Energy Efficient Wireless Sensor Activities in Computer Networks

    Get PDF
A Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) can be described as a sophisticated ensemble of interconnected devices that collaborate to relay information collected from a designated observation area. This network architecture enables the transmission of data across various nodes, ultimately converging at a gateway that integrates the data into larger networks, such as wireless Ethernet. Essentially, a WSN consists of base stations and numerous nodes equipped with wireless sensors. Modern iterations of these networks support bi-directional communication, not only facilitating the collection of sensor data but also allowing for the remote control and adjustment of sensor operations. Initially spurred by military needs for comprehensive battlefield surveillance, the utility of wireless sensor networks has expanded significantly. Today, they are integral to a variety of both industrial and consumer contexts, ranging from monitoring and controlling industrial processes to assessing the condition of machinery in real time

The Theory of Allegory in Natrinai

    Get PDF
The period of Sangam literature was preceded by the Natrinai period, the first literary work compiled. It is a book that combines literary richness with grammatical richness. The parables in the narrative add beauty to the songs in abundance and detail. This thesis is intended to explain how the parable, which is composed of numbers and details, makes sense in the poems. The tendency to compare one thing with another is a natural characteristic of all human beings. The operation of this mindset can be explained at various levels. In terms of grammar, simile, the construction of simile, and allegory are parts that reflect the comparative attitude. In this, Tolkappiyar's thoughts on similes and the way in which the Natrinaipulavars have used the metaphor are explained in this article. This article is also a precursor to later grammatical studies

Nero’s Guests (2009) is a documentary film directed by Deepa Bhatia on farmers’ suicide in India. It documents the suicide of farmers harvesting cotton crops. Sainath P, journey across villages in India, to investigate the motive behind farmers’ suicide. Sainath mentions the shortcomings of the Green Revolution — the use of HYV seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides results in higher costs of crop production and so the profit declines and debts escalate. This hopeless situation of the farmers prevail all over the country and force them to end their lives. The pain of farmers is incomprehensible due to debts, lack of water, rapid urbanization, and insurmountable pressure to run the family and farming despite losses. This paper focuses on David Klonsky and Alexis May’s Three- Step Theory (2015). The theory identifies four important factors such as pain, hopelessness, connection, and capability for suicide. This study aims to bring out the overlooked state of the farmers and the agrarian economy of India in the light of pain and hopelessness in David Klonsky and Alexis May's Three Step- Theory (2015)

DETECTION OF MALIGNANT TUMOUR IN MAMMOGRAPHY IMAGES USING ADAPTIVE CLUSTERING SEGMENTATION

The group of cancer cells that initiate from the breast cells and it expands from tissue of breast and leads to breast cancer. To identify the breast cancer Mammogram is one of the efficient techniques used now days in earlier using x-ray images of breast and this will reduce the death ratio of breast cancer patients. A new approach is implemented to detect the breast cancer of women by its image and it is discussed in this paper. Initially, pre-processing is applied which converts the original image into gray scale and adaptive clustering segmentation is implemented. Based on segmented image feature is extracted and compared with normal patient image. Normal patient parameters are taken and considered as threshold value and processed patient value is compared to identify the abnormal patient. Hence the accuracy of proposed approach is measured by the factors like Sensitivity, Specificity and Accuracy. Hence it shows that proposed works obtains better detection of cancer when compared to other existing methods.Â

With the explosive growth of information available on internet, WWW become the most powerful platform to broadcast, store and retrieve information. As many people move to internet to gather information, analyzing user behavior from web access logs can be helpful to create adaptive system, recommender system and intelligent e-commerce applications. Web access log files are the files that contain information about interaction between users and the websites with the use of internet. It contains the details like User name, IP Address, Time Stamp, Access Request, number of bytes transferred, result status, URL that referred. To analyze such user behavior, a variety of analyzer tools exist. This paper provides a comparative study between famous log analyzer tools based on their features and performance.
