    Not achieving the performance targets that have been set are caused by many factors, both individual, group, organization both internal and external. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the influence of group integrity factors on the performance of employees at the Kapuas Hulu district secretariat. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees (civil servant status) who worked at the regional secretariat of Kapuas Hulu Regency, totaling 137 employees. The sampling technique is done by using the Simple Random Sampling technique by determining the sample of respondents randomly. Based on the results of calculations with the formula, the sample in this study amounted to 102 employees. Data collection tools used closed questionnaire with 5 (five) interval scale answer options. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Prerequisite testing with residual normality test and linearity regression test. Data analysis in this study was carried out using statistical descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques.     The facts that occur in the field show that the performance of government employees as public services still has not achieved the performance increased; based on the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report of the Kapuas Hulu Regency regional secretariat in 2012. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Interpersonal Skills on the Performance of the Kapuas Hulu Regency Regional Secretariat Staff. This study uses a quantitative research approach the method used is the survey method. The population in this study were all employees (civil servant status) who worked in the regional secretariat of Kapuas Hulu Regency, totaling 137 employees.     Baitul maal wat tamwil arrafi’ul a’laa is an Islamic financial institution that provides services to the community both in terms of deposits and loans. This research aims to find out the implementation of financial management at BMT Basmalah Arrafi’ul A’laa Pontianak. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection tools used in the from of observation, interview and analysis of documents. From the results of the research it is known that the financial management of BMT Basmalah Arrafi’ul A’laa in the form of financing and saving loans. It can be known that lancer assets in 2016 to 2018 have increased.     PENGARUH KEGIATAN MUSYAWARAH GURU MATA PELAJARAN (MGMP) IPS TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU IPS DI KABUPATEN KAPUAS HULU

    Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of social studies teacher discussion activity (MGMP) on social science professional competence of junior high school social studies teachers in Kapuas Hulu Regency. This study use a quantitative method with two variables, namely the subject teacher discussion (MGMP) IPS (X) and professional competence (Y). Determination of the sample used is the Slovin formula. The data source of this study was social studies teachers who taught in Kapuas Hulu District with a sample of 57 people. Data collection techniques use consisted of: 1. questionnaire, 1. interview, and 3. documentation. Data were obtained from the results of respondents' questionnaires and from interviews with MGMP administrators and interviews with social studies subjects from the Kapuas Hulu District Education Office. Then do the validity and reliability test, the analysis prerequisite test using the normality test. Next test the hypothesis using simple regression analysis. From the regression results obtained by the equation Y = 0.331 + 0.669 x. then obtained a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 which means there is a positive and significant effect. Obtained results there is a relationship between MGMP activities with a level of professional competence of 0.898 and the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of MGMP R2 (square) activities of 0.806 or 80.06% on professional competence. So there is an influence between MGMP activities with the professional competence of IPS teachers at the Junior High School level in Kapuas Hulu Regency.     The purpose of this study to analyze Effect of Online Learning Application on Students Motivation and Learning Outcomes in Economics Subject Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Kakap. The method used quantitative research in the form of ex post facto research. Sources of data in this study obtained by questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that online learning activities using the quizizz application are quite active with an active percentage of 37.36%. Students learning motivation with online learning is also quite active with a percentage of 36.98%. As for the effect of online learning on learning outcomes, there is an influence of online learning activities on student learning outcomes with the results of the regression calculation Freg > Ftable = 2.01 > 1.5343 so that Ho is… rejected and Ha is accepted. Furthermore, the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes is categorized quite significant, where from the calculation of the regression Freg > Ftable = 4.74 > 2.20 where Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.     ANALISIS PERKEMBANGAN USAHA KOPERASI KARYAWAN PT. PLN (PERSERO) “MEKAR” WILAYAH KAL-BAR

    Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang perkembangan usaha yang ada di Koperasi Karyawan PT. PLN (PERSERO) “MEKAR” Wilayah Kal-Bar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Data diambil dengan menggunakan teknik komunikasi langsung melalui wawancara dan tenknik studi dokumenter melalui lembar catatan berupa arsip pembukuan dari Koperasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase perkembangan usaha pada tahun 2013-2014 peningkatan pendapatan unit usaha yang paling besar persentasenya ialah unit jasa usaha lainnya (atribut kantor) sebesar 978,57% dan pada tahun 2013-2014 penurunan pendapatan yang paling besar persentasenya ialah unit usaha sewa beli RD dan gedung sebesar -66,25%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2014-2015 peningkatan pendapatan paling besar persentasenya ialah usaha cuci mobil dan motor sebesar 134,24% dan penurunan pendapatan yang paling besar ialah unit usaha sewa kendaraan sebesar -62,60%. Dan persentase SHU Koperasi pada tahun 2013-2014 mengalami penurunan sebesar            -21,97% dan pada tahun 2014-2015 persentanse mengalami peningkatan sebesar 71,07%. PLN (PERSERO) “MEKAR” Wilayah Kal-Bar. The method used is descriptive method. Data retrieved by using the technique of direct communication through interviews and documentary studies tenknik through a record sheet in the form of bookkeeping records of the Cooperative. The results showed that the percentage of business development in the 2013-2014 business unit increased revenue percentage is the unit most other business services (attributes offices) amounted to 978.57% and in 2013-2014 reduced revenue is greatest percentage of business unit lease RD purchase and building of -66.25%. Whereas in 2014-2015 the greatest percentage increase in revenue is the car wash business and motors of 134.24% and a decrease in income greatest vehicle rental is a business unit of -62.60%. And the percentage of SHU Cooperative in 2013-2014 decreased by -21.97% and in 2014-2015 persentanse an increase of 71.07%.
