Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Dan Non Fisik Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Hotel Atria & Konferensi Malang)

The research entitles "The Influence of Physical and Non Physical Environment to Employees Motivation (Study on the Employee of Atria Hotel & Conference Malang is purposed to explain the effect of the Physical and Non Physical Work Environment variable to Employee Motivation. This research uses explanatory research method, with using questionnaires that has been distributed to employees of Atria Hotel & Conference Malang amounted to 52 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, data was processed using SPSS22 for Windows. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that Physical and Non Physical Work Environment simultaneously affect the Employee Motivation. The result of multiple linear regression analysis also shows that Physical Work Environment partially affects the Employee Motivation and Non Physical Work Environment partially affects the Employee Motivation
