    Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Jasa Pengiriman DPA Express Sumenep products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service.     ABSTRACT The coffee shop business in Indonesia is currently growing, this can be seen from the significant increase in the number of coffee shops in Indonesia in the last three years. Even though the coffee consumption of the Indonesian people is low, the majority are coffee lovers and most coffee lovers are not only men but women also like it. Quoted in (beritasatu.com) The coffee trend in 2020 will continue to grow and this growth is supported by several factors, such as the habit (culture) of hanging out while drinking coffee. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, price and location on customer satisfaction. The population of this research is the consumers of Malang Coffee Family Café, with a sample size of 89 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables service quality, product quality, price and location simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the variables of service quality and location have a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Location and Customer Satisfaction

    AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of workload, compensation and job satisfaction on work productivity at KUD Pakis simultaneously or partially. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of KUD Pakis. The sample in this study was 33 employees of KUD Pakis. The sampling technique used was saturated sample or total sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 20 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire.     ABSTRACTThis research aims to test and analyze the influence of brand image, quality Roduk and Krediblitas endorser Agnez Mo towards buying interest shampoo Clear case studies on the village of Kalabetan District Tens Bangkalan. Research this type of quantitative research. The population in this study is a community of Kalabetan village Tens that once used Celar shampoo. The sample used is Purposive Sampling the collection of data on this study through questionnaires. Analysis of data in the study using the help of SPSS version 20. Testing applications of the data used in this study include instrument test analysis, classical assumption test, double linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2), hypothesis test.The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously the brand image, quality Roduk and Krediblitas Endorser Agnez Mo has significant effect on the interest of buying Clear shampoos.     Abstract               This research was conducted at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment and Family Planning, Tuban Regency. This type of research is explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, career development, work discipline on employee performance. The independent variables used are work motivation, career development, and work discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample used in this study were 78 respondents who were members of the Community and Village Empowerment Service, and Family Planning Office of Tuban Regency. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, F test and t test, determination test using the help of computer software SPSS 19.0 processing. data. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, career development, work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance, career development has a partial effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance. Keywords: work motivation, career development, work discipline, employee performance

    Abstract This research was conducted at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research where the data is expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals on turnover intention. The independent variables used are organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents who were employees at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, test of determination, test f and t test using the help of computer software SPSS 25 data processing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals simultaneously affect turnover intention.     AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the Organizational Committee, Leadership Styles, and Work Communication on Employee Performance in PT. CV. Angkok Soki. This study uses quantitative research. The data used were primary data obtained using a questionnaire by taking a population sample of 42 respondents.This study used analytical SPSS using tools such as Validity, Reliability, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicolority Test, Multiple Regression Test, F Test, and T Test and measured using Likert scale.     Abstract This study aims to determine and examine the effect of company size, leverage and sales growth on financial distress in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, as many as 30 companies. Meanwhile, the sample of this research was determined by purposive sampling method so that 6 samples were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study are simultaneously firm size, leverage and sales growth have an effect on financial distress.     AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service directly affect Loyalty in using bus transportation services "PO.TITIAN MAS". To find out the quality of service has a direct effect on Consumer Satisfaction in using bus transportation services "PO TITIAN MAS". To know customer satisfaction has a direct effect on loyalty in using bus transportation services "PO.TITIAN MAS". To find out the quality of service indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in using bus transportation services "PO. TITIAN MAS ".This type of research uses explanatory research, this research was conducted on customers of Bus Po.Titian Mas. The population in this study were students of Bima, Dompu who studied at Islamic University of Malang in October to November 2019 with 818 customers. this study amounted to 89 respondents with purposive sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that Service Quality directly has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in using the transportation services of Bus Po.Titian Mas. Service Quality directly has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty in using the services of Po.Titian Mas Bus transportation. Consumer Satisfaction directly positive and significant effect on loyalty in using Bus Po.Titian Mas transportation services. Service quality indirectly affects Loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in using Po.Titian Mas Bus transportation services.     AbstractThis study aims to find out the effects of price discount, bonus pack, and in-store display to decision impulse buying. This research uses quantitative research by explanatory research method. Sampling is done by purposive sampling with respondents of mobile accessories buyer at the AA Cell Store, amounting to 80 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis uses a) instrument test that contains validity and reliability tests, b) normality test, c) multiple linear regression test, d) classic assumption test that contains multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, e) hypothesis test which contains F test and t test. The results of simultaneous analysis of price discount, bonus pack, and in-store display significantly influence the impulse buying. While the results of the partial analysis using multiple linear regression tests shows that price discount has a significant effect on impulse buying, while bonus pack and in-store display have no effect on impulse buying.Keywords: Price Discount, Bonus Pack, In-store Display, Decision Impulse Buying, Accessories Costume
