PT Jamu Jago was established in 1918 and today is one of the famous herbal company in Indonesia. To make a herbal medicine, a company need a machine, one of which is a sifter machine. This machine is used to filter herbal medicine which will produce a very finely powdered herbs. Machine 3 on sifter machine has a fairly high USAge frequency and having a high enough frequency of breakdown. Policy of maintenance that used by PT Jamu Jago is corrective maintenance. The result shows that the total of 8 months costs that PT Jamu Jago should pay with lifetime of part for 5 month is Rp 753,530.47 which is cheaper than the cost of corrective maintenance within 8 months is Rp 4,975,488. Preventive maintenance policy is a policy with low maintenance cost than corrective maintenance

Critical Success Factors in Erp Infor System Implementation at PT. Balrich Logistics

. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have become vitalstrategic tools in today‟s competitive business environment. This researchattempts to identify the most ERP Critical Success Factors (CSF) from someliterature which is suitable for PT. Balrich Logistics and to measure impact ofeach factor in order to have a better understanding and a clearer picture of thefactors that are considered to be vital for a successful ERP INFORimplementation at PT. Balrich Logistics. The sample of this research consisted ofthe user who implemented ERP systems. Data collected through a questionnairewhich distribution to 80 people. Research carried out by using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) which was run by AMOS Program. The results of this researchshowed that vendor support is the vital variable for supporting the successfulimplementation of ERP systems, and then followed by other variables sorted byscore from highest to lowest, namely: top management support, education andtraining, suitability of software and hardware with company need, and the last oneis effective project management.
