bakalářské práce a následně je zaměřena na návrhy na možná zlepšení v několika oblastech projektového řízení. Tyto oblasti zahrnují specifikaci provedení, časový plán a finanční rozpočet projektu.The thesis is about the project management in a manufacturing plant. Firstly, the theoretic part of project management is introduced and then the project management in the manufacturing company Koito Czech s.r.o. is described. The main part contains comparison between theoretic and practical parts of the thesis and subsequently, it is focused on the possible countermeasures in some project management areas. A Production Company Fluctuation Analysis

Import 11/07/2012Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou fluktuace ve výrobní společnosti. Nejprve je představena teoretická část, ve které je popsáno, co je fluktuace, jaké jsou její příčiny, výhody a nevýhody či jak se počítá míra fluktuace. Poté následuje seznámení se společností Koito Czech s.r.o. a je přiblížen systém, jakým se fluktuace ve společnosti analyzuje. Stěžejní část obsahuje analýzu dat týkající se fluktuace zaměstnanců zaměřenou na analýzu míry fluktuace a analýzu odchodů z různých pohledů včetně rozboru jejich důvodů. Následně je část diplomové práce věnována návrhům na možná zlepšení, která by po jejich implementaci mohla pomoci vytvořit cílený program na zlepšení míry fluktuace ve společnosti Koito Czech s.r.o. za podpory nejvyššího vedení.The thesis is about turnover analysis in a manufacturing plant. Firstly, the theoretic part of turnover is introduced including the definition of turnover, its causes, advantages and disadvantages or how to count the turnover ratio. Then the Koito Czech s.r.o. company is introduced and the turnover analysis system is described. The main part contains the data analysis relating to employees turnover ratio and withdrawals analysis from different point of views including their reasons. Tools for Development of Children with Severe Hearing Loss

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pomůckami pro všeobecný rozvoj dítěte s těžkým sluchovým postižením. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké pomůcky považují učitelé žáků s těžkým sluchovým postižením za nejvýhodnější pro jejich všeobecný rozvoj. Práce nejprve seznamuje čtenáře se základní problematikou sluchového postižení v souvislosti se vzdělávacím procesem a to především dítěte s těžkým sluchovým postižením. Tato teoretická část se opírá o odbornou literaturu, která se zaměřuje na sluchové postižení, vzdělávání žáků se sluchovým postižením, pomůcky pro tyto žáky a mnoho dalších souvisejících aspektů. Bakalářská práce pokračuje výzkumnou částí, ve které jsou zanalyzovány získané informace, které byly posbírány prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty dotazníkového šetření byli pedagogové z mateřských, základních a středních škol, kteří pracují či mají zkušenosti se žáky s těžkým sluchovým postižením. Poznatky a informace z této práce mohou být přínosem pro začínající pedagogy v prostředí žáků se sluchovým postižením, pro osoby zajímající se o danou problematiku a také pro rodiny s dítětem se sluchovým postižením.This bachelor thesis deals with tools for the general development of a child with a severe hearing impairment. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out which tools teachers consider to be the most advantageous for the general development of students with a severe hearing impairment. The thesis first acquaints the reader with the basic issues of hearing impairment in connection with the educational process, especially a child with a severe hearing impairment. This theoretical part is based on the literature that focuses on hearing impairment, education of students with hearing impairments, tools for these students and many other related aspects. The bachelor thesis continues with the research part, which analyzes the obtained information, which was collected through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire respondents were teachers from kindergartens, primary and secondary schools who work or have experience with students with severe hearing impairments. The knowledge and information from this work can be beneficial for beginning teachers with students who have hearing impairments, for people interested in the issue and also for families with children with hearing impairments
