Learning outcomes of material changes in the form of objects in grade III students at SDN Gadingkulon 01 Malang need to be improved because the average value is 62.2 and students do not know the contextual changes in the form of objects. This study aims to: (1) describe the learning of material changes in the form of objects using experimental methods for students in class III SDN Gadingkulon 01 Malang, (2) describe the improvement of learning outcomes of material changes in the form of objects using experimental methods for students in class III SDN Gadingkulon 01 Malang. The research approach is class action (PTK). The subjects studied were 18 third grade students at SDN Gadingkulon 01 Malang. The research was conducted with 1 cycle, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Learning experimental methods through scientific processes including preparation of students listening to experimental videos, preparing tools and materials. Implementation, students conduct experiments on changes in the form of objects in a contextual manner, and explain changes in the form of objects. Analysis of the results of students analyzing the practices that have been carried out and drawing conclusions. Reporting the results of students reporting the results in writing and orally (presentation). The learning results show that the experimental method can improve students' understanding of the material of changes in the form of objects, this is indicated by the cognitive value of the written test of students reaching a completeness of 90.8 while the LKPD results are 96.16. Affectively, students are able to work together on the implementation of experiments, with an average result of 90.55. Based on the psychomotor aspects, students are able to practice changing the form of objects with the average results of the psychomotor aspects of students amounting to 94.44
