Nyeri Menstruasi adalah suatu kondisi medis yang terjadi pada menstruasi yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas dan memerlukan pengobatan yang ditandai dengan nyeri atau nyeri pada perut atau panggul. Menstruasi adalah keluarnya darah dan siklus secara periodik dari rahim, disertai pelepasan atau dedekonstruksi endometrium yang terjadi setiap bulan secara teratur pada wanita dewasa dan sehat. Penurunan Nyeri Haid” Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimen dan desain one group pretest-Postest. Sampel berjumlah 10 responden dengan perlakuan yang sama dan perlakuan yang sama. Dengan skala pengukuran nyeri Numerik dan Lembar Observasi. Analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Shapirowilk . Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil Pretest 7.40 dan Posttest 2.8. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “ ada pengaruh pemberian air kelapa muda terhadap nyeri haid setelah dan sebelum intervens

PENGARUH HIDROTERAPI TERHADAP PENURUNAN KADAR GULA DARAH SEWAKTU PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS TIPE 2 DI PUSKESMAS BINJAI SERBANGAN KABUPATEN ASAHAN TAHUN 2020

Hydrotherapy or water therapy is a method of treatment and healing with water for get the profit therapeutic in the treatment of disease. Diabetes Mellitus is a degenerative disease, which need an effort to suppress the increased.incidence of the disease. This,the aims of the research.to determine the effect of hydrotherapy to decrease blood sugar.random diabetes mellitus type 2 patients. The method of this research is a quasi experimental Two Grup  pretest  posttest design, the sampling, techniques used purposive sampling approach. Total respondent are 22 peoples, 11 respondents, for the control group and 11 intervention group. Data collection Uses A direct observation.sheet and measurement of blood sugar. Statistic analysis using  independent T test. Indicates that there was a discreption between the average blood sugar and the action of hidroterapy in control grup and intervention groups (p=0,0001). Therefore it is assumed that  hydrotherapy.would lower the  blood sugar  when DM 2, hydrotherapy  patients  can be used as a hyperglycemic management of diabetes mellitus

PENGARUH PERMAINAN PLASTISIN TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK HALUS ANAK USIA PRASEKOLAH DI TK SWASTA KARUNIA MEDAN JOHOR

The golden time is frequently used to describe children in the pre-school years. Children's intelligence is now growing and developing extremely quickly, as are their fine and gross motor skills, cognition, morals, social skills, emotional development, and linguistic skills. Writing and sketching by pupils that are not tidy, gripping things that frequently fall, and stiff finger motions are all issues with the fine motor development of preschoolers. The purpose of this study was to analyzing the effect of plasticine games on the development of fine motor ability in preschool children. The type of this study was quasy experiment using one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all students of Karunia Private Kindergarten, Medan, Johor. The number of respondents in this study were 26 respondents taken with total sampling. The results of the bivariate analysis of playing plasticine to development of fine motor skills in pre-school children obtained p-value (sig 2 tailed) = 0.000. From the results of the bivariate analysis p-value < a (0.05), it can be concluded that there is an effect of playing plasticine to development of fine motor skills of pre-school-aged children in Karunia Private Kindergarten, Medan Johor in 2023. To ensure that children develop to their full potential, it is intended that parents and kindergarten instructors would actively participate in stimulating children's development activities

HUBUNGAN KONSUMSI MAKANAN SIAP SAJI DENGAN KEJADIAN PENYAKIT DIARE DI SD NEGERI 101800 KECAMATAN DELI TUA KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

Elementary school -age children eating fast food is a problem that is a major concern in the community, especially foods that contain dangerous chemicals in the canteen, and food sellers around the school are important agents that make children eating unhealthy foods. and cause diarrhea for children. This study aims to The Relationship Between Fast Food Consumption And Incidence Of Diarrhea In Sd Negeri 101800, Deli Tua Sub District, Deli Serdang District. This a study using analytical observational design with a cross sectional study approach. The population of this study was a student of SD Negeri 101800 totaling 294 students with 75 student as sample. Sampling used in this study was stratifield random sampling. Data analysis use Chi Square. The results of this study indicate the distribution of the frequency of consumption of fast food 75 respondents (100%), as many as 43 students (57.3%) have a high level of consumption of fast food and there are 32 students (42.7%) with the level of consumption of fast food The low one. The frequency distribution of 44 students diarrhea (58.7%) experienced diarrhea and as many as 31 students (41.3%) did not experience diarrhea. Chi Square test results obtained significant data with P-value = 0,000 p-value <0.05. It can be concluded from the results of this study, that there is a relationship of consumption of fast food with the incidence of diarrhea in SD Negeri 101800 Deli Tua Sub District, Deli Serdang District in 2023. Suggestions from the results of this study are that teachers are expected to provide support so that children have good snack habits and pay more attention to the cleanliness of places selling snacks around or outside school

Menstruation  is  periodic  bleeding  and cycles from the uterus ,  accompanied  by the release or dedeconstruction  of  the  endometrium  that occurs every month  regularly  in  mature  and  healthy women . The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of sleep in third Trimester pregnant women, especially at the Talun Kenas Public Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. The conclusion of the implementation of pregnancy exercise on improving the quality of sleep in third Trimester pregnant women at the Talun Kenas Public Health Center is that pregnancy exercise is very useful for pregnant women because it can also increase the mother's fitness to prepare for childbirth. PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BELIMBING DAN MENTIMUN TERHADAP PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI DESA LAU KERSIK KECAMATAN GUNUNG SITEMBER KABUPATEN DAIRI

Hypertension is a disease that is not uncommon in the community, including the Bukit Lau Kersik village. People with hypertension often do not show long-term symptoms and can be life-threatening. However, one of the management of hypertension that can be used as non-pharmacological therapy is consuming starfruit juice and cucumber which is quite easy to find in the Bukit Lau Kersik village. This combination of juices contains potassium which can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This study used Equivalent Time Sample Design with 14 subjects with hypertension in the Bukit Lau Kersik Village, Gunung Sitember Subdistrict, Dairi District. The technique of this research sample used Non-Probability Sampling with Saturated Sampling. The instrument used was a sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope. Bivariate data analysis in this study was the Wilcoxon statistical test. Based on the data analysis performed, the value of p is 0.011 < 0.05 was obtained, meaning that there was a significant relationship between giving star fruit juice and cucumber to hypertensive patients. Then it can be concluded that there is an influence between giving star fruit and cucumber juice to blood pressure reduction in hypertensive patients in Bukit Lau Kersik Village Gunung Sitember Subdistrict, Dairi District in 2019. Suggestion: The factors that affect blood pressure in hypertensive patients and checking blood pressure before drinking star fruit juice and cucumber

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TERAPI MUSIK TERHADAP PENURUNAN INTENSITAS NYERI PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA

The World Health Organization (WHO) sets the average standard of sectio caesarean delivery in a country to be around 5-15 percent per 1000 births in the world.In Indonesia, the results of Basic Health Research in 2013 showed births with a caesarean section of 9.8% out of a total of 49,603 births from 2010 to 2013. Nursing problems that often arise in cases of post sectio caesarea are pain caused by trauma to the tissue due to tissue damage and direct irritation to the receptors. The nurse's independent action to control the pain felt by the patient is to do pain management with non-pharmacological techniques, namely music therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy on pain intensity reduction in post sectio caesarea patients. This study used a quasi-experimental design method with a non equivalent control group design. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 32 respondents, 16 experimental groups and 16 control groups. This study used the Wilcoxon non-parametric test. The results of this study indicate the P-value (0.001) <α (0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of music therapy on the decrease in pain intensity in post-sectio caesarea patients in the hybrid room Sembiring General Hospital

Authoritarian Parenting Is Assoociated With Bullying Behavior In Teenagers At Smp Negeri 1 Namorambe, Deli Serdang Distriet In 2023

Adolescence is a period of rapid physical, psychological, and intellectual growth and development. Bullying is an aggressive action that one person repeatedly takes against another, causing physical or mental harm to the victim. Authoritarian parenting style emphasizes the importance of children obeying all parental rules. The study involved 86 students as study subjects, selected using non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a parenting style scale based on the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) and a bullying behavior scale based on the Bullying Questionnaire by Putri (2018). These data were subsequently analyzed using the Chi-square test, yielding a result of CI = 0.001. The hypothesis was tested using a Cross-Sectional correlation. The correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.306 with a significance of 0.004 ). The study results indicated a positive relationship between the tendency of bullying behavior and authoritarian parenting style at SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. As the authoritarian parenting style increases, the incidence of bullying behavior also increases. Conversely, the authoritarian parenting style decreases, the incidence of bullying behavior decreases as well. In conclusion, this study reveals a moderate positive relationship between authoritarian parenting style and bullying behavior among adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe in 2023

HUBUNGAN PREDISPOSING FACTOR, REINFORCING FACTOR DENGAN PENERIMAAN TES HIV IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS DELI TUA

Penyakit HIV/AIDS merupakan penyakit infeksi penyebab kematian peringkat atas dengan angka kematian dan angka kejadian penyakit yang tinggi serta membutuhkan diagnosis serta terapi yang cukup lama . Infeksi HIV pada ibu hamil dapat mengancam kehidupan ibu dan selain itu juga dapat menularkan virus kepada bayinya. Virus HIV dapat ditularkan dari ibu yang terinfeksi HIV kepada anaknya selama kehamilan saat persalinan dan menyusui. Infeksi HIV dari ibu ke anak dapat dicegah, melalui upaya pencegahan penularan dari ibu ke anak yang merujuk dari rekomendasi WHO, dimana pada dasarnya semua ibu hamil ditawarkan tes HIV. Penawaran tes HIV  pada  ibu  hamil  bisa  dilakukan  saat  ibu  datang  untuk kunjungan antenatal (ANC). Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Hubungan persepsi manfaat tes HIV, Status perkawinan, jumlah kunjungan ANC, Pengetahuan dan dukungan suami dengan penerimaan tes HIV pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Ddelitua. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan Puskesmas Deli Tua. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang berkunjung ke puskesmas Delitua, sampel yang digunakan dengan sampel minimal sebanyak 96 orang. Analisis dapat dilakukan  secara univariat, bivariat, multivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan persepsi tes HIV, Status Perkawinan, Jumlah Kunjungan ANC, Pengetahuan, Dukungan Suami dengan penerimaan tes HIV. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk melakukan kunjungan kepada ibu hamil untuk pemeriksaan kesehatan dalam pencegahan HI
