Implementation of Online Sales Information System for Sandals Craftsmen In Berbek Village

Berbek Village has 55 families with livelihoods as sandals craftsmen about 40%. The problem of the last five years is the sales of sandals craftsmen has decreased by 50% that bring the economy level decreased. Therefore, the craftsmen want to expand their market share and hope it will increase the sales of sandals. The solution offered is Online Sales Information System. The research methodology using Waterfall Model was started with survey and interview, system analysis, database design, coding using PHP programming language and MySQL database, system testing, training for sandals craftsmen, and system evaluation by filling and processing of questionnaire. Training results show that sandals craftsmen can sell their products through an online sales information system that has been created. System evaluation results have also shown that online sales information system can be well received by sandals craftsmen

Pandugo 200 is a company that engaged in the sale and purchase of land plots for cash and credit in Surabaya and Sidoarjo with problems 60,62% of uncollected accounts receivable. This is caused of nothing recording recapitulation of due date and many payment record books of the company. Consequently, the procedure to remind the customer to be hampered and the filing of the customer's credit worthiness decision could not be known immediately. In this study, these problems solved by building accounts receivable application at Pandugo 200 usinG Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Accounts receivable applications that has built able to monitor customer accounts receivable as a reminder of the company through the Short Message Service (SMS), presents a recording of integrated payment on each payment book, the payment classification, and a monitoring report each month accounts. Based on the testing system is known that the Account Receivable Application Pandugo 200 Surabaya has been run appropriately. The application is able to send SMS remainder of credit collection and generate accounts receivable credit reports, customer payment reports, the target of accounts receivables, the difference between the amount of revenue target information with payment claims, and track record of customer payments

PT. Putera Rachindo Sejahtera is a company that produces furniture with different raw material needs as customer. the company currently has a thousand suppliers from home and abroad to meet the raw material needs. The process of selecting a supplier for raw materials using criteria such as quality, price, distance, conformity delivery, and delivery time. So it takes a long time to choose the supplier of more than one thousand suppliers that exist .To help companies shorten time supplier selection, made a decision support system application supplier determination using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Steps being performed on the system that determines the criteria and sub-criteria. Then determine the weight of test criteria and consistency, followed by determining the range of values and weighted sub-criteria. The system generates a priority assessment of suppliers eigen vector calculation criteria with sub criteria. based eigen vector application is made and a series of trials that have been done, the application can generate reports on a supplier of raw materials. Recommendations given supplier is a supplier with the highest ranking three parts purchasing to aid in decision making
